I leased my first MB, I have to say the service was phenomenal!! I live in NY so I had to take NJ transit over to Flemington,Vasil (salesperson at MB) was more than happy to pick me up at station and drive me to dealership. The transaction was smooth and he went over everything, from the leases agreement to the warranties and service. The car was presented to me clean as a whistle and i was given a tour of all the features and how to use them.After about a day or 2 they called to follow-up on my experience and if I needed anything. All and all a fantastic experience, I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to lease/purchase their MB and i especially recommend Vasil as your go to guy to walk you through your transaction.

Extremely unprofessional. My wife purchased a vehicle from the prior owners of this dealership back in 2010. She has been bringing her car there for service at least twice a year since then. She always loved the customer service provided. Things changed with new ownership. My wife nonetheless continued to bring her vehicle there as the employee that serviced her vehicle remained the same. My wife had her car serviced last week. She was dissatisfied with customer service. She received an email from the dealership requesting a review. She responded by informing them of her dissatisfaction with the new ownership/management. Rather than addressing her concerns, the dealership responded by forwarding copy of all the 4 stars reviews the dealership received from other customers. Very unprofessional. We were considering trading the 2011 vehicle for a new Mercedes. We will not be returning to that Mercedes dealership!

I interacted with Janae at this dealership over the phone, which started very nicely but turned into a not so pleasant experience towards the end. I communicated mostly over text messages and asked my questions which she turned impatient towards the end. I accounted that to a busy day on Nov 30. What prompted me to write this review is the phone call this morning where she reached out to me to see if I am still interested in the car and when I told her I already have the car from a different dealership, her tone was not so good and she said you overpaid. I definitely don't expect such behavior from a Mercedes dealership.

I feel like I have to share what a wonderful experience I just had with the service department at Mercedes-Benz. Josh was so helpful! He greeted me in the morning, got my concerns. He answered all my questions. Since the car was going to take a while to get fixed he gave me a loaner car for the day. Ben also greeted me in the morning and was so helpful and kind with his customer service. Taking my keys showing me where to park and then bringing me to my car at the end of the day. My car was fixed under the promise for free. There was a dent that someone must have caused in a parking lot. They took care of it, took the ding out ,washed and vacuumed my car and gave me a loaner for free under the promise. My brand new Mercedes is looking perfect again! I believe with the new ownership of this dealership they are truly trying to show they care and their customer service is top notch! Thank you for showing your actions speak louder than words!!! You have earned our trust!

In general, we all have misgivings about car service managers , especially dealing with luxury cars. But there are exceptions. I found one. He is Mr. Rick Szucs at Mercedes Benz Flemington. He is a guy with empathy for his clients and for him their interests and safety are utmost. I would recommend him whole heartedly and you will find out that he is a service manager cut from a different block! A rarity indeed, these days.

Me being from PA I had some skepticism about purchasing my car from NJ but Chris and Bryan (general manager) made the whole process seamless. Outstanding. Neil made this the most comfortable auto purchase experience I've ever had. Absolutely no pressure. After test driving a couple of models, I told Neil that I was looking for a good deal. He showed me the invoice price, then went directly to his best offer. Usually, it's the other way around where the sales rep starts at MSRP then asks what monthly payment I want. Not the case with Neil at MB Flemington. Rest of the staff was also outstanding. Will definitely buy my next MB from them.

I had a horrible experience here. I will buy my next Mercedes somewhere else. Many 5 star reviews here were actually for the previous owner, not for the current owner. The current dealership is run by people who have a lot of dirty tricks to cheat your money.

This is just my experience: their new sales team was slow, sloppy and poorly dressed - when did wrinkled golf shirts ever sell a $70k vehicle? I went in there with my GL as a trade and they made my kids and I wait 20 mins for an insulting (below KBB) offer.
I serviced the vehicle there for 2 years and their approach really bothered me, from the grumpy service lady, to the fact that they always found an expensive repair that needed to be done. I did all required maintenance and got an exceptionally fair offer from another dealership when I did sell it.
I will NEVER do business with these guys again. I m happy to drive the extra miles to be treated fairly.

