Worst Dealership/Worst business I have ever dealt with- Have VP of Operations on recording stating that they don't have to warranty any agreement or warranty of services. He was was swarmy and very discriminatory. MBUSA and MBFinancial both have multiple complaints against the dealership and him and are bending over backwards to help correct their bad business practices. Walked out of the dealership called Audi was already approved, the sales person delivered it to my house an hour later.
Customer service is fantastic! Service Technician needs help. Had drivers side airbag replaced. Technician put cover on wrong. Now the horn doesn't work. Need to go back tomorrow to get it fixed.

This is my second Mercedes that I have leased from the North Olmsted location. This time I dealt with Barry Sisler who went above and beyond to make my leasing experience easy. Barry would send me videos of the vehicles I was looking at and gave me his personal opinion on which would suit my needs the best. Living 4 hours away from MB of North Olmsted and having another MB Dealership 20 minutes away has been the reason I keep coming back.
There was a slight issue that Barry dealt with where he went above and beyond by personally help paying for something which was discussed during the leasing process. Without a doubt, Barry is an important asset to the North Olmsted group. I would recommend purchasing or leasing from him!

I have purchased from this location once before, and I live in Chicago! I called the dealer on a particular vehicle, and the manager Matthew F. completed the entire transaction over the phone in a few hours, Matthew was previously the finance manager, and it shows, I teach, and I learned a few things from him myself. Had there been enough staff available, I am confident that the car would have been delivered to me, but even with a minimal crew, the experience was nothing short of how a great car buying experience should be. I was greeted at the door my Matthew, who came in early just for me. The car was detailed and even had a bow on it, and after I took it for a spin, Matthew and Corey, the finance manager, finished the transaction quickly and efficiently; what's more, I sensed that they were genuinely happy for me. Matthew made every effort to make sure I got the best deal I could; Steve (who handles delivery and instruction) walked me through everything as it pertained to the delivery of the car, they were all nothing short of professional. This dealer is by far the best dealer I have ever purchased from, and I understand why they are ranked as high as they are. Took my car in a 8:30am and called me at 5:30pm to tell me it was ready. Oil change $129, and a check engine light diagnostic fee $135, a total of $300. Check engine light is still on and nothing they can do to reverse the $135 fee... SCAM

Not to trust used car general manager. Gave him $500.00 deposit on 2010 Mercedes S550 , Diamond White Metalic, on friday Nov 15, 2019, went to pickup car on Monday November 18, 2019 in the afternoon. He sold the car that morning, tried to explain that he thought I was looking at a black one. Liar, not to be trusted. Never even bothered to call in my deposit. Told me not to worry about it. Can't trust a mans word anymore.
I cannot say enough about this dealership my Axel failed 3 miles away from them tow truck dropped me of at 1am next morning they took me in told me my Axel is out of place 155$ for the diagnostic but Bryant told me I owe nothing this just doesn't happen now days he called Atlas transmission and my vehicle was up and running next day. I am impressed by the service. To begin with, I didn't have bad credit but not much financial history as I was interested in buying a Porsche Panamera I found online. Sam Marawan picked up the phone and answered all the questions I had. He found a good bank that agree to finance me with no financial history with only a down payment. Marawan and his team were amazing, responsive, availble, and helpful. I would like to extended my gratitude to Sam and his team for helping with the process. I purchased a CPO 2012 Mercedes GLK 350 w/ about 36,000 miles a couple of weeks before Christmas and since then (about 3 1/2 months) i've had the vehicle in service 7 times. Thank goodness for the CPO warranty, otherwise I would have had to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket for repairs on a vehicle that supposedly went through a "rigourous" inspection prior to sale. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle. They will doctor up a vehicle to make it test drive presentable so they dont have to make any repairs that will show up on Carfax (because who wants to buy a piece of crap that has a ton of service records?) and sell it to some sucker (i.e. Me) who will unfortunately take a loss on the vehicle because of all of the repairs that need done. Definately not what I expected for my first (and now most likely last) Mercedes purchase.
My husband an I spent the entire day at the dealership and this is the first time in my car buying experiences that I did not feel like it was a hassle. Adam was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and got us into the perfect car with everything we needed and wanted. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and congratulated us on our purchase. They even let me pull the cloak from my new car! I highly suggest this if you have the same excitement about buying a new car as I have. Great service, as always. I was able to get an appointment easily and the whole process took less than two hours (Service A). Car was washed and returned to the service bay very quickly.
Check in process was a little awkward due to the COVID situation. I was greeted in the service bay and shown to the customer waiting area but it took some time before a service consultant greeted me to let mew know what was going on. A simple "Someone will be with you shortly" would have let me know what was happening.
All in all, that wasn't much of a hardship, given what we're all dealing with. I was impressed with the amount of cleaning that was going on while I was there. I felt very comfortable that all the necessary guidelines were being adhered to.

