The service department was wonderful but my experience with the sales department was initially less than satisfactory. To Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted s credit, I received quick follow up from the Sales Manager who professionally and politely addressed my concerns fully. It is really nice to know there is an organization that is responsive to its customers concerns! Thank you.

I had a great experience at Mercedes Benz North Olmsted from the first time and moment I walked in. I told the salesman Barry I had just started looking and wasn t planning on buying that day. Unlike almost every other salesman, he didn t pressure me or push me at all. He took the time to explain the car in intricate detail. He kept me updated through the process when I decided that was the car I was choosing. He was always a step ahead of me and found the exact car I wanted within hours and had it brought here from Chicago. Couldn t be more satisfied. Barry and the whole staff was amazing. Devon took the time to explain everything about the car and it s features, something most dealerships don t do. Thanks again for everything, I love my GLC 300!

One of the best dealership staff that I have encountered in the area. Special thanks to Salesman Genti who made sure I had all my questions answered before I decided to buy a car. He was very thorough and very knowledgeable and did not use pressure tactics in making the sale. Instead, he provided me with all the information before I could make an informed decision. He really went above and beyond when it comes to customer service experience. Besides Genti, the dealership manager and the rest of the the staff were all very friendly and I would highly recommend buying your car from here.

The customer service was great until I made my down payment. Once they received my money, the communication slowed down to almost nonexistent. I m an out of state customer and my experience has been a nightmare. I made the purchase 12/29/20 and I still DON T HAVE MY CAR!!!!!! I was given the runaround from the dealership about when the car would ship. Instead of telling me from the beginning things would be delayed because of the holidays, I was repeatedly promised that it would be shipped the next day. It finally shipped on Monday 1/4/21 and the general manager told me it would be delivered in 36-48 hours, it is now Friday 1/8/21 and my car has been broken down somewhere in southern GA or northern FL since Wednesday. The delivery truck s drive shaft broke and the cars can t be loaded on or off the truck. The delivery service won t accept my calls and barely texts me back. I now have no estimated date of when I will get my car. I work out of town and am visiting home for just the weekend. This is the most frustrating experience I have ever had! I would never except such sub par service from the luxury brand Mercedes Benz. I don t know how this dealership operates in person, but I would STRONGLY discourage anyone to buy from long distance! I am beyond frustrated!

Update... I received pictures of the broken drive shaft on the delivery truck, and when I checked the time stamp, the pictures were from November 24, 2020!!!! I told the transport manager, he he told me that was not true, and that my phone, added that date ... I am not aware of how to add a false time stamp to a picture. And, how would I benefit from this anyway? All I want is the car I purchased!!! I thought the customer is always right, but customer service is obviously not a priority for this dealership! DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU ACTUALLY EXPECT TO RECEIVE THE VEHICLE YOU PURCHASE!

I got a loaner car for the weekend while my car was getting fixed and they followed up afterwards to ensure everything is working properly. I was recommended by my colleagues to go to this MBZ dealership and I had a very positive experience, so I recommend it to others as well.

Every time I come here, I am treated like I am their only customer. They could be super busy but Jack and the rest of the service staff still take the time to talk to you and keep you up to date on your status. And their customer service is literally the best I've ever seen - these guys are quick to get you answers and taken care of, efficient, knowledgable, and just generally good people. These guys treat you great, and that is the number one reason why I plan on being a Mercedes of North Olmsted customer as long as I am driving. I appreciate being able to come in and to be treated like a human where I am addressed by name vs 'just another customer'. These guys have customer service down to a science.

The associate assigned to handle my service was very professional, communicated throughout the entire process, and was always available. That was the best, and only positive part of have service done at this dealership. When it comes to the actual service however, every time that I have taken my 2018 Mercedes in for service so far (which has been 4 times now) there has been an issue every time! They either don't do what they say they're going to do, they take way too long (were talking 3 days for an oil change in the past this time I received my vehicle back on the 3rd day as well) they cut corners to make it appear as if they do things, that they really do not do! this time for instance I had a leather seat that had a rip that they supposedly repaired, well I've had my vehicle back for three days and the tear had already returned! they also were supposed to replace a valve cap on one of my tires, they simply forgot to put the cap on! it's small things like this that I would expect from a used Kia dealership NOT a renowned Bernie Moreno Mercedes dealership!!! from which I purchased a $60,000 vehicle! the service department is absolutely despicable. Oh and it cost $1000 dollars for service totaling a retail value of half that. Inflated prices, a fancy name, with cheap unprofessional, disrespectful service...

