I have to say that Brian Waters is an excellent sales person. He was attentive, pleasant, and not pushy. Probably the best car buying experience that I can remember in a long while (and I have purchased now 3 MBs and 2 BMWs). He handled both the trade-in and the new CPO purchase just great.

Short story, after meeting Brian and seeing the car and negotiating, I went to another dealer. Wow, what jerks. I went right back to Brian and cut a deal.

I felt that I was treated fairly, what else can I ask.
