Upon delivery one item came in that was not on par with the others and the company agreed to replace the shirt no problems. Quality clothing and work just wish delivery was a little faster but they let you know the lead times up front so you know how to plan. Best prices available when shopping around for Columbia and Carhartt items. Will buy from them again this fall.

I would leave 0 stars if possible. Absolutely abysmal customer service; they promise merchandise on specific dates that keep changing, with a variety of excuses about why they can't meet the promised dates. BUYER BEWARE: Order from this company only if you're OK with waiting months for your order, if you ever receive it at all.

I placed an order with Megan Noack and she was GREAT! Everyone in my Dept. I work in loves the jacket and want to place an order as well.

The Website was so so because I wanted the company logo on the right chest area, but the website only offered right and left sleeve. So last year Macy Iverson told me when i decide to order my jacket just write where i would like the logo in the special instructions box and you all will take it from there. Fast fw to last Jan I did just that and Megan Noack handled the order like a pro.

Fastest promotional product company I've used to date! I stumbled across Merchology because they had a specific product I was looking for and I found it on thier website. I decided to order a batch from them so I uploaded my logo and received a proof email much faster than I anticipated. Even the communication back and forth was quick and efficient. The best part was after I approved the proof, my product arrived incredibly fast. I don't remember the exact amount of time but it had to be less than a week! Most company's I deal with for promotional products take forever to get the product to me but Merchology was awesome! Shout out to Nick who helped me too. They've got my business from here on out!

I placed an order for 40 embroidered backpacks with them, with a really tight turnaround. They delivered the backpacks even sooner than anticipated and the embroidery looks great. They were easy to work with and responsive to my questions.

I had a wonderful experience working with Miranda, my company ordered jackets and pullovers. Everything was great quality the personalized embroidery was nice. They even met my deadline early.

Throughout the whole process we worked with a girl named Amy and she was very helpful and quick to reply to our questions. Shirts came in a timely manner and just the way we expected them too!

Do not use this merchant. Website descriptions do not match what you will receive. They will not refund you or even work with you to resolve the issue. Terrible company. Buyer beware.

I worked with Miranda for apparel for my small business. Great service and good turnaround - I will be using Merchology in the future.

I have now been trying to place a $3000 order for over two weeks with no luck. I have been trying to contact the sales rep daily for the last week looking for an update with no reply. I have decided to take our business elsewhere since clearly this company does not need or want our business.

I have given this experience a 2 star only because I still do not have the product. My product was suppose to be shipped 33 days ago and still do not even have an updated ship date. When I email they say that they are still waiting on an official ship date from their Reno, NV fulfillment center. My simple 22 piece order was placed 46 days ago. If the product is not to par quality I will be downgrading this review to a 1-star. I hate to be negative, but I thoroughly read reviews before making any purchase and no one addressed this issue. Cheers!

They did amazing with the products I ordered. Everything was made super easy. All I had to do was send the logo and they adjusted it to fit on the hats. The girl who helped me was awesome, her name was Rachael Meyer. Would definitely use them again.

OUTSTANDING company!!! We love Merchology, and have used them extensively over the past year for various apparel items for our church. We've ordered Nike polos to Eddie Bauer jackets w/ embroidery, and the quality is amazing, and the communication/care from the team is top notch. Also, I love how clean and functional the Merchology website is; makes submitting orders a breeze.

My strong suggestion is to find another company. Unless you are not on any sort of timeline or do not have any expectations. While I will not disagree that the shirt quality is great- this just means Merchology works with good brands and has no reflection on Merchology other than that. Especially considering I found the same exact great quality shirts elsewhere. However, the customer service is less than desirable. I will spare you the gritty details of our order and just give you the shortened version.
We ordered 30 polos 3 months ago. It took almost a month to receive them. When our shirts finally arrived, 2/3 of the order was incorrect due to an oversight on Merchology s part. We promptly initiated the return so they could fix the polos and send them back to us. It took 2 months, a lot of follow ups, many promised ship dates and me asking to cancel the remaining order to finally receive the amended shirts. Only they were the same incorrect polos we had been previously sent. I finally took my business elsewhere because it seemed as though Merchology did not care to 1) complete my order in a timely manner and 2) did not care whether it was correct. Also I have asked several times now to be invoiced for the portion of the order that was correct so I can pay them and be done- this was two weeks ago. I have received several invoices including one where they were trying to charge me for the second batch of shirts that were being sent because of their screw up and one for the shirts i did receive but it was still (surprise) incorrect. I believe their internal communication is just as bad as their external.
The short of the long of it is this- the other reviews about merchology being slow are true. Their communication is terrible, the customer service reps will always lay blame on someone else and they do not care one bit about fixing their mistakes or providing timely service. *cue the copy and pasted response that someone will be reaching out to me*

Everything was great! Between ordering, answering my questions and lead time, all was efficient and quick. Our group loved the bags as well!

Received our work hats, and they look AMAZING! Our logo came out perfectly, and the hats were a nice quality and breathable for our Florida weather. Our office staff and sales reps look so professional.

