This was our first Mercedes vehicle. The staff at Nanuet were excellent. Edgar Pena was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and above all was not pushy. He sat with us explained options and came back with a more then fair deal. Wilhelm (Will) the General Manager was gracious and friendly. He also was very honest and was able to make the deal the best it could be. We were all very happy in the end with everyone getting what they wanted. We got the vehicle we wanted for the price we wanted, and they moved a vehicle. We did use the service department for a problem with the passenger mirror. Fixed without any problems. The free car wash is an excellent perk. You will not be let down at this dealership. We are now customers for life.
