Not sure where all these glowing reviews come from...

Not sure where all these glowing reviews come from. Has been several weeks now and don't even have the logo approved yet. Cancelling my order at this point. Takes rep long periods to respond - always a back and forth, always 'cannot do this', always 'going to cost you this much in addition'. For a company that explicitly states verbiage about 'no extra fees', there's certainly a lot of additional costs that get bantered about. I tried the chat support for help and that left a lot to be desired. I just want to cancel my order, but I'll have to wait on the rep again who will probably come back with something, anything, other than cancelling my order. Quoted delivery date when ordered is a week from right now. With the weeks of back and forth, there's no way that this date will be met now. Just very disappointed in a company that I thought seemed so professional and expedient on first glance. Like one of the other reviewers said... If it seems to good to be true, then it probably is.
