Not very friendly. The receptionist at the front desk didn't greet us, she literally stared at me when I walked over to the front counter and didn't say one word, not even a hello or can I help you? When I asked to for a sales associate she seemed annoyed and asked if I had an appointment. She found someone to come help us, seemed as if I should have been grateful they made the time.

The sales associate came out and was initially attentive. Showed us two cars then ended up leaving saying he would "be right back" for another "preferred customer". I stood around for about 30 minutes and waited patiently. Finally he came back and went over details for the purchase of a vehicle. He under valued our trade-in, when I told him that he had a take it or leave it attitude. Maybe he didn't take me serious because I am a young professional. I went to another Mercedes dealer and bought a car that same day. I was fairly annoyed with the experience. I would not recommend them. Disappointed with their service from the front desk to the sales department. I gave two stars to be fair, he took time to show us the car. I suppose I should be grateful for that at least.
