Our company decided to order lots of shirts and hats from Merchology. We ordered in July, 2017 and it is now September 2017 and we have only received half of our order. Our estimated ship date was August 11th. It took two weeks to get the logo comp, but only because I asked for it, they seemed to have forgotten about us. Today, they just sent me an email saying our entire order was cancelled? Confusing- why and where is our refund then? I do not recommend anyone use this company, especially if they have apparel deadlines to meet. I have been back and forth with our rep over the course of the last two months, but she just apologizes and responds in a few days time with an excuse. I have also emailed her manager and they did give us 5% back on our order, but we just really want our order. The embroidery on the shirts are great (mind you, the hat embroidery was awful and overflowing), it's just the fact that we cannot seem to receive what we order. I do not know why this company has such high reviews since they do not fulfill orders, managers and reps fail to communicate quickly/timely, and I have no idea the status of our order when I have started a "chat" on their website, they have no information and say please contact your rep. But how should I contact my rep when she doesn't respond or doesn't have answers?
