We met Mitch Wolf at the Auto Show and reluctantly provided contact info, fully expecting to be hounded. A simple text followed, maybe once a month with info on the new models we expressed interest in. As the conversation grew and I listed the features important to me, Mitch would send a link to a vehicle that might interest me. I'm a little picky with color and features and Mitch was very patient. When we felt ready to test drive a vehicle with Mitch, he was extremely knowledgeable about the features, many of them new to this line. It was like working with a friend- no pressure, happy to help find the right vehicle for us and our budget, and most importantly, patient. He is extremely intelligent and has a genuine interest in building a relationship before selling a car. No doubt he will do well in life. MB of North Olmsted is, itself, quite the experience and made the process easy. We met several people from Management to Finance to the Coffee Bar and everyone clearly wanted to make our experience a comfortable and pleasant one. I love my new GLE 350 and appreciate the effort made by all to get me in the driver's seat of this amazing SUV. I would definitely work with Mitch and this dealership again.

Top notched from the minute I walked in to having the keys of my Mercedes GLA 250 in my hands. I would recommend Matt Paradis and North Olmsted Mercedes to all my friends and family...in fact, both my sister and brother are also customers thanks to my recommendations.

Had a issue with a used vehicle I just purchased. "Legally" I suppose the dealership may not have done anything about the issue. I was extremely upset when I saw the problem so I sent out a few emails to staff as I figured I'd better carpet bomb them with emails like other dealerships in order to get a response.
Within hours Bernie Moreno personally mailed me back and said that he was confident his team would get the issue taken care of. Bill Horvath a service manager called me shortly thereafter and scheduled a appointment for them to come to ME to look at vehicle. They picked up the vehicle and repaired the issue. You would think that there is nothing miraculous about this service but I have dealt with other higher end automotive groups in the Cleveland area that would have hung up the moment they received a call like that.
I'm a business owner also and I can say that unfortunately business owners like Bernie Moreno and I are few and far between anymore. This auto group now has a customer for life if they continue this type of service.

Thank you Bernie and thank you Bill for your great service It made me smile when I came home and my wife told me that when the mechanic was sent out to my vehicle and told my home was in the "country" he assumed it was a "development" in the country not a actual farm LOL.

I knew I needed a new car for several months. My neighbor, who had purchased a number of Saabs, recently decided to replace her current one with a Mercedes. Naturally she returned to the same dealer who sold her all those Saabs, but also was a Mercedes dealer. She shared with me a picture and feature list of the one she was interested in, and I told her if she didn't get it, I would. Well she got it.

I contacted her sales associate, and told him that if anything in model, features,. mileage, and year became available, I'd be interested.

I now had the "bug".

I contacted him a few weeks later to follow up on what he had available, and sadly learned that he was very ill and wouldn't return for awhile. I was then introduced to Dolores "Dee" Wolfe. by the Sales Manager Dave Shafer, who was covering the ill salespersons email correspondence.

What a lucky break on my part. Dee was very knowledgeable about her inventory, and most importantly all of the many different features in her large inventory of available vehicles. I can assure you, that is no small feat.

I looked over her entire inventory that fit my criteria, and decided upon an E350 - 2013 model that had all the features I wanted. It was also very, very low mileage and had been a dealer loaner. That was very important to me, because they're considered a new car sale. Another critical requirement for me was the warranty and assurances that the car was of the highest standard. The certification process documents everything about the car and is a meaningful item for anyone purchasing a car. Other than smelling like a new car, no one could tell that it wasn't new by looking at it. It was that good.

I traded in a Ford Expedition and got what I believe was a fair evaluation and trade in. A very easy process and Dee walked my through it elegantly.

I closed the sale (payment, paperwork, etc.) with Jimmy in Finance. I'm ashamed to say I can't remember his last name, but I can assure you he was highly experienced, helpful in every way, and represented himself and the dealership in a manner that would make Mercedes proud.

