MB of Sac has always done right by me, even though...

MB of Sac has always done right by me, even though my car was not purchased there. I thought this would be true across the board, unfortunately I found this to not be the case. I was recently in the Bay Area when my check engine light came on, so I drove immediately to MB Pleasanton, where they were unconcerned with helping me; I might as well have pulled in there with a Saturn. From their waiting room I phoned MB Sac, immediately spoke with the service department and by the time I got off the phone I felt relieved, appreciated, understood and well taken care of. Thankfully I got home with no issues, made it to the appt MB Sac had immediately scheduled for me, and my beloved car is fine. Being kind and respectful does not take much effort, yet that s not the experience I had in Pleasanton (oh, the irony). It is, however, exactly how I m treated every time at MB Sac. I guess they ve spoiled me for other dealerships, and that s perfectly fine with me; I ll not go anywhere else. Thank you Mercedes Benz of Sacramento, thank you Jason and Lisa, and all of the other people who s names I can t recall. Thank you for always being knowledgeable, respectful, helpful, and, well, pleasant.
