Jack did an excellent job with handling the trunk issue with my 2019 Mercedes S450, and being responsive. The Mercedes-Benz currently does not have a solution for their defective power latch that causes inconsistencies with the trunk closing. For a flag ship sedan with a 110K+ price tag I find this to be unacceptable. On several occasions my trunk would not close and I spent 5-30mins attempting to close it. Imaging standing in the parking lot or at a valet trying to close a trunk on a brand new Mercedes-Benz 2019 S450. To make matters worse the solution now is to not use the trunk, and they do not have a solution at the moment. This Dealership also missed the mark because they failed horribly in cleaning my vehicle before handing it back to me. There were visible dirt and scuff marks on the body of the car and they did not wipe down the dashboard. There were visible water streaks on the windows. On the people side the human interaction was great but because of the brand which demands excellence in all areas I was really disappointed in the cleaning and also that the GM was no where to be found when I wanted to speak to him.
