I'm not sure what's going on but 2 previous orders...
I'm not sure what's going on but 2 previous orders were flawless, my most recent order was however a different story. I ordered polo's on Sept.05 and I was told up to 15 business days to complete, in order to be certain that I would receive them in time, I paid for expedited shipping.
On Sept 26, I contacted my "Merchologist" because it had been 15 business days and my order was showing a status of being processed. I was told that my order should arrive between Oct 11 -18th! Seriously?
I was told they were "upgrading their processes to serve me better in the future and thus causing delays in the process"
I explained that they had obviously dropped they ball and we had an event on Oct 9th and I had ordered in plenty of time. After 4 days (and much effort) I finally got a supervisor to respond, I asked if they couldn't make the deadline to let me know and I would get them made locally. I was told that the shirts would be expedited and shipped overnight priority, I was assured they would be in my hands Friday October 6th.
To my dismay the shirts arrived Wednesday October 11th, 5 days past the promised date, leaving my staff without proper attire during our 2 day event. I wouldn't recommend anyone using this company!