Just picked up my AMG SLC from Mercedes of Flemington, my salesman Mike Caster was easy to talk to, and no pressure, We worked on the build together and I got a great deal! I worked with Neil Gerstein and he was informative, extremely professional, personable and most importantly, a salesperson who made the entire transaction exceptionally painless and easy. Came away with the exact car that I was looking for at a good price . I normally dread going to a car dealership, but this was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

Wholly unprofessional and scammers. Once you sign your name to purchase the vehicle, they could care less about you as a customer or your vehicle. They even don't bother to make sure your car is registered correctly/ updated information that every car dealership must perform. After you purchase your vehicle, your customer service experience is ZERO. The dealership from the managers to the sellers and financial departments won't bother to help you or even fix the dealership mistakes, for example, registering your car with the DMV and securing proper plates. If you seak the dealership's aid in correcting their error, they will literally ignore you and then deny any and all responsibility. Garbade con artists.

It was a pleasure working with Anthony Izzo and Gregg Ciocca Jr on my recent MB purchase. They worked diligently with me to find a model nearby that had my spec requirements and had the car shipped to their dealership within a couple of days. Great communication throughout the car sourcing period as well as pricing and purchasing steps. I never felt rushed or pressured and can honestly say its been one of the most pleasurable car buying experiences I've had.

I had my 1997 E320 brought in for service. It was a stalling engine problem and tough to isolate as there were no codes providing a clue. The MB Technician did a great job bench testing a suspected component and was able to solve the issue. Service also conducted a safety inspection and pointed out some issues. With the NJ Inspection process being just for emissions don't overlook the importance of checking brake lines. I am thankful MB pointed out the need to have them repaired on my car.

Jami in Service is very knowledgeable about these cars and she kept me informed throughout.

By the way we often complain about how expensive parts are to but from the Dealer. I encourage you to check and compare cost. It has been my experience that the cost of parts from the MB Dealer are very competitively priced.

We recently took delivery of our 2nd Mercedes. We worked with Neil Gerstein on both purchases. The dealership was recently brought into the Ciocca family of dealerships. I was told Greg Ciocca Jr is there quite often. Seems like a positive change, as there are a lot of value add options the family adds to their dealerships.

Neil is great. No pressure sales tactics. He really took time to fully walk us through all the various vehicles and options, helping us narrow down the choices to what works best for us. We test drove many vehicles with Neil, at times he suggested test driving more vehicles to ensure we were solid on our decisions.

Once he helped us narrow down the to the cars, all he needs is what we are comfortable with financially, and he works with the team to make it happen.

Very professional, courteous and knowledgable. We will be going back shortly to replace our 1st Mercedes purchase with a new vehicle.

We also had the please of meeting and working with Kyle Buchecker and Sara Maley of the finance dept. Their expertise and manner of explaining value add options like the maintainance plans, tire and wheel insurance and of course, the finance payment structure itself is concise, yet complete.

Jeremy Sabol left us with nothing but confidence in the manner in which the sales team is trained, and how the dealership sells vehicles. Everything is transparent, and the post sales experience for the customer is excellent. I would imagine Jeremy has a lot to do with that.

Mark Renna is the Jedi knight of working the vehicle features. He spent over an hour with us to ensure we understood how to fully utilize all the incredible features of our new vehicle.

Not very friendly. The receptionist at the front desk didn't greet us, she literally stared at me when I walked over to the front counter and didn't say one word, not even a hello or can I help you? When I asked to for a sales associate she seemed annoyed and asked if I had an appointment. She found someone to come help us, seemed as if I should have been grateful they made the time.

The sales associate came out and was initially attentive. Showed us two cars then ended up leaving saying he would "be right back" for another "preferred customer". I stood around for about 30 minutes and waited patiently. Finally he came back and went over details for the purchase of a vehicle. He under valued our trade-in, when I told him that he had a take it or leave it attitude. Maybe he didn't take me serious because I am a young professional. I went to another Mercedes dealer and bought a car that same day. I was fairly annoyed with the experience. I would not recommend them. Disappointed with their service from the front desk to the sales department. I gave two stars to be fair, he took time to show us the car. I suppose I should be grateful for that at least.

I WOULD NEVER RETURN! I was a returning MB customer, 5 months after I leased my second MB they sent me a bill for 3 payments which were advertised to be covered by the Returning Loyalty Program, a corporate program. Spoke to salesman and although he is a nice man, he insists that I knew they would not be covered. I am sure he will respond with a comment regarding my ignorance about automobile purchasing. However I have purchased over 125 cars in my life and all I can say is the new management from their competitor (RC) was probably a mistake. In my opinion, worse then a used car dealership in Newark! I would rather ride a bicycle then give them my business. Hello BMW!

