Customer service needs improvement. Salesperson tried to put us on a used car which we werent interested in. When he finally decided to take us to the new car lot, though he saw how much I liked the GLE he never offered to get the key to unlock the car so I could see the inside and only let me peeked through the window. Very disappointed. I took my business to Lexus down the road who gladly let me in their LX570, even let me drive it. I will be returning to Lexus to pick up my new car in a few days.
