This was my first dealing with Edgar Pena. I was immediately comfortable with speaking to him and outlining my needs and financial concerns. I had selected three type of vehicles to look at. He took me out for a test drive and ran several options of payment. I wasn t comfortable at that time to make a commitment.

Edgar did not pressure me in making a decision. He told me that he will update me on various deals that Mercedes would have to see if that would fit my needs. I was not pressured at all by Edgar to make a sale. Instead he kept me updated by an occasional friendly hello.

When I was ready to start the process again, Edgar again listen to my needs and this time he went all out and provided me with numbers that I was finally comfortable with to close the deal. Again, no pressure but just hard work on his end to make sure that I got the car that I wanted and at the price that I was comfortable with.

Lastly, after closing the deal, Edgar went beyond the call of duty. When I came to drop off my car in exchange for the new car, I realized that I had more personal items hidden away under the back panel. I asked Edgar for some bags so I can clean out the remaining personal items that was found at the last moment. I then went to meet with the financial person to sign papers. When I finally finished with all the paperwork, I went to look for Edgar to get the bags I needed. Edgar said come with me and he took me to my new car, opened the trunk and said everything has been cleaned out from the old car and I placed them for you into the new car. It was neatly placed in the trunk. I was astonished beyond belief with what Edgar did for me.

Edgar is truly a great person who went beyond the call of duty. When I come back to turn in my second car I will go to no one else by Edgar.
