To be honest, it s always going to cost you more to get your parts/services from the dealer, but at least MB of North Olmsted gives you exceptional customer service in exchange for your business. And you have to try the really great coffee from the free coffee bar that comes with a real Barrister and equipment, not just a Kuerig machine sitting in the corner somewhere. My first time here and I very impressed with this place. You get what you pay for, it s a Mercedes after all.

I drove up from Columbus to get my new car since they had in stock. This dealership treated me like I was buying a top of the line Mercedes. I could not believe the red carpet treatment I received from everyone at this dealership- from sales to finance to even tech support. I will never go to any other dealership since the whole experience will never be beat now.

Be careful, this dealership will try to take advan...

Be careful, this dealership will try to take advantage of you. I dropped my car off for a routine oil change while traveling for work and also asked that they take a look at a minor brake pulsation I was having (still within the warranty period).

They were told they could coordinate drop off with my wife but that any service decisions had to be made through me as it was my company car, not personal vehicle. Despite this, they pressured my wife to authorize new front and rear brakes for nearly $2000 and $80 wiper blade replacements. Neither of which were necessary on a car with only 40k miles. Furthermore, brake pulsation (which is why they were asked to look in the first place) does not result from normal wear.

After complaining they were able to apply some service discounts to reduce the bill by $300, but that still left a sizable amount to pay unnecessarily out of pocket. We will never do business with this dealership again.

The dealership was great when it came to buying the car! I worked with Richard for sales and Josephine and Ryan are also great in the service department when I had the navigation installed. Josephine was very helpful in answering the technology questions that I had on the new car after having it a few days. Anthony in parts was very helpful in finding and installing all weather mats in my new CLA! Love my car and the dealership!

1 day I was just driving behind a beautiful black Mercedes Benz that made such an impression on my mind that after discussing it over with a good friend of mine, he actually told me that he was friends with the V.P. Of Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted, Helder Rosa. I had awhile to go before the end of my lease with my current Infiniti, which was also leased within the Bernie Moreno group, along with the prior 2 Infiniti s as well, so it was very important to me to stay within the Bernie Moreno group to re-lease my next vehicle. With this in mind, I did decide to contact Helder, and after speaking to him, this actually sounded possible! So he had me come into the dealership and meet with 1 of his top sales people, Max Kovacs. Max was absolutely phenomenal to deal with. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product and answered every single question that I had, was extremely polite and a pleasure to deal with. I would absolutely without a doubt recommend him to anyone who is looking for or is even interested in getting a Mercedes Benz! The dealership was extremely clean, everyone was very polite and I received top notch customer service! Max and I did end up finding the perfect black Mercedes Benz vehicle and Helder put together a fantastic deal for me and was actually able to get me out of my lease early! I absolutely love my car! Sam Pickering in finance was wonderful as well and took the time to explain everything to me about my monthly lease payments, the due dates and how everything would break down to me. That went a long way with me as it is sometimes so confusing with lease turn in s. This was the easiest and best experience I have ever had in re-leasing a new vehicle! I am so thankful to the entire team of people who worked so hard to help me get out of my old vehicle so early and get me into my new car! Like I said, I absolutely love it and I am so extremely pleased and happy with the entire experience!

Shawn Blum did an excellent job with our purchase. He provided comprehensive information about the car. All of my calls to Shawn were returned within the hour. All of my requests were addressed to my satisfaction within the same day, I live 30 miles north of Pittsburgh and given Shawn s service I bought my 2016 Mercedes GLC300 sight unseen as they accepted my trade in. When I arrived all paper work was prepared and awaiting my signature. The car was exactly as presented and Shawn demonstrated all of the functionality prior to our leaving. Both my wife and I highly recommend both the dealership and salesman Shawn Blum for your next vehicle purchase.

Allan Goldstein is THE MOST service-oriented, cust...

Allan Goldstein is THE MOST service-oriented, customer-centric salesperson with whom I've ever had the privilege to work. We arrived for a 6:30pm appointment and although the dealership closes at 8pm, Allan stayed with us until the purchase transaction was complete. He could easily have left us when we entered into the financing portion of our transaction engaged but used our "wait time" to show us the car, go through many of the options, and help orient us to our new vehicle while our financing was in-process. He was sincerely interested in answering all of our questions, responding directly and honestly so we were able to make an information decision to purchase. We will search out Allan when the time comes for a new car lease. I can't imagine having a more perfect experience with any other MBNO sales person. THANK YOU, ALLAN!

I must also add that Scott Pickering, in the Business Office, went above and well-beyond my most demanding expectations. He stayed very late after closing to research and find the most affordable financing option for us and epitomized the meaning of "teamwork". He made it possible for us to leave the dealer with our new vehicle, despite the after-hours effort needed to complete all the paperwork. THANK YOU, SCOTT!

Also Steven was very thorough going through paperwork and answered all of my questions!! Great car and purchase price. However, I wasn t told the BMW was a grey market vehicle from Canada and that it didn t qualify for the BMW extended warranty. The ad in Auto Trader indicated the car was equipped with a garage door transmitter and it didn t. The car came with one key FOB (normally they come with 2), no charger and the sale s agent couldn t find the original window sticker.

I was sold a vehicle with a warranty that did not cover anything. After two years of being denied any sort of coverage, I decided to take the option of cancelling my warranty policy with a full refund. This option was expressed to me multiple times when it was being sold to me. this is NOT an option. They will refuse your calls and will never file the documentation they are required to by the warranty company. You call the warranty company, they say you have to call the dealership who sold it. You call the dealership? Good luck getting a return to your call. Every stereotype of any car dealership is alive and well here. Don't reach out to Michael Ryba, Matt Yousseff, or Annie Loesch they will provide exactly 0% of your entirely reasonable and appropriate customer service request.

