I have to drive from Sandusky to have my S550 serviced. I have purchased two sets of tires from MB NO.
The second set was last summer. I asked for the old set be analyzed by Michelin to see if I had any credit due from the warranty. I have followed up twice with the parts department - they will get back to me. Never happened. After the new tires were installed with a front end alingment I brought the car back twice to correct the work and the second time service had the car for two days. There was some reason the machine was out of tolerance but evidently that wasn't fixed. They never did get it right and I got tired of making the trip so I gave up.
I will now have all of my work completed at MB Sarasota.
