I like Metrotown Mitsubishi. I always get great service here. Jonathan was not pushy and was patient as he went over the numbers when I was confused. When I suddenly decided I wanted the car that day, he made it happen. And he patiently explained the electronics and set up my phone in the car . He still answers my questions about my vehicle by email.
Ben was great with my financing. He was personable and patient in explaining things thoroughly. I felt he worked to give me the best financing package. He also patiently reanswered questions the next day by phone for what I wasn't able to explain to my husband.
I bought the Outlander PHEV, electric and gas. So far we are very happy with it. I had previously bought my RVR here too and I loved that car! (I traded it in.)

I bought a 2017 cx3 here May 2018, great service, excellent deal. I just had a pending deal with Jason (He is a great guy) I ended up trading in my car to another dealer afterwards I found out I am still have to pay balance owing on the Diamond Care Warranty on the cx3 (my fault for not reading contract) In the end Metrotown Mitsubishi were great to me, gave me back my deposit which had been specified non-refundable. They were very understanding of my circumstances and very professional.
I have purchased two vehicles from them this year. They are awesome to deal with. Their service department is the best I have encountered. Super friendly and they do exceptional work.

I waited a while to write this review as I wanted to experience the service department as well.
Sales (4/5) Firstly, most of the sales staff/manager were a pleasure to work with. I got the car I wanted with the features I wanted for the price I wanted. Everything went well, until I went to sign off on all the paper and I met Ben Lao (Business Manager). I was told that the sales staff don't pressure people into sales, however Ben is a different story. He spent a good amount of time to explained to me a well scripted spiel on buying their warranty/insurance package. I gave him a no and that I was not interested. He took offense to this and started to berate me for not buying the package. It was almost as if he was about to start crying because I didn't get lured into his charming ( or lack thereof) attempts to pressure me to buy something I did not want. I ended up speaking to the manager about this and he ended up talking to him about it. The same day Ben called me angry that I spoke to his manager (really Ben?? very classy -1 star because of you). It pretty much ended there. I will definitely remain a customer to this specific dealership, but I hope Ben learns a few things about this and also learns to contain his ego.
Service (5/5) I've been to their service department twice so far and it was a true pleasure to deal with the staff (Especially Anson Wong, great cheerful guy). They were kind, courteous and professional (unlike Ben).
For a dealership to have someone like Jason who was up and about late at nigh when I visited their site to check on unit information, you will know you are not making a mistake. And I was not wrong! Jason was very professional from the time he handled me on line to replying to my text messages on when my unit would arrive. I now have my unit and he is still texting me to check if everything is going good with my Outlander PHEV. Jason and the rest of the team made acquiring the unit a very pleasant experience. My wife and I in fact felt no pressure in doing so. Keep up the good work you guys! Even though your dealership is quite a distance from my residence, I will not hesitate going out there and looking forward in seeing Jason and team when I have my unit serviced.

I've had my Mirage for about a year now. I just love it. I thought I would just use it as a commuter car, but have been 3 long trips with it. I'm sure glad to have the 2 front power windows, since I didn't op for the AC package. I have a bike trailer hitch on it and have been camping with the Mirage.
I've gotten up to 55 miles to the gallon. It's a good little car. James Oh is my sales guy. I really like his low key patient style. He even keeps in touch with me every few months to mention the deals going on at the shop. IE. service. I'm a very satisfied customer.

The sales department worked hard to win my business, they will get you the best price so long as you have a good competitive offer from another dealer. Post sales however you'll need to find your own way to have your questions answered, keep all the business cards you'll collect during the negotiation phase, you will need to talk to those people after the inks are dry. The service department gets two thumbs up from me. Found the cause of the windshield spray nozzle issue in my new Outlander PHEV and offered a quicker non original hose to get it fixed on the same day. I went with the original part and are happy with the efficiency of the service.

Needed to purchase a vehicle in a tight time frame last summer and purchased one from Mitsubishi Motors. There were several issues with the vehicle that were never mentioned, and the 'Safety' they had conducted (that was more comprehensive than official government safeties, they said) was BS, because when I moved out of province and had to do a safety some of those issues that they had not mentioned needed to be fixed to pass. I advise taking any vehicle you are interested in to a third party to have it inspected before purchasing.
All the staff are super nice and friendly. Ezekiel was my salesperson and made getting my first car an enjoyable experience. I recommend coming to this dealership to buy a car.
Metrotown was the most professional and up front dealership I've found in Vancouver. I was new to the city when I started looking for a used car in October, 2014. After visiting many different dealerships and talking to many different characters, I finally got down to Metrotown. All the staff were friendly, polite and professional. They were up front and honest and fairly negotiated price. I've had the car for several months now and it's been working great. I inquired about a Mazda5 at this dealership. At first, I received really good service. They were very accommodating. They picked me up, took me to the dealership and allowed me to test drive the vehicle. Had a good meeting with the sales person Ezekiel. He explained the numbers and told me the options for financing. Very thorough. When I finished my meeting with Ezekiel, he assured me that I would get a shuttle back to my pick up spot. That is where the good service ended. I waited for 15 mins for a ride. When I approached the staff about the shuttle service, they told me to wait for Ezekiel or find another way back. They were all looking at their smartphones and doing nothing. Nothing professional about that. Terrible attitude. I advised their sales manager. Not apologetic. Just said he would talk to them about that.
I love my lancer, but like every other car, it ages and begins to have strange noise on highway. I brought my car into the service department, told them about my issue. They could not reproduce it in the garage and told me my car is fine. I suggested to take one of the mechanics on the road so that I could show them the noise. The suggestion was refused because they "did not have enough time to deal with my problem". I had to make another appointment to take my car in. When I went out, I was told that if I could not hear the noise a few days before the next appointment, I'd better not to come again. Is that another way to say "do not waste our time if you want to make up some non-existing issue"?
Bought a used vehicle from them. They allowed me to inspect it well, had a good test drive route, and were friendly. A water leakage issue was found and they spent time testing to repeat, they also gave a guarantee to fix if the issue repeats. Repairs were preemptively done to make the vehicle a safe and sellable one. A documentation fee of $600 feels a little steep, but price negotiations were reasonable and transparent, with efforts made to address concerns. An overhanging feeling of friendliness and personability was present. The post purchase detail was reasonably thorough.
Living on Vancouver Island, I have been on the hunt for my perfect vehicle for a long time. Finally I started looking in Vancouver for the car for me and in doing so, I came across some of the best customer service I've experienced! Within the first hour of me seeing a car I loved on autotrader, I was called by a service representative named Brad. He helped me with all of my questions and went the extra step to keep in touch via email with me (but not in a pushy way). He sent me specific photos of the car I had requested along with more information. He even kept me updated of the sale status of the car until I could hop on the ferry to come see it! Although ultimately I did not end up buying a new car (my brother gave me a killer deal on his car that only a brother would give) , I would very much recommend this dealership.
It's sad that they stopped selling Lancer in Canada. I used to love the car back home wanted to get one here. I hope they bring the racing edition back soon