Why buy from Mercedes of North Olmsted? I went to two other Mercedes dealerships (who shall remain anonymous). They were both visually stunning (as is North Olmstead) but that's where the comparisons ended. Mercedes of North Olmsted is really a team in the best definition of the word. From the Sales Manager, to the Sales Person, to the receptionist, to the administrative staff, and the guy who washes your car. The feeling one is left with is that the goal of everyone there was to please and satisfy the customer. You do really feel special. My sense is that if they treat people like this, the sales will come, and they're right. There was never any pressure on me to buy anything. As for the service on the car, my neighbor has been raving about Mary the Service Manager for years.

Saving the best for last, my Salesperson Dee Wolfe took an inordinate amount of time going through every facet of this purchase. Showing me the cars, going through the trade in process, reviewing the features, and showing me how they worked. It was much appreciated by me. If anyone is looking for a Mercedes you would do yourself the greatest of favors and seek Dee out. She is a lovely person.

To conclude, I would rather do almost anything than buy a car at a dealer. However, my experience with this group of people was excellent. I'm also not a person given to high praise unless it's earned.

If you're looking for a new or used Mercedes, go to this dealer. And if you're wondering, I wasn't asked to say any of this, nor was I compensated in any way. I just like to share good things when I encounter them.

i'd like to give a special thank you to Stacey Narovec. She went out of the way to make my service visit pleasant. She went out of her way to see if a tire & rim, damaged by a chuck hole, could be covered through Mercedes. After a short time waiting, she informed me tire & rim would be covered. This was not only good news, but made it easier for me to continue helping a son & daughter who ,during these hard times are having a rough time. i'm able to help pay their rents this month, thanks to Stacey. i've always had superior service when visiting Mercedes. Again, thanks some much to Stacey and your entire service department, Andy Finnegan

Good buying experience for a used car. Car was clean and ready when I arrived to pick it up. Staff was friendly and helpful, definitely worth going to again. Only thing keeping this from a 5 star review is I am still waiting on the second key for the car or have it replaced.

I requested a really good wash job before I picked up the car. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. My dashcam showed the car running for over ten minutes awaiting the car wash. I watched other cars go in an out then it was closing time and my dirty car got parked in the lot until I picked it up the next morning. Very disappointing.
The mechanics did an excellent job, clean, no scratched trim, everything back in its place.

There is no other place I will go to buy a car again.

Sales staff was knowledgeble, professional, timely, energetic, and flexible. Service staff was responsive and made sure you were taken care of fairly and timely. Facility was very clean. Everyone took pride in what they were doing.

I was able to seamlessly make a service appointment for my C-Class on the mbzno.com Website, and my appointment was then confirmed via text and email. Since this was my first visit at MB of North Olmsted, I was assigned a representative, Sean Cinalli. With COVID and mask mandates, I have experienced individuals being distant and impersonal. Not so at MB of North Olmsted. Both Sean and the staff were very professional and personable. Sean listened to my concerns, provided maintenance options and pricing for no surprises, gave me an estimated time of completion, and provided a loaner. Of course, they know what they are doing with the loaner. I was given the new GLB which does everything except make coffee - an awesome vehicle with primo features! Now I m considering this sporty SUV. My car had some engine issues that were covered by warranty and needed new tires (no shocker as I had been monitoring the treads). Sean texted and called throughout the 3-day maintenance/repair process with updates, and I was able to pay online which facilitated a timely pick up. Overall from making the online appointment to drop off to pick-up, this experience was outstanding - seamless and easy! I will absolutely return to MB of North Olmsted for service and my next Benz. Kudos to Sean and the MB of North Olmsted staff!

My experience was great. Sam responsed to my text messages quickly and in a professional, but friendly manner. We were greeted graciously. When we signed the loan/title docs, everything went quickly and thoroughly. We were only there for a little over an hour and that included a service issue that was dealt with promptly. I highly recommend North Olmstead Mercedes Benz.

