My experience at Mercedes Benz of Nanuet has been exemplary. I have purchased/owned some 17 cars so far in my lifetime from various dealerships as I drive around 35,000-40,000 miles per year. My recent purchase of my GLC is the best so far. My sales consultant Joseph Horneman is phenomenal when it comes to personal customer care. I knew I was in good hands when I came into the dealership looking for a new vehicle to add to my history of purchases. His assistance in obtaining the exact vehicle I wanted was seamless. The vehicle, a 2019 GLC 350e is a spectacular vehicle and by far my best acquisition. Even though it was a vehicle that he needed to design and order from the factory he made it seem routine even though I am sure it is quite a task to perform. Michael Steinberg and Annette Carrillo, both business managers, made the financial portion quick, efficient and painless.