Awesome service experience

This was not my first visit to the Mercedes-Benz of Flemington - Service Center.
I found this one representative about the experience one can have with a car service center, though.
Long story short, I had bought new tires online and installed them in one of the recommended places from the online seller. I had to return to that place multiple times (at least 3) since there was a persisting vibration around 75 miles/hour on the highway. I stopped trusting that installer after seeing no improvements so I thought about the MB of Flemington service center to resolve my problem.
I got an immediate appointment (very good experience on that aspect, as well), and I appreciated how my request to come first thing in the morning was satisfied.
The staff I dealt with, lead by Art Bongiorno, met (surpassed) all my expectations.
They showed me what was causing my issue (one of the tires was out of the allowed runout range). Kudos to the master foreman (sorry, don't remember his name) for doing a great job with the explanation.
After that, the mechanics did such a good job with balancing the wheels, including the one with the defective tire, that the vibration was barely perceptible anymore. I got copies from the charts that the balancing machine produced to help me get a replacement tire from the online seller. As a matter of fact, at the time I am writing this review, I already received the replacement tire and got it installed, of course, at the MB Flemington service center, as well.

All in all I would recommend this service center to any of my friends (irrespective of their owning a Mercedes or not). Also, as I told Mr. Art Bongiorno, as well, I will be thinking a lot about getting another Mercedes as my second car.

Dropped my C 300 off for warranty work today and I must say, I was treated like royalty! They provided a beautiful new SUV as a loaner. I had a previous bad experience with this dealership and I'm quite happy to report that it seemed to be a one time incident. If your Benz needs service of any type I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Flemington, Jamie is my service agent and she is a straight shooter and quite good at what she does. My rating is a full 5 stars. Excellent service, bar none.

It was a pleasure to deal with Chris. 2 things come to mind when I think of Chris, zero pressure and tons of patience. Was very great at communication, when we couldn't come to terms on our first visit he was still responding quickly to calls and text and while never pressuring us he took all of our back and forth in stride and was very patient and addressed all of our requirements. I would definitely recommend working Chris and plan to do so in around 39 months.

I d like to personally thank Greg and George for taking care of my brother and I, today. They were more than attentive to our needs. Their honesty and integrity defientely made a huge impact on our decisions and we will be returning in the future for sure. Thank you guys for your patience and for making us feel at home! Walked out of there with two breath taking Mercedes all thanks to these two gentleman. They all stayed way past closing and went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of and that we were happy with our choices. Mercedes of Flemington is the place to go!!!

I waited for issues to be resolved before writing this. Ultimately this is the worst out of state dealership I have ever had to deal with. I called ahead to let them know my customer was bringing his car in to have an issue diagnosed and then to call me before proceeding to fix the car. I am a dealership, I am tax exempt, I was the phone paying for the job. Once my customer got there they stopped talking to me almost entirely. They were in a tough spot, Pat the service manager was frustrating to talk with. Mostly because I didn't like what I was hearing, but he did a good job at his job. The part I found frustrating was that I pointed my customer their way, but couldn't use my EIN number for tax exemption or get any of the wholesale benefits of being a dealer as well. My local Mercedes store would have given me new parts at wholesale. Flemington Mercedes told me "Why would we give a discount or set up an account when you will never do business with us again?" -Pat. He is right, I will definitely never do business with them again, nor will I point any customers their way if we happen to sell another car to New Jersey. I will say, in the end they did fix all of the problems efficiently. Their staff, though frustrating to deal with, did get put in a tough spot dealing with an out of state dealer. It could have been handled more fair I thought considering we are both in business to make money. I help and give discounts to other people in business all of the time. This dealership felt very cut throat. They are good at their jobs, good at making money, good at fixing cars...Just don't expect any favors, if they can take all they can, expect them to.

If you are looking for unpretentious honesty and a quick-to-the-point encounter where you are the "customer" and no one forgets that...Flemington is the place to purchase your next MB. It is, after all, about great cars at a fair price and not a Las Vegas simulated environment with loaner cars from Enterprise. Am I right?

Nancy, the receptionist, was so warm and welcoming, she jumped up and met us at the door and cared for us until a sales rep was quickly available. Vasil was what you expect: knowledgeable, genuine and professional. He was also friendly and fun and respectful of our time. In the end, when indecision was about to set in after a long day between Doylestown and Flemington Audi, BMW and MB...he closed the deal.

Oh, and great cars too!
