Merchology is a great company. Once you get over the idea of paying $50 to set up you logo, everything is smooth sailing. The website has a helpful chat service which allows you to ask any questions you may have about minimum orders, etc. After placing your order, a merchologist will reach out to you and help you out. Macy Iverson, my merchologist, was so helpful. She suggested I use a lighter thread for my logo on a black jacket. I stubbornly stuck to my black on black idea and next time will follow her recommendation as a white would have made the logo pop more. Macy helped me the whole way via email, confirming I liked the design and approved it for the final steps. She then emailed me after I received my product to make sure I was happy. I definitely am happy and will be ordering again!