Woody in the service dept. deserves high praise. If there is an award for Mercedes Maintenance centers, these guys deserve it every year.
The service was awful. I took my car in to get the seat and a rattling noise fixed. They called me 3 days later and said my car was ready when I went to get my car they hadn t fixed anything but they charged me. I felt like I got ripped off.
After I complained about them not fixing my car they had it for a month and a half for some minor issues.

This past summer, I purchased a 2009 Honda Fit from one of your sales representatives, Peter Domaneant! I would like to say how amazing my service was...
I had been searching for a vehicle for a very long time (I say vehicle, because I didn't know what to get; whether it be a car, SUV or what...) One morning I got an email from Pete with images of the Fit. I called him up and asked when would be a good time to come in. We scheduled a time for that upcoming weekend due to my needing my parents to be with me for a cosigner.
As soon as we got there, we were professionally greeted with a smile and asked if we would like a bottle of water, coffee or anything else...Mind you Pete was VERY entertaining =) My parents were both very impressed with his professionalism, yet his ability to still have fun and keep the process moving so nobody's time was wasted!
The few other dealerships we had been to had nothing but grumpy employees who acted like they were bummed out that we even walked through their doors... Not to mention they were almost non-existent the whole time we were there. At one dealership, my parents and I left because so much time had gone by and we didn't know where our sales person was and he didn't tell us where he was going or what he was doing :-/
Unlike that guy, Pete took us to his area where he already had all the paperwork finished! He took me out to show me the car and by the time we walked back in, I was again pleasantly greeted by Bill Schwark, the Finance man!
I purchased extra warranty, not only because I have had bad luck with cars in the past, but because he did a nice job explaining all of the products to me and letting me know what my options were (NOT in a long drawn out, boring kind of way).
This whole process took less than an hour and seemed like it was even less than that, because of how simple and smooth the process was! Being this was the first car I have ever gotten from an actual dealership, this was a GREAT experience for me.
Peter's persistence and honesty really came into play! He helped me come back to reality and find a car that was not going to have a ridiculous payment to where I wouldn't be able to save up any money. He explained to me how unrealistic it would've been to get an SUV with all the driving that I did as well as how expensive it would have been for me to try and get into a use luxury car, due to the high cost of maintenance. This is how he landed me on the Fit (which I have to admit, I love only putting $30-$35 in it to fill my tank).
Yes... Although the car I purchased from Pete was only a used Honda Fit, I plan on building my credit, saving some money and leasing a new car from him one day in the future! His honesty and helpfulness really makes me believe that I will definitely become a repeat customer of his at Mercedes-Benz of North Olmsted =) I will continue to tell all of my friends and family members about the awesome service you guys give all of your customers.

The reason for my service appointment was to have my recalled airbag replaced. It worked out well because we needed to get a replacement quote for our poorly manufactured seat. I would like to compliment the customer service employees that welcomed me and helped me; they were very friendly and polite. Although, when picking up my vehicle there was a greasy residue on the dash from when the mechanics replaced the airbag. This is not the first time I've received my vehicle in a less clean state then we would expect from a Mercedes dealership.
