Hello everyone.I went there for an oil change and I asked the service advisor or whatever they call it to check and top of my fluids as well (brake fluid,power steering and coolant) and she says I will do that for you.So I get the car and I go home.I open the hood and I see none of my fluids have been touched.I call back and tell her that it's not done and she says that we don't do that.I told her you told me you will check and top them of she says no we don't do that.Anyways I asked for a service supervisor and I told him what was the issue and he says you want to bring the car back and we'll do that for you.He says hold on a minute let me talk to her,he talks to her and he says,she never told you that we will top the fluids off and he left it at that.I am really mad because i paid $119 plus tax for a oil change and they can't put a little brake fluid in the car.You don't expect that from a big Mercedes Benz dealer.Even Lube stop does that lol.Anyways I just wanted to tell everyone what my experience was at the north Olmsted Mercedes Benz dealer.I will Never be back that's for sure lol.
