I have been a customer at North Olmsted for a few years now, but with this recent experience it just reinforces to me why I drive an hour and past two other Mercedes dealerships!! I currently have a lease from North Olmsted and yesterday I went to get new tires from local tire shop. The local tire shop called and said they could not find tire lock to remove tires, I said ok I ll call dealership. I called parts at north Olmsted, and the person I spoke to said immediately that he has a master set but I would have to come to dealership to get it, I said ok and hung up with him. I thought if he had a master set at that dealership and would let me use it to get my tires done then my local Mercedes dealership would help me out??!! Well!! I was very wrong!! I called local Mercedes dealership and they told me they couldn t help and I needed to go online and try to find a replacement(Kempthorn Mercedes). The little things like this is why my wife and I pay more for Mercedes!! It is not just the quality of the vehicle it is the quality of customer service!! Thank you Mercedes North Olmsted for maintaining that quality!!! Thank you once again parts department!!!
