There is a reason why this dealership has a 4.9 stars. BECAUSE THEY DESERVE IT! We have had GL450's and E350;'s for years and I have had average experiences with 2 dealerships prior to finding Nanuet. In addition to being easy to work with and accommodating, they are honest.

Here is the story, My wife was out of the area with her GL . The car just died . Messages came up indicating "Car Inoperable" She called Mercedes who had her towed to the closest MB dealer. After a inspection of the car and a $110 charge I was informed that there were "really big problems with the car", there is oil coming out of the spark plugs, and that they estimated that the repair would cost $8,000.00 -15,000.00. Needless to say, we did not accept it and had the car towed nearly 200 miles to Nanuet where first Anthony and then Brian Skully became involved. All the time I was asking "is the motor ok?" they assured me that the issue was electrical and that the motor seemed OK. As it turned out it was an emissions control unit problem and the entire repair was covered under warranty. the car was there for a while (about 2 weeks) but during that time they kept us informed of the progress what was happening and an estimate of the return date.

I am in a service oriented business and our business comes form referrals. I know the importance of reviews as people do actually read these things. So I would like to day that this dealership is by far the best dealership that I have ever been associated with. I would also like to mention another person. My sales person was Renee Garcia who is equally as competent, accommodating and friendly.

Bottom line- IF YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE YOU ARE MIKING A MISTAKE! If you are buying a quality vehicle like a Mercedes, you want to be associated with a quality dealership. That dealership is Nanuet Mercedes. If you go elsewhere, you will probably get good service. But don't you deserve and wouldn't you like great service. Kudos to the management team and owner. A great organization is lead from the top.
