I have always hated buying a car. Rude and pushy salespeople and endless time to finish the transaction has left me with a distaste for the experience and rely on purchasing through internet sales. All that changed when my husband and I went "just to look" at a new A220. We had heard great things about it and wanted to see it. We had been toying with the idea of trading our 2013 Accord. We were approached immediately by a smiling salesman (Abe) who led us to a car. From that moment on we were so pleased with the manner of the salesperson throughout the process that we were amazed that we actually enjoyed the experience. As we drove away in our new A220 we couldn't have been more pleased. And still are. Thank you, Abe. And thank you, Mercedes-Benz of Sacramento!