I would recommend Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted. I live in Columbus, Ohio and had no success with the dealerships in town. When I contacted MB of North Olmsted they were positive from the start. Amy, who was so nice and helpful, got my request from the internet and put me in touch with Joe Wisniewski in Sales. They found a car to match what I have been searching for everywhere. They treated me with genuine interest and respect and even drove my new car an hour South for delivery. This was my first time going to Mercedes of North Olmsted and I will never go anywhere else! I just leased a GLA 250 from James Motor Mercedes Benz and couldn't be happier! It drives like a dream! It's also my first experience with an SUV and I like sitting up a high (but not too high) for a unique driving experience (at least for me)! I leased my new vehicle through Larry Cartwright who was exceptionally kind and whose service was remarkable! The day I arrived to pick up my vehicle, he even stayed late to make certain that I knew all the features my new GLA had to offer. I will definitely return to see Larry in 36 months when I lease my next Mercedes!

The quality of this dealership has drastically declined over the past 2-3 years. I am a long time customer of Mercedes and have bought/leased multiple vehicles from this dealership in the past. However, after my recent experience I will most definitely not be returning there.
I had worked with one of the sales associates and had a good rapport with him for several years, I recently was looking for a vehicle and was treated very rudely by Bill Schwark the general manager. I had offered 500$ less than he was willing to sell the vehicle for, I later had an offer for a similar vehicle from the Bedford dealer for a more competitive price. He slandered that dealer, said the car is an ugly colour, repeatedly questioned why I would not be "loyal" to North Olmsted, and told me that "his daughter wants a pony but we can't all get what we want" and was overall extremely disrespectful to me. He then had the audacity to tell me " I have no idea why you are not loyal to our branch we have treated you so well." I will be taking this complaint to upper management and to Mercedes and will be sure to let all others that I know about my experience at the North Olmsted dealer.

From getting me the right price on a beautiful car (total AND monthly mind you) down to making sure I had the car right when I needed it! I had been looking for a C-300 Sport. I saw a few that I liked online and decided to go for a test drive. So glad that I did! I finally met Shawn Blum, my salesman. He was very nice and answered all of my questions. He also called a few days after the sale to make sure that all was good with my new car. My husband and I had been looking into buying a Mercedes for quite some time. After months of research, visiting multiple dealerships throughout WV and PA, I was beginning to think our dream car with our specifications didn t exist.

Luckily, we found Shawn! Within hours of giving him our specifications , he had found three cars for us to look at. We were hesitant because the dealership was 3.5 hours from our house but Shawn was extremely efficient and professional from the delivery of our car to driving it off the lot. Great facilities but for what you spend there for parts and service the car wash was dreadful. Sent it thru twice and it still was bot clean. For 150 and hour they should be able to provide a decent carwash.

I have been a customer at Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted for about 6 years. Their service is outstanding. I recently had my car in to have the battery checked out. Not only did they fix the battery issue, but they also noticed 2 other small items which they addressed at no charge. When I picked up my car it had been cleaned inside and out, and they had it running with heated seats and steering wheel on. I wouldn t want to work with any other dealership.

I have lost track of the number of Mercedes we have had the only everyday cars we have owned since the 1968 280SE. In recent years, we have been leasing 350 SLKs and C 300s. Richard Kruzel has been our dealer for the last several times, and we have been delighted with his attention. In all cases, he has informed us of special deals on cars at particular times of the year, made sure he has found replacement cars that match our needs, sent us an e-mail that he has found a car, and then essentially settles everything electronically other than final signing. Painless. Service is the same way someone comes to our workplace, picks up the cars, leaves a loaner, services the car, brings it back. We live a distance from North Olmsted, but with this kind of service, it makes no sense to change to a dealer or service department closer to home!

Very professional Sales Leader in Dan Klecha. I highly recommend him. It's usually when there are problems or glitches when top performers show their exemplary customer service. I came from another state to purchase a car at MB of North Olmstead in February and shortly afterward discovered a faulty indicator on the console. Dan Klecha reassured me that they'll take care of this and they did. Rather than travel all the way back, he told me to simply take my vehicle to the nearest dealer to take care of it. You have a person waiting for you to greet you , open the door, walk you to the dealership and introduce the entertainment and the Espresso bar. Minuets later Kevin w. My service advisor will come to welcome me and explain some recommendations. Kevin has been doing an excellent job. takes really great care of me and my E350 . He is beyond accommodating about appointments, always quick to respond to my texts, and I m always very happy with the work done at great affordable prices. Highly recommend!!

