Today Saturday April 6 - my Benz is experiencing noise engine- motor after recent maintenance done at this dealership. Can t drive past 50 per hour I pulled over at 12 noon EST. Called Mercedes Roadside Assistance and will have waited for 3 hours to be towed if they even arrive. I spent the first 2 hours trying to get an answer of what is going on by calling MB Roadside and service shop at North Olmsted. Terrible service all around on this event. Definitely a call is going to be made to local BBB. Awful how they treat customers that spend 35k+ on a car.
