I am delighted with this restaurant. Everything is delicious. The staff is top notch. They treat themselves to various wines, juices, etc. ... when it is the turn to wait for the table.
And the prices are reasonable. There were 100 stars, I would have put everything.

The operation is terrible. We waited more than 90mins when all the other people who came after us go in and finish their dishes. I've KEEP REMINDED that we're here and waiting, but the staff keep said one second and NEVER CARED us. I FEEL SO EMBARRASSED AND HUMILIATED(Racism?- I was no.332 and saw no.351 get seat in advance.We were same number of people,although they were white). And so many people were standing and waiting in the entrance, the atmosphere was like chaos. I think there are plenty of seat for 2 people because they keep let 2 people in. ONE OF THE TERRIBLE RESTAURANTS IN MY LIFE. NEVER RECOMMEND

The staff is client-oriented, attentive and perky, which is worth their periodic dances with loud chants (for an unprepared audience, a short-term shock is likely). In general, the feeling of visiting a hospitable place in a traditional way. But, friends, it would be nice if the music in the hall (by the way, it sounds very nice to the ear) was a little quieter. Sounds above the norm for conversation, it seemed to me. Thank you, genatsvale, you are super!

Delicious Georgian food for good prices! The khinkali put up a fight to the ones I've had in Georgia, the English menu is well translated, and the friendly staff also speak English. Alcohol prices are definitely high, though.

Crazy place, in the evenings at least. Even on a Tuesday. Free wine and beer while we waited to be seated. Every ten minutes all the waiters were circling the restaurant yelling "ASSA" while the music blared. Our waiter, Ilya, came to our table several times to tell us stories and join us in toasts. He was great - very attentive, easy going. They brought us the wrong dish and just gave it to us free of charge and still brought what we ordered. I don't think I've ever eaten so much in my life. Khachapuris and khinkali were everywhere. Five of us ate and drank way more than we should have for about six thousand rubles. All in all I had a great time, but might be tough for some people if you're looking for a more intimate venue.

maybe my expectation was too high... food are too salty...service was over kind....worst was...cups for drinks stink fishy. We ordered orange lemonade (it was green...strange...) but none want to drink it because of cups. We ordered bottles of coke instead.
They gave us table at the 2nd floor....and found...many Koreans at the 2nd floor and locals are the 1st floor.

Tips.... only cash..... 0 to 20%...they say they dont force...but i felt pressured.

A couple of years ago, I celebrated my birthday here, it was very cool to experience the ritual of dressing the birthday boy with a shaggy hat and drinking wine from a hefty horn))

Bravo to the waiters and all the staff! Working in Supra is not easy, because there are always a lot of visitors, but all the guys and girls are always very friendly and attentive. And the girls who sculpt khinkali, khachapuri and other yummy are very cute, it was interesting to somehow watch their work, sitting right in front of the sculpting room.

I would also like to note the interior, everything is very colorful!

In general, Supra is a pleasure for those who like to eat, drink and make some noise))

Very fun, high standard, excellent themed decor Georgian restaurant. Reasonable prices! Staff speak English! Menus available in several languages Russian, English, Korean and probably Chinese or Japanese although I haven't confirmed the last two personally. Two floors. Food is made to order, very delicious! Its usually filled with international guests. Highly recommend to ask for the traditional outfit and hat to try on and take photos in!

Situated at the square near the fountain facing the waterfront, you just can't miss this wonderful Georgian restaurant. As it doesn't provide reservation service, there is always a long queue and it took us like an hour to get a table. It is cosy and the atmosphere is excellent. The friendly staff speak good English while the food and wine is so enjoyable that we decided to visit Georgia in 2019. Very good value for money and it is a must try if you don't mind waiting like an hour for the table.

Amazing food, salads, kachepuris, dumplings, chebureks, beer, wine...all...except for the bbq that was just ok. The environment is great..decoration georgian style, very polite staff. Reservations are not possible so you may have to take a turn and wait for a while if there are too many customers. It is sort of a fancy place but it is worth every penny (or kopet)

The weather was 30 degree celsius, I ate dinner on the second floor without airconditioner. Too hot, too many people.

One star for service. It was very bad. Staff continuously forgot about us or ignored. Brought wrong orders and didn t even want to change it! Had to wait for 25 mins to get the bill and almost left without it. Staff only noticed and remembered when we were leaving. Too much fake cheerful, it s annoying too.