She took time out of her day to bring it the car to my home as well as my work since my schedule was so scrambled. Today Saturday April 6 - my Benz is experiencing noise engine- motor after recent maintenance done at this dealership. Can t drive past 50 per hour I pulled over at 12 noon EST. Called Mercedes Roadside Assistance and will have waited for 3 hours to be towed if they even arrive. I spent the first 2 hours trying to get an answer of what is going on by calling MB Roadside and service shop at North Olmsted. Terrible service all around on this event. Definitely a call is going to be made to local BBB. Awful how they treat customers that spend 35k+ on a car.

I had bought my Mercedes SLK 230, in May hoping it...

I had bought my Mercedes SLK 230, in May hoping it would help my condition. I suffer from severe anxiety, and agoraphobia among other things.The brake lights went out on my car, so I took my car in for service on Sept 14th at Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted. I met with service guy Mcginty, told him what I needed fixed, the brakes first and foremost, an oil change and a patch on the tire. No estimate, no price list to be found, I asked for the cost he said $150.00. Out in 45 minutes.Then the nightmare began 45 mins turned into 4 hours, $150.00 turned into $1,078.00 with every problem that arose or was discovered. He waited an hour to tell me what I already knew. A nail is lodged in the tire we ll patch it. Another hour later he s back with another tale! They took the tire off the rim to patch it, to their shock the inside was completely shredded, no way to fix. The damage is so bad they can t even reinstall it. It has to be replaced with a new tire. I was confused these were brand new tires, I tried to ask questions to get clarification,. Instead of answers he switched on the high pressure, scare tactics, and manipulation: It s Saturday, we close in 2 hours, until Monday, lots of cars waiting that need to be serviced, besides yours, I need a decision, replace the tire or not? Otherwise we ll put the spare tire on for you, if you even have a spare? Do you even have a spare in the trunk? I didn t have a clue? My anxiety went through the roof, I couldn t think clearly, I asked him for my tire brand and #, he said continental and series of numbers and letters, which wrote down and read back. I told him to give me a few minutes I need to call around real quick. He hovered over me impatiently, as I called a tire company and spoke to Sam (witness #1) gave him the tire number, that was nowhere to be found. Nothing like that in the system. I put him on speaker and told Mcginty that tire # doesn t exist. He rattled off a different set of numbers, then caught himself and gave yet another set of numbers, which Sam carried but would have to order, that sold for $184.00 per tire. Mcguinty stepped in and said the difference is only $9.00 and we don t need to order, and can install it in matter of minutes. I agreed. More then 30 minutes later, here he comes again with yet another dilemma, it was high pressure tactics and fear mongering. He proceeded to warn me of all the dangers, doomsday scenarios, I was facing, and all the reasons why I now needed 4 tires replaced. Your tires are an off brand, he said in a snobby accusatory tone, we don t carry off brand, I don t know where those came from, but blah blah blah. All I heard was a jumble of words, bits and pieces as my head was spinning, fear, worry and confusion growing as he bombarded me with a barrage of scare tactics, warnings and worst case situations. You can t drive with different tires, damage in the thousands, serious suspension problems, costly replacement.He went on to warn of same results with 2 tires. whatever it took to jack up bus expenses He said you could but you can pay now or pay more later. I was mentally spent. I told him I had the $150.00 off 4 tires coupon, he said ok but I have to for balance and mounting, and alignment. I m lost I just want to get out and go home. He said he ll throw out my other tires I said no I ll be back for them on Monday. He handed me a bill for $1078.00 no explanation when I asked for itemization, he reminded me again it was all there just sign they close in less then 2 min. I got home and guess what wasn t working? I emailed G.M. Matt Youseff, he called and lied to justify the lies, tried to chalk it up to a miscommunication. and reinstall mine. I arrived 10 minutes later to another lie, he never agreed he said. You drove the tires out you own them. I inspected my tires at home, no damage or shredding, just fresh scrapes of rubber, and a nail.

I contacted Helder who offered an in house credit for the miscommunication
Thanks but no thanks,I don t do business with liars and thieves.

Took my GL450 to get serviced and Sean was very friendly, professional and helpful. After checking me in, he immediately alerted me that my warranty was up and what my estimated total would be so I wouldn t have any surprises. I was also happy that I had access to a loaner car because there was a part that was ordered and my vehicle would not be ready until the following day. I was very satisfied with my service and my vehicle is running excellent!

My husband and I have purchased over 40 vehicles, so I'm not a fan of salesmen holding my trade in keys hostage or other tactics dealership use to try to earn your business. I know exactly what I want and willing to travel as far as I need to, to get it. Actually I drove 17 hours in the cold winter weather and back to Florida, to get this vehicle. The car did not disappoint me. Beautiful car and had been detailed, awaiting my arrival.

