I should have read the google review - this was a not a postive experience, they were super slow with "proof" and then did not go the extra mile to actually show what the stitch would look like on the item - the items came and the items do NOT look professional AT ALL, they look like needlepoint - in addition, I had to pay 2 rush fees b/c of how slow they were and when product did come they did not cut out the backing! BUYER BEWARE.
