This dealership is one of the top I've ever seen across the board under any brand.

Run, don't walk, but run to "Walter Camacho" a young professional salesperson who can assist you in your purchase. I was greeted cheerfully and offered refreshments while I browsed (very low pressure) for the vehicle I wanted. You will feel you are dealing with your brother rather than a salesperson. We negotiated a very fair price ( I was armed with my price in my head so I knew what a good deal would be). Walter will work to get you into the car of your choice.

The service did not stop after the sale, there were one or two special items I needed and Walter arranged the service date and confirmed the appointments all without me even picking up the phone.

As for the presentation of the showroom and service waiting area, you will feel that your are in a 5 star hotel lobby. Clean, comfortable, quiet to get work done while your waiting. I can't even imagine what this dealership could improve on.

I love my ML350 and I will go back to MB of Nanuet for another MB in a few years when I'm ready.