Choosing a company to embroider and screen print apparel to represent both myself and my business can be a daunting task. I ve found that there are two factors that are more important than any other when dealing with a new vendor. One being the quality of the final product and the other the level of trust you can have in the people you speak with there. Merchology is a great company. Once you get over the idea of paying $50 to set up you logo, everything is smooth sailing. The website has a helpful chat service which allows you to ask any questions you may have about minimum orders, etc. After placing your order, a merchologist will reach out to you and help you out. Macy Iverson, my merchologist, was so helpful. She suggested I use a lighter thread for my logo on a black jacket. I stubbornly stuck to my black on black idea and next time will follow her recommendation as a white would have made the logo pop more. Macy helped me the whole way via email, confirming I liked the design and approved it for the final steps. She then emailed me after I received my product to make sure I was happy. I definitely am happy and will be ordering again!

I'm not sure what's going on but 2 previous orders were flawless, my most recent order was however a different story. I ordered polo's on Sept.05 and I was told up to 15 business days to complete, in order to be certain that I would receive them in time, I paid for expedited shipping.

On Sept 26, I contacted my "Merchologist" because it had been 15 business days and my order was showing a status of being processed. I was told that my order should arrive between Oct 11 -18th! Seriously?
I was told they were "upgrading their processes to serve me better in the future and thus causing delays in the process"

I explained that they had obviously dropped they ball and we had an event on Oct 9th and I had ordered in plenty of time. After 4 days (and much effort) I finally got a supervisor to respond, I asked if they couldn't make the deadline to let me know and I would get them made locally. I was told that the shirts would be expedited and shipped overnight priority, I was assured they would be in my hands Friday October 6th.

To my dismay the shirts arrived Wednesday October 11th, 5 days past the promised date, leaving my staff without proper attire during our 2 day event. I wouldn't recommend anyone using this company!

I ordered some The North Face jackets for my foundation. Merchology was an amazing company to work with, I was sent a personal email right after I made my online purchase, the order was processed and sent to me in a timely manner! I was very impressed, they jackets are beautiful! Will order from them again!

I placed an order for Patagonias, and the entire process was fantastic! The people I worked with are friendly, professional, and responsive to questions and concerns. The quality was also superb. I m actually in the process of placing a second order!

As a new owner in a business, Miranda and the people at Merchology made the process of creating and ordering shirts for my company. The process is extremely simple and quick turn around time. I am also impressed with the stitching and embroidery as well as the screen printing. They have both held up well and I wear and wash them a lot. GREAT company to work with.

I hated it doesn t even begin to tell the story. Literally almost 20 days before I got the first prof on a screen-print order. The proof they know the prince was entirely too small for the shirt. I don t know why the art department wouldn t just use common sense and make it look appropriate. But the fact that it took 20 days, and arguing before I got my first print. Countless emails. I am up to 23 days since I ordered, and I have not gotten my second proof when I was promised that it would go out in the mail this week. Shyler had CCed me in on emails with her boss Molly, in hopes that she could resolve the situation. She has not even stepped in on any of the emails yet. I should have read the google review - this was a not a postive experience, they were super slow with "proof" and then did not go the extra mile to actually show what the stitch would look like on the item - the items came and the items do NOT look professional AT ALL, they look like needlepoint - in addition, I had to pay 2 rush fees b/c of how slow they were and when product did come they did not cut out the backing! BUYER BEWARE.

Our company decided to order lots of shirts and hats from Merchology. We ordered in July, 2017 and it is now September 2017 and we have only received half of our order. Our estimated ship date was August 11th. It took two weeks to get the logo comp, but only because I asked for it, they seemed to have forgotten about us. Today, they just sent me an email saying our entire order was cancelled? Confusing- why and where is our refund then? I do not recommend anyone use this company, especially if they have apparel deadlines to meet. I have been back and forth with our rep over the course of the last two months, but she just apologizes and responds in a few days time with an excuse. I have also emailed her manager and they did give us 5% back on our order, but we just really want our order. The embroidery on the shirts are great (mind you, the hat embroidery was awful and overflowing), it's just the fact that we cannot seem to receive what we order. I do not know why this company has such high reviews since they do not fulfill orders, managers and reps fail to communicate quickly/timely, and I have no idea the status of our order when I have started a "chat" on their website, they have no information and say please contact your rep. But how should I contact my rep when she doesn't respond or doesn't have answers?

I made my initial order on July 21st. I sent a logo and it was approved on July 31st 2017. I was told on the site to expect 12 day turn around. I cancelled yesterday the 21st because I had no communication from them. They apoloigxed and said they would have the oder to me soon. This company has no customer service. 12 days turned into 22 and would have been much longer if I did not reach out. If you decided to order make sure you do not need their apparel quickly.

Loved the experience and the quality of their products. My company has used many different businesses to order our "swag" and these guys nailed it. Their customer service was excellent and very helpful in getting us the design we wanted with our logo as well as perfect placement.

Not sure where all these glowing reviews come from. Has been several weeks now and don't even have the logo approved yet. Cancelling my order at this point. Takes rep long periods to respond - always a back and forth, always 'cannot do this', always 'going to cost you this much in addition'. For a company that explicitly states verbiage about 'no extra fees', there's certainly a lot of additional costs that get bantered about. I tried the chat support for help and that left a lot to be desired. I just want to cancel my order, but I'll have to wait on the rep again who will probably come back with something, anything, other than cancelling my order. Quoted delivery date when ordered is a week from right now. With the weeks of back and forth, there's no way that this date will be met now. Just very disappointed in a company that I thought seemed so professional and expedient on first glance. Like one of the other reviewers said... If it seems to good to be true, then it probably is.