I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Boxster on-line, and dealt with Randy Bevins. What a truly positive experience! Randy made the purchase a breeze: No pressure, always wiling to answer questions, and easy negotiations for the purchase price of the car and for my trade-in. I was a bit hesitant about purchasing a car online, but my fears were dashed when I arrived at their store (I live in Chicago) and found that Randy had everything in order (the fact that he e-mailed most of the documents ahead of time made the paperwork process easy). It only took about an hour before I was in my wonderful new automobile, and heading back home.

The dealership was spotless, and their shop looked very well organized. Anyone considering buying a new or pre-owned vehicle should look no further than Porsche/Mercedes of North Olmsted. And if you're looking for a knowledgeable, no-pressure sales associate (especially if you are buying online or from out-of-town), Randy is your man.

This purchase for my wife was a gift celebrating something very personal and special. Barry immediately identified the magnitude of my intentions and was with me lock-step through the entire process. He worked until he found exactly what I was looking for, as if he already knew my wife (having never met her). On his own, he purchased a cake and orchids, to enhance the surprise (he presented these himself at our doorstep). He also volunteered one of his employee discounts to make up some of the difference on what I still owed on my vehicle that I was trading in. He had just met me a few days before offering this discount. This speaks to the level of customer service North Olmsted MB is willing to extend. When the shock of the surprise wore off, my wife was in tears, knowing what this gift represented. Barry is no longer just the guy who sold us a car...he is also now a friend. He should be recognized within the organization and also publically for his efforts and kind-heartedness here. I'm forever grateful. Thank you Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted. Thank you, Barry!

We have been customers of Mercedes Benz North Olmsted since 2008. They have always gone the extra mile and have done everything they can to please us and offer exceptional customer service. Prior to buying cars at this location, I never felt comfortable talking with service representatives or mechanics. When we started buying and driving cars from MBNO, I was shocked at how comfortable they made me feel. This is across the board- all service reps, the Gm, the finance manager, mechanics, etc all make me feel completely comfortable. It has been a pleasure!

Will you be happy if you bought a S550 which is CPOd with a curb rash on the right front bumper. My sales agent said they would cover repairs but never heard from them since. Next time, ask if the car has been inspected already before they post it as CPO inspected.

I received a $75 off coupon in the mail as a Christmas Gift from the dealership. I called and asked if I could use it toward an oil change and was told yes come in anytime before 3:30. So I did. When I went to check out the service guy said no sorry we can t use that. I told him would have never gone there to pay $150 for an oil change and I specifically called ahead and asked and yet he still couldn t honor it. He did say he would put it on my account for the next time I need to bring it in for service, which is usually overpriced to begin with. If I have a quote from somewhere else and I bug him about it, he will usually try to match the price or get close anyhow. So the coupon was a waste and I ended up waiting almost 2 hours to pay $150 for an oil change when I could ve gone anywhere else for far less, less wait and closer to home :(

Came full circle with MBNO as i began my search there and about 3-4 weeks later completed the journey with a new vehicle. Everyone from my salesperson Joe, who was able to handle a small snafu with ease and perfect transition, to the business division personnel, Andrew and Mike, to my entry each time being greeted by Jeanette and the product specialist team of Steve and Natalie, I m an extremely satisfied customer. They made my trades and purchases memorable, smooth, and I will buy all future cars from them. I live out of state and even living in another state does not stop them from performing. Great experience. I had been shopping for a ML-350 CPO for several months. I was referred to this dealership by a close family friend who is a regular customer. I found a great vehicle, Cinnibar Red and Sport Package with very low mileage with more options than I would normally purchase. The vehicle was sold and serviced by this dealership. Don LaPorte was extremely professional throughout the entire process The sales process, financing through Mercedes Financial and the processing of the transfer to PA was perfect. My vehicle along with everything which was promised, was delivered to my business in Pittsburgh and Don drove back my trade. Service writer or advisor didn't really care about my issues or concerns. That would be the reason I haven't and will not buy another car from this dealership. Since my first purchase from this dealership I have purchased two other Mercedes and definitely not from them
thanks to a nonconcerning salesman and now to the service advisor. Good luck on your dealings with this dealership especially on recall issues.

I did have a issue with a vehicle I purchased. But once I contacted my salesman the team @ North Olmsted worked quickly to resolve the issue. You guys are great and shows that you really care about your customers. I will most definitely be purchasing another vehicle from North Olmsted Mercedes-Benz.. First annual service call on CLA. New to MB, drove BMWs prior. Everything from scheduling, drop off, loaner and check out were great. I was notified the car was ready but it wasn t quite ready when I came within the hour. The text to schedule pick up time came in after I already arrived. No big deal; I d just rather come when it s ready. Everyone was professional and friendly. Great experience!

This is the second car I have purchased from this ...

This is the second car I have purchased from this dealership. Both have been used Mercedes. The second Mercedes I purchased from them was a 2015 GLA 250. I have put less than a 1000 miles on the car and I am getting ready to put back in the shop a third time. This Mercedes only has 30,000 miles on it. I was hoping this car would last for awhile with no problems. But I guess I was wrong about that. I always heard how great Mercedes were, but now I think Mercedes is no better than any other vehicle. I will never purchase another Mercedes and pay the higher price because of the name of a car. I be selling this vehicle as soon as I can. The bad review is mostly due to this car I purchased not the dealership.

Twice in last month went to MB north olmstead for minor maintenance needs. Needed additional power steering fluid and engine coolant. Both time, was taken care of on a walk-in basis and met with wonderful staff all around. Enjoyed some amazing espresso and coffee as well during my brief wait. Such a wonderful experience.