I had been looking to trade in, an excellent condition Mini Cooper, for a BMW Z4. I told them what "I needed, or wanted" in trade and after only a small amount of time, arrived at a deal. My Salesman, Mike Tankersley, from the first phone call and contact, provided impeccable service, and is a huge asset to this dealership. He was in constant contact with me and stayed on top of the transaction and paperwork. There was never a worry where I stood and he should get a raise for trying to make sure the floor was cleaned in from of my car, upon delivery.

Andrew Conner handled the financing, and again, provided excellent customer service and got a rate for me that I wasn't expecting, but was pleasantly happy with. With Andrews interaction with me, he stayed on top of everything that was needed, so when I arrived at the dealership, things went smoothly and quickly. I do not like surprises!!! So I was happy when none were presented to me.

Both Mike and Andrew are a great compliment to this dealership and I really appreciate their dedication in making my transaction with them smooth and stress free. They are extremely friendly and make you feel at home, and at ease. I would definitely travel to this dealership again, for another vehicle purchase. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for that special vehicle, visit Mike and Andrew for a Happy, Stress free Purchase!!! Thanks very much for the follow up phone calls in reference to my 17 hour drive back to Florida, and your touch of concern. That is definitely something I have never experienced in the 40 plus purchases. Thanks again...

From the moment you enter the dealership you feel welcomed. From the lovely receptionist at the door to the tons of salesman ready to assist you with anything you d like. Fresh coffee is brewed and given to each customer and the showroom is absolutely stunning! Matt Youssef, the general manager of the dealership is amazing at what he does. He went above and beyond for us and had our vehicle detailed and delivered within a day of arrival from Mercedes Benz! I was also fortunate enough to meet the owner and his family and they were also extremely hospitable and go above and beyond for their customers and employees. A fantastic dealership with a family oriented environment and vibe! The best shopping experience I have ever had!

I have been looking for a Mercedes-Benz and have consulted many dealers including those i had business with in the past. My search was not successful until i met Dolores Dee Wolfe from M-B of North Olmsted and everything changed. She has something special that could not be found in most of some consultants or dealers. The first minute i got her over the phone i was almost sure that i will get my car. The welcoming was very very warm and friendly and she will take her time to even make suggestions that will fit both your budget and your taste. Just one day after meeting with her i bought my Mercedes and she processed all the paper work immediately and as i am writting now my new car is en route to Ouagadougou (West Africa) for a surprise gift which she contributed at 100%. I will not hesitate to recommend her and the rest of the team (David and others) who have become friends. Can't wait to buy my next car......with North Olmsted. We loved every minute in MB North Olmstead. I will credit largely that experience to Mr. Barry Sisler. Talking to Barry makes you feel like you are not actually planning to buy a vehicle but planning for the best party of your life and Barry is that resourceful star-dude from your college who will make that all happen. Barry knows his cars, is very friendly and truly cares about the customer experience. From concierge to delivery, everything was just perfect. There was only a small glitch that the buy-out price was different on the final sheet from the quote, owing to some goof up on Finance/Management part but they were very quick to resolve that. Manager Helder Rosa and Ryan were very cordial and helpful too. We visited this dealership after we were let down by another Mercedes Dealership. But these guys put our faith back in Mercedes and great customer experience. Although MB North Olmstead is little farther from our home, but we will only go back to these people every-time. Highly recommended!

Have just had a rather unpleasant experience with their sales stuff, in particular a manager Brian McGrath. He gave me a call to supposedly discuss a price on a certified Mercedes after a sales person suggested that the price might be negotiable. McGrath did not call to negotiate, however, but simply to tell me that have no idea what I am talking about and hang up. A rather strange way to treat a customer, whether or not he is right (and I was not talking nonsense as I was asking about the typical price in KBB and NADA guide for the car in question). Will not come back to this dealership.

I Found my dream truck online at North Olmsted MB and didn t know what to expect. From start to finish my experience was seamless and relaxing. The guys at NOMB were great! Don, Steve and Corey excellent customer service. I ll give them a 4 out of 5. Let s see if they take care of the blemish on the back wheel! Steve still waiting for the Care package! All said and done these guys are the truth! 5 start service.

I have bought 4 Mercedes from Mercedes - Benz of North Olmsted in the last 4 years. I use their service dept.exclusively. I have to give Ryan and his staff 5 stars. Very well run service department. The only issue I have is the dealership management, trying to get me to buy into their auto spa package, after years of complimentary car washes. I bought 4 cars from them, you would think they would love to get their best customers into the showroom every few weeks, for the cost of a car wash.
