I walked in and worked with Dee Wolfe, and it was a wonderful experience and took care of me very well! She truly works hard and is good at what she does. The business manger Peter Domaneant made sure the paper work went really smoothly and quickly. From the moment I walked into the dealership to the end I had a great and pain free experience where they care about you and not the sale.
Wife had a tire issue and was told she would be in and out in 45 minutes tops. She sat there for 3 hours without being offered a service loaner. We purchased the road hazard protection so we were protected. Sure wish I would've known about the $50 deductible. They replaced the tire with a complete different tire but the same brand. Pretty pissed!

My GLK350 had a recall for its airbags and was done by Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted which is where I purchased my vehicle. I couldn t be happier with the whole experience!! Everyone was so nice and accommodating, they took any inconvenience out of the entire thing. I run a restaurant and find myself always working so for me it s hard to find a free day and time and nothing go wrong for me to take my car to get serviced so for them to come to me and retrieve my vehicle and drop off a loaner was the best thing that could have happened and not to mention then coming to my work the next day to drop my vehicle off and pick there s up. After already being blown away by the fantastic service I walked out to find my vehicle spotless, I know they usually wash your car after you have any service done to it and I understand due to Covid-19 places are increasing cleaning procedures, but they really did a great job detailing my vehicle inside and out when I was not expecting it. This is the exact reason why I will ONLY be purchasing another mercedes from this dealership when the time comes which will be very soon!! Thank you so much!

I had been looking for a Honda Pilot. I was looking for a used one in new condition. Found one on Autotrader at M-B of North Olmstead. It looked perfect online. We live an hour away. Drove up on New Years Eve. It was worth the drive. The car looked everybit as nice as it did online. Jon Lingelbach was our salesman. He gave us a great price. Very easy deal. Have only had car for a couple days but I am really happy with it so far. If you are looking for a clean used car or a new car I would highly recommend this salesman and dealership.

Found my dream car at this dealership; however, it is 6.5 hrs drive away from me. They offered me a huge discount, made me willing to drive 400 miles to get the car. Also, the representative kindly reminded me the storm was coming and helped me order and change the all-season tires. They even offered me a free night at a Hyatt hotel to let me drive there on Friday and left on Saturday. Staffs are professional, services are perfect!

After searching online for weeks, found the exact vehicle, GL 550, I was looking for in North Olmstead. Hesitant to purchase sight unseen, I drove 6 hours north, not knowing what to expect. Short Review Version: Loved the vehicle and the dealership. Shawn Blum, who worked with me to buy the car, Sam Marawan, who initially took me on the test drive, and Matt Frazier, who dealt with the financials, were absolutely terrific and made the buying process go smoothly. Long Review Version: These guys took such good care of me and worked diligently with my bank to complete all the necessary paperwork. My bank, located in KY, was severely short-staffed due to a snowstorm thus completing the financials on their end took virtually all day. Despite the time it took on my bank s end, Shawn and Matt were always cheerful and upbeat. Shawn really went above and beyond to facilitate the purchase and to make my wait enjoyable. Shawn helped me return my rental car, he pointed out several super restaurants offered to get me lunch, told me about the sight-worthy attractions in the area and generally kept me in good spirits! My overall service experience was not what I would expect from Mercedes Benz. My tires and alignment check took a total of 4 hours. I was not notified until almost 3 hours into my wait time that they had an issue with my tires. I figured my 8am appointment would have put me close to first in line. If I would have known it was going to take this long, I would have gotten loaner or found some other transportation. In addition to the new tires, I had them check on a head lamp washer cover that came off. They ordered and had it painted, which I'm grateful. The service department called me today to let me know the part was ready and I could come in today. I thought this was great, so I opted to leave work early to make it before the mechanic left for the day. I told the service person I would be there at 4 pm. She said that would be fine as long as I was there before 4:30pm. I got to the dealership a few minutes before 4 pm and noticed that my service rep was with another customer. A nice guy from the service area outside greeted me and said I could wait in the lobby. I waited till 4:30 when I took it upon myself to let the service rep know we had to take care of my vehicle. I noticed she finished with her customer, but she didn't come see me waiting in the lobby. Since it was 4:30pm I felt I should remind her that I'm there and my vehicle needs to be taken care of before the mechanic leaves.
Overall, I felt neglected as a customer at the Mercedes Benz location. (North Olmsted)

I have been a customer at North Olmsted for a few years now, but with this recent experience it just reinforces to me why I drive an hour and past two other Mercedes dealerships!! I currently have a lease from North Olmsted and yesterday I went to get new tires from local tire shop. The local tire shop called and said they could not find tire lock to remove tires, I said ok I ll call dealership. I called parts at north Olmsted, and the person I spoke to said immediately that he has a master set but I would have to come to dealership to get it, I said ok and hung up with him. I thought if he had a master set at that dealership and would let me use it to get my tires done then my local Mercedes dealership would help me out??!! Well!! I was very wrong!! I called local Mercedes dealership and they told me they couldn t help and I needed to go online and try to find a replacement(Kempthorn Mercedes). The little things like this is why my wife and I pay more for Mercedes!! It is not just the quality of the vehicle it is the quality of customer service!! Thank you Mercedes North Olmsted for maintaining that quality!!! Thank you once again parts department!!!
I have to drive from Sandusky to have my S550 serviced. I have purchased two sets of tires from MB NO.
The second set was last summer. I asked for the old set be analyzed by Michelin to see if I had any credit due from the warranty. I have followed up twice with the parts department - they will get back to me. Never happened. After the new tires were installed with a front end alingment I brought the car back twice to correct the work and the second time service had the car for two days. There was some reason the machine was out of tolerance but evidently that wasn't fixed. They never did get it right and I got tired of making the trip so I gave up.
I will now have all of my work completed at MB Sarasota.

