I am copy/pasting my colleagues FB review, as she and I worked together recently with Merchology:

My strong suggestion is to find another company. Unless you are not on any sort of timeline or do not have any expectations. While I will not disagree that the shirt quality is great- this just means Merchology works with good brands and has no reflection on Merchology other than that. Especially considering I found the same exact great quality shirts elsewhere. However, the customer service is less than desirable. I will spare you the gritty details of our order and just give you the shortened version.
We ordered 30 polos 3 months ago. It took almost a month to receive them. When our shirts finally arrived, 2/3 of the order was incorrect due to an oversight on Merchology s part. We promptly initiated the return so they could fix the polos and send them back to us. It took 2 months, a lot of follow ups, many promised ship dates and me asking to cancel the remaining order to finally receive the amended shirts. Only they were the same incorrect polos we had been previously sent. I finally took my business elsewhere because it seemed as though Merchology did not care to 1) complete my order in a timely manner and 2) did not care whether it was correct. Also I have asked several times now to be invoiced for the portion of the order that was correct so I can pay them and be done- this was two weeks ago. I have received several invoices including one where they were trying to charge me for the second batch of shirts that were being sent because of their screw up and one for the shirts i did receive but it was still (surprise) incorrect. I believe their internal communication is just as bad as their external.
The short of the long of it is this- the other reviews about merchology being slow are true. Their communication is terrible, the customer service reps will always lay blame on someone else and they do not care one bit about fixing their mistakes or providing timely service. *cue the copy and pasted response that someone will be reaching out to me*