Always extremely attentive, professional and comprehensive! Although I usually use the concierge service, this time I made a personal visit to the dealership to pick up my GLK after it s service and windshield repair and it was time well spent! I was able to meet Helder, The General Manager, in person, and truly totally appreciate his previous and current efforts to make my care at his dealership seamless! Also I was able to meet Cody (Service) in person and he expertly looked after my GLK! I appreciated how MB North Olmsted interfaces with State Farm to get my windshield replaced with a MB windshield instead of an after market product!
As usual, simply the best! I love bringing my car here!

Brought my 2007 CLS63 here for the first time afte...

Brought my 2007 CLS63 here for the first time after Akron Mercedes Benz broke my engine cover and I had to go through a whole dispute with them to get a new one... came for an oil change and diagnosis on why ESP Malfunction light was coming on. I left my car on upon arriving, and even told the service guys to keep it running so the light wouldn't go away. The service employee that took my AMG was very young and rather excited when getting into my car. This already made me slightly worried. Nonetheless I go inside and start working on my computer... and shortly after my service manager comes and tells me they need to drive my car to test if it really is the steering angle sensor at fault? I don't understand how driving it would tell you anything but I reluctantly agreed... upon getting my CLS back, all settings were in sport and I can only imagine the young service man took my car for a quick joy ride. Very Dissapointed on my first visit. If you are going to test something, there is absolutely no reason to change all settings to sport unless you're not testing anything.. and actually going for a joyride instead. I am coming back soon to get the Steering Angle Sensor replaced. I will be discussing this with your team. This is unacceptable. I want an explanation and some sort of reinbursment whether it's cash or a discount on my service for this when I come. You have two weeks to think of an excuse. Start thinking...

*** Update: I did end up going and getting the SAS sensor replaced as I had previously mentioned but, upon arriving, the staff suddenly all knew not to touch any buttons in my car and my advisor even asked me why they couldn't even move the seat haha. I was just as surprised as she was. I'm guessing whoever manages the google reviews for the dealership read my comment and went in and made notes on my car for the future. Pretty funny if you ask me, but still, I appreciate it. On my second visit they did everything exceptionally well, great service, proper treatment, and proper respect for my car (the only thing I care about to be honest). On top of this, the mechanic working on my car (Eric/Erik) took extra care in servicing my car and even did his best to mend an SRS problem without installing new harnesses and costing me money. I was only paying for the SAS sensor, all of the SRS light work that he did was out of the goodness of his heart. He didn't get paid to spend all that extra time to work on my car, if anything he lost money for taking too long to work on my car instead of hustling through with my car and starting on another one to increase his numbers, but him doing that earned a lot of my respect back and gave me a lot of appreciation for the dealership overall. You have won me back over, and from now on, Eric/Erik will be the only mechanic I want working on my car! The man is phenomenal!

I still don't trust them alone with my car though (them being the valet guys), if you are a customer here,..wait on your car and go with them every time they need to move your car! I can't trust them after my first encounter, but besides that, the dealership is one of the best out there!

Edit: Called to get part numbers and was rudely told they don t give out part numbers. The parts person talked with a bitchey arrogant tone the entire conversation and then slammed the phone down the second I said thanks. It s 2019 guys, we can get part numbers anywhere, not giving them out isn t going to stop us from ordering somewhere else. This behavior is just rude and arrogant. I was planning on doing the service here even though I was going to buy OEM parts online from a diff dealer but now I won t. I ll just go somewhere else. Hope not giving away part numbers was worth it.

My son and my husband had been shopping for a couple years to find "the right" car for my son's 16th birthday. Because my husband travels every day for our business, he has the opportunity to check-out many car dealerships along the way. Between my husband and my son shopping the internet every night - they covered a lot of territory - never finding what we considered to be a "good deal." Upon finding Mercedes of North Olmsted - we knew right away that we had the best deal for our 16 year old. Cindy went above and beyond what we ever expected her to do. The day of my son's birthday, Cindy drove the car from North Olmsted, OH to our house in New Castle, PA, which is about 1 hr 45 minute drive. Upon pulling down our driveway, she placed a big red bow on the car, and greeted my son at the door with balloons, a cake, and a new key for his car. Then, instead of leaving as quickly as she could have, she spent a good hour explaining the car to us. There was no hesitation to answer any question we had. We then were able to complete the necessary paperwork right here at our house. Thank you Cindy for Outstanding service. We would recommend highly to any friend or family member. Thank you for making my son's birthday extra special!!