I purchased a 2008 BMW 328i Convertible from John Krisanda at this dealership. I live in Texas and we did everything via e-mail and phone. The first thing that I must mention is that if the photos of the vehicle are impressive, just wait until you see it up close. Their attention to detail is unmatched in my car-buying experience. They not only inspect the vehicle, but they also perform any maintenance that the car may need. So my car got brand new brakes and a couple of the tires replaced. Their service department is far superior to that at other dealerships. I would not take my SL 550 any where else after having poor experiences at 2 other dealers. However, the sales department leaves much room for improvement. I have never met a car salesman who doesn't want to sell a car.
We never flew out of town to get a vehicle. They had the CPO with the features we wanted. The entire dealership was amazing. They answered all of our questions and went out of their way to accommodate us. We were able to get everything done and drive out that evening. I have been looking at getting a used Mercedes or BMW for a few months now. I was originally leaning towards getting a BMW 5 series or an Mercedes S class. After talking with Peter Domaneant I realized that a Mercedes E350 was what I really wanted. At no point did he try to sell me a car, he took the time to understand what I was looking for in my next car and pointed the pro's and con's of each of the vehicles we discussed (Mercedes or not). He asked the right questions and took each of my questions seriously. Because I am an out of state buyer (from Michigan), he took the time to take great interior and exterior pictures as I requested. We discussed all the details of buying the car before I actually came down to pick it up so that there wouldn't be any surprises when I got there. When I got to the dealership, the car was in the showroom and looking even better than it did in the pictures! Peter completely made the experience worthwhile. He was knowledgeable, professional, and all around good person to do business with. The dealership itself was very nice and everyone there was friendly as well. Can's say enough about how good of an experience I had getting my "new" 2011 E350.
Mercedes is my favorite car brand. This Mercedes dealership offers a lounge with many options of drinks, a tv, and a comfortable sitting area. Mercedes are often expensive but you get what you pay for!

Ever since Bernie left, the dealership is not the same. I dropped off my car for a routine inspection and magically the car was damaged in their care with no explanation as to what happened. The car is now totaled and they offered no response, no compensation and told me it was going to be $2600 "just to see if there is anything else to fix". I feel that I was scammed by this dealership and after 7 cars buying from this dealership, I am DONE!!! Rip off report

I inquired about a vehicle in Ohio advertised on the website. Shawn offered to video record the truck so I could see exactly what they were selling. We had excellent communication over the phone because I was located in Maryland. He was very helpful with my needs regardless of the questions and concerns I had. The process was virtually painless and helped me to believe in a new method for procuring a vehicle. The truck could have been shipped to Maryland, but I chose to drive to Ohio to meet Shawn and shake his hand. I also enjoyed the ride back to Maryland in my new Truck. This was hands-down the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. I also feel like I made a new friend.

Hello everyone.I went there for an oil change and I asked the service advisor or whatever they call it to check and top of my fluids as well (brake fluid,power steering and coolant) and she says I will do that for you.So I get the car and I go home.I open the hood and I see none of my fluids have been touched.I call back and tell her that it's not done and she says that we don't do that.I told her you told me you will check and top them of she says no we don't do that.Anyways I asked for a service supervisor and I told him what was the issue and he says you want to bring the car back and we'll do that for you.He says hold on a minute let me talk to her,he talks to her and he says,she never told you that we will top the fluids off and he left it at that.I am really mad because i paid $119 plus tax for a oil change and they can't put a little brake fluid in the car.You don't expect that from a big Mercedes Benz dealer.Even Lube stop does that lol.Anyways I just wanted to tell everyone what my experience was at the north Olmsted Mercedes Benz dealer.I will Never be back that's for sure lol.

When I walked into the showroom of M-B North Olmsted, I was greeted by Dee Wolfe. Dee has to be one of he most enthusiastic, energetic and knowledgeable representatives of a brand that I have ever met. I told her about my 10 month search for a 2003-2006 SL500. She had recently sold a 2005, but did have a 2007. It was exactly what I wanted at a better price than I had expected, newer too. As unusual as it my seem; no test drive necessary, here's my check, pickup car tomorrow. M-B of North Olmsted and its staff are exemplary of an upscale dealership that can be trusted and depended upon.

Worst experience with a Mercedes Benz dealership I have ever had. I made contact with the sales department regarding upgrading from my current MB model. Rep came out and I had a test drive. I was promised a follow-up to discuss numbers and 3 days later i still have no information, nor has anyone reached back out to offer any kind of assistance. I have been a loyal MB customer since 2016, and I have never been treated in such a way that I felt irrelevant as a customer. I guess I should be taking my business elsewhere... I am extremely disappointed

******If you are considering their 2018 S63 STOCK m6841 (VIN WDDUG8JBXJA367937) Selenite Grey - be aware that the MMR price as of today 8/21/2020 is $95,400. Wholesale is 90-91K. Retail is 113,500 which is quite the spread but not unusual for a car like this. The dealer says they own it for $107K. I was offered the car at $108K plus shipping to my house in Florida yesterday 8/22/2020. I submitted an offer @ 100K and they were insulted because I was educated on this vehicle and changed their offer to me @ $110K instead.
Let me be clear - I am not upset that I did not buy the car especially at the overpriced offer. I am upset because Mr. Laporte stated that I should "move on" and that I was not acting like an "adult."
