James Fede is an excellent person to work with at Mercedes. This is the second time I purchased a car from him. I find him knowledgeable, patient, understanding and most of all honest. I never feel any pressure from him, just genuine interest in my concerns and needs. It is because of him that I returned to Mercedes.