My husband initially met with our salesman Shaun T. alone and expressed that Shaun was informative, seemed genuine in his efforts to help us get the car we wanted at a fair price, and down to earth. We chose to buy with Shaun over several other dealerships for these very reasons. Shaun brought out my car to the house as we received the car before our wedding and it was a bit of a hectic week. I absolutely love my car and am very satisfied with the service thus far.

Joe W. and the MBNO team are true professionals at what they do. I was in the market for small but capable SUV. I knew the budget I needed to stick with, the features and roughly what I needed. Joe gave me what I asked for- no shady sales tactics, no BS. He showed me a variety of options, crunched numbers with me and ultimately we made a deal happen in a short amount of time with his quick and accurate work. He was respectful of my most important asset: my time. This dealership was well worth the drive for me to get there and i will come back to Joe and MBNO for my next vehicles. I have purchased several cars in my life and have always dreaded this process. The experience I had at Mercedes- Benz of North Olmsted has restored my faith in the entire process. The entire staff was very prompt, courteous and professional. Our salesman, Mike was quick to answer any questions we had, was very knowledgeable and also gave us the room we needed to make our final decision. We made our decision to purchase the vehicle and were treated like we were the only customer in the store. We love our vehicle and this is the first time we have purchased a vehicle without experiencing Buyer s Remorse . We will definitely be back to Mercedes- Benz of North Olmsted for our next purchase!

After the electronics in my Smart were bricked by a locksmith attempting to program a key, they were able to diagnose and replace the necessary modules and parts to get my Smart up and running again. Sean was quick to respond to inquiries and offered great customer service. John did a great job repairing my car and I m very happy to have it back, up and running like new.

I had the WORST experience with the service dept. I called because my screen went black and would not come back on. They picked up my car and performed my 1 year maintenance even though it was over a month early, and I only had 3k miles on the car. They returned my car but they NEVER looked into my original screen issue. I had to send the car back again, so they kept it a total of 3 days. What service dept doesn't do what you called them for, but rather does something you did not want done yet??? Ask the customer first!

My wife and I were looking at Mercedes Benz Cars f...

My wife and I were looking at Mercedes Benz Cars for a weekend fun driving summer vehicle. We were greeted by Michael Famageltto, sales consultant, in the certified used car building. We asked to take the Mercedes SLK 250 located on the used car lot for a test drive. Mike got a temp tag & offered a quick overview of the basic driving features. The car is a 2 seater so my wife and I enjoyed a good test drive including some bumpy roads (not hard to find) and a trip on I-480.The car had good pick up for a 4 cylinder vehicle, and I m believe the turbo provides the extra power. When we returned with the car, Mike was waiting for us and asked how we enjoyed the car. He did not insist on crunching numbers, which I felt was a pleasant surprise.
At my request, Michael called me at home later that evening as the dealership was closing and my wife and I had some unanswered questions about the vehicle. He answered every question I had about the vehicle operation, vehicle history, and the included Mercedes Benz Certified Used Warranty. I told Michael that I would talk to my wife and likely return to the dealership the next day.(Saturday)
The next day we were greeted by Michael and the General Sales Manager William Schwark and we asked to drive the same vehicle again. They both were obliging and we took the vehicle on a little longer test drive. We were certain the vehicle was what we were looking for, so we needed to put a deal together. When we arrived back at the dealership after our test drive we were met by Michael and Bill. We sat down in Mike s office and worked out a deal in a relatively short time less the usual games.
If I were in the market for a top tier vehicle that has a great staff, I wouldn t hesitate to purchase a vehicle from this dealership again. The buying process was smooth and the dealership personnel made the numbers work for us.

Sara Wheeler and everyone in the service department was very friendly and accommodating. There was an issue with the first repair and they were very quick to rectify the issue. They did not make me feel like I was wasting their time for what was a minor issue with my car.