We visited 4 people at about 5:40, waited 3 minutes without welcome drink or snack and went up to 2nd floor
The second floor is all open, but as the sun goes down, the sun shines down and it gets a little hot and dazzling.

I had 4 pieces of skewer, 4 pieces of cheese egg bread + veal soup, 4 pieces of draft beer, 1 piece of Georgia beer, and 4630 rubles
The skewer is pretty good. If you give it to a man, you will have 1 per person. If you have 1 side, you will pay. If you are a woman, you can pay 1 person per person.
Staff kindness is Kebake, but overall it is fluent and I have a little Korean staff available.
The price is not cheap, but it is worth watching.

Seriously so nice restaurant. Foods are so good and cheap and now I wanna visit again this city to come to this restaurant again sooo nice. It was ending up my dinner and the staffs opened a bottle of wine and shared with customers when he was giving me a glass of that wine even though I have nothing on my table cuz I literally waiting for bill. So I asked why did you open and share cuz I though they might have some special event their own but what he said is for your good memory! Yeh really I got one just after his hospitality. All staffs seem enjoying their work like singing dancing clapping and even when they break something, they just simply cheer it and make it nothing. They make customers literally feel free to have their foods and enjoy this place. I ve got the most happiest time at this restaurant. I love so much here. Highly recommended

If you are a lover of Georgian cuisine, this is definitely the place for you. A really great establishment, the only drawback that I could find: it is overcrowded with people, too many people, especially on weekends and holidays, if you have not booked a table in advance on a weekend, then it will be almost impossible to get into the establishment. Otherwise, everything is of the highest order: delicious cuisine, the atmosphere and style are great (in every part of the restaurant you can see the notes of Georgia), the staff is polite and courteous, they will always advise, make sure that everything is fine with you, they are even ready to talk on detached topics, but not for long, because the work does not wait, be sure no one will be rude to you here, and if an unforeseen situation suddenly arises, the administration will immediately decide it at all costs. It is not for nothing that many from Vladivostok prefer Supra. An incredible place! Yes, it is busy, and most likely you will have to wait to be seated, but it s so worth it. Great and very unique atmosphere/spirit, delicious food, very pleasant servers. We were served in Russian language so I can t comment on how well they speak English. But by the amount of foreign tourists I can tell they somehow got served. Definitely recommend!

Did not like! Very long queue .... more than an hour, but we decided to wait to get to Supra. Placed at a small table, there was no place to put the dishes. The long-awaited Supra and ..... not tasty. This is a disappointment, an hour and a half of waiting in the cold, in a cramped lobby ... and not tasty . Yes, the waiters are well done, atmospheric, noisy.

The Supra restaurant chain in Vladivostok is a mature place. Always in line, always crowded. On Fokin, the hall is not large, the veranda annex is heated. Stumped with tables, sometimes it is not comfortable to sit. It is just stupid to eat, the conversation will not work, it is noisy, everyone is sitting tight. Tables for two are scanty. Maybe it was calculated for this, so that they did not stay too long, ate quickly and left. The flow is large. The price range is average. Alcohol is expensive. Of course, it's delicious to eat! Meat, salads, pastries are delicious, cook quickly. The interior is interesting, in different themes. They try to keep the brand. Waiters have different uniforms, such a suit, then such. Chaos waiting system! Absolute mess! No reservation. Super chaotic sitting process. They tell you you are next in line, but in fact you are 4-5 parties behind. They fail not only to tell you more or less reliable sitting time (say 20 minutes, in fact one hour), but tell you wrong turn number!

I was lucky to get to the Supra restaurant. A certificate was presented for the New Year. Of course, I've heard a lot about this place, but it's worth a lot to hear and see in person. A must try if you are in Vladivostok, genuine Georgian cuisine, staff are extremely friendly, helpful and professional, we were 4, ordered around 12 different dishes and all of the dishes without exception were yummy, can get extremely busy on weekends and public holidays, a very nice walk outside and scenery as well as activities nearby, we had to wait more than one hour to have a table, they have another branch though which you can make a booking.

Amazing fun place with great food and friendly as well as passionate staff. Recommended - would return. The whole getting a number and wait for table thing is a bit confusing but other than that no complaints and only good experiences. Family friendly place.