About eight years ago, my friend gave me a ride to somewhere else. After that time, I liked Mitsubishi as the inside cabin could store a lot of things and is suitable for moving. I drove outlander for eight years and found out that there was no problem at all.
From my experience at age 64 let's say I've been around the block of life many times. Owned many cars vans pick up trucks ..so have lots of history having bought & owned & having to repair insure & sell vehicles. Also have been in many dealerships. In a scale of 1-5 & 5 being best some dealerships felt like a 1 others 2-3-4 & the two Mitsubishi dealerships that I have been to Newtype ( moved or shut down ) in Richmond & Metrotown Mitsubishi in Burnaby truly are 4 plus/5 star in my humble honest opinion. Namely let's start with the product SUVs cross overs cars come with a warranty 10 yr /160,000 KMs. That SPEAKS & SHOUTS VOLUMES!!! What other company will stand behind their product like that? Plus on newer vehicles one can purchase an extra warranty for $2500 which will cover so many parts that may or could need repair/replacement. Too many to list. Good peace of mind. Again the 10 yr / 160 km warranty tells me the Mitsubishi company stands behind their product when other makes will not dare to give the same or any where's close to. If your going to keep a vehicle for 6-10 or more yrs why not go with a long available warranty. No brainer. Now let's further talk on this dealership. The atmosphere at Metrotown Mitsubishi when you walk in is peaceful. The workers in every department are friendly competent insightful & you get this feeling they are a team & there to service you. Have recently bought a Lancer & more than happy with the deal. Of course bargain & discuss & make your offer & truly believe they will work with you in good faith to which both parties are happy. I have a very non trusting attitude when it comes to buying a vehicle as it's $$$ & when it comes to $$$ it's like a god to some folks. Like a zebra crossing a river full of crocs is the thought that comes to mind in some of my past feelings of going to some car lots. Let's face it we have seen horror stories on CBC's Marketplace or some tv news report telling of dishonest dealerships in their sales & service departments. It's trust broken & victims. ..... you can feel very safe coming to Metrotown Mitsubishi in both the service or sales. You will get served well. The administration ,insurance,plates, etc.. all went so smoothly. Before we knew it we were driving home in a 2016 low KMs Lancer. Now we have an Outlander & Lancer. This dealership has for many years a very high BBB rating. That SPEAKS & SHOUTS VOLUMES also !!! BBB does not give out high ratings like cheap candy. You have to deserve their ratings. In fact 3 other locations that had Lancers in my price range but I wanted to give Metrotown Mitsubishi my business / $ because of my past treatment with them & because of their reputation & BBB rating. They work with you & it's not a feeling of untrust. Believe me I've been to other dealerships where ya felt cheated & overcharged ...like all they wanted was to see how much $$$ they could get from you. ( in their service or sales department. ) The staff look untrusting & shifty eyed too. All the staff here look like they enjoy what they do & the service & sales staff that wife & I have dealt with were friendly & service oriented. Of course those whom wife & I met are our favourites now. In my good books so to say. Bottom line Metrotown Mitsubishi is well run, know what they are doing, honest friendly & trustworthy. Start Go to wherever ya want but if you want good wheels then buy here. If you want it well maintained also service it here. Know this is a long review but it's because I truly want you as a buyer or needing repairs to go to a trustworthy place. If your close or within driving distance. Too many crooks sadly in this buissness. Why be a victim & waste your time & hard earned $$$. Going once going twice I will end with: Metrotown Mitsubishi top to bottom & bottom to top gets my "thumbs up" of approval. Starts with good owner managers & staff. 5 stars all the way. I have been a Mitsubishi costumer for over 10 years. I always go to Metrotown Mitsubishi for all my car services etc. The customer service is excellent. Recently we have purchased a new Hybrid Outlander. The sales team was wonderful. We dealt with Ezikiel and he went above and beyond to help us.
From my point of view this is the best delaership of all the delaership I visted in Vancouver. When I came in I felt it is nice and clean. They are provided an excellent service to me.
