My overall service experience was not what I would...

My overall service experience was not what I would expect from Mercedes Benz. My tires and alignment check took a total of 4 hours. I was not notified until almost 3 hours into my wait time that they had an issue with my tires. I figured my 8am appointment would have put me close to first in line. If I would have known it was going to take this long, I would have gotten loaner or found some other transportation. In addition to the new tires, I had them check on a head lamp washer cover that came off. They ordered and had it painted, which I'm grateful. The service department called me today to let me know the part was ready and I could come in today. I thought this was great, so I opted to leave work early to make it before the mechanic left for the day. I told the service person I would be there at 4 pm. She said that would be fine as long as I was there before 4:30pm. I got to the dealership a few minutes before 4 pm and noticed that my service rep was with another customer. A nice guy from the service area outside greeted me and said I could wait in the lobby. I waited till 4:30 when I took it upon myself to let the service rep know we had to take care of my vehicle. I noticed she finished with her customer, but she didn't come see me waiting in the lobby. Since it was 4:30pm I felt I should remind her that I'm there and my vehicle needs to be taken care of before the mechanic leaves.
Overall, I felt neglected as a customer at the Mercedes Benz location. (North Olmsted)
