As a consumer who's purchased luxury automobiles for the past 20 years I must say my experience at MB of Flemington was the most pleasurable experience. Jack Walsh, the sales representative I dealt with, was very courteous, knowledgeable and handled the transaction in a professional and timely manner.

OI would only recommend MB of Flemintonto my friends and associates.

By the way, the car was for my wife and she was impressed with the changes made to the C-class.

I have never had any problems with any work that has been done to my Mercedes-Benz and they always provide me with a loaner car that is new, clean, and above all fun! I would bring any of my vehicles here for service because they do great work!

Up until I got to Mercedes of Flemington my search...

Up until I got to Mercedes of Flemington my search for a car was disappointing, disheartening and a drain on my time. Over and over we heard that, yes we can get that car for you or we have it and we kept getting the runaround. When we got to this dealership, it all changed. Mike Castor and Julian Montilla were very personable, extremely knowledgeable and helpful and did not waste our time. This dealership is also much larger than I knew, with 40 locations. They have a large inventory so that they have the models that you want and they have the volume to me make a deal that will make you happy. I would STRONGLY suggest going here FIRST.

QUICK. EASY. NO GIMMICKS.... Everything was done via phone call or email and we were at the dealership for no more that 30 minutes buying a car. Which is unheard of. NEIL GERSTEIN was fantastic and I strongly recommend him and the dealer. We even traveled an hour away to get our dream car.

I just took my car there for an in-warranty servic...

I just took my car there for an in-warranty service at Mercedes-Benz of Flemington this Monday morning. The service representative, Jami, told me clearly that I would be charged $68 and would call me if more services need to be done. In the afternoon, I got only one text message from her saying that the service had been done and the total was $751.77!

I was about to ask her to explain how $68 turned into $751 when I picked up my car after work, but she already left, then I was forced to sign the invoices and pay the full charge by the frontdesk otherwise they wouldn t release my car.

The second day Jami replied my inquiry and said she quoted $685. What a lie! I just can t believe it since 685 would never sound like 68 to cause any confusion. This is clearly cheating and a setup to a customer! Therefore, I have to report it and let other customers be aware of this and make sure to put everything on paper when having a service there.

Want to get a Mecedes Benz? Try this dealer and talk to Guido Iammatteo. They will definitely not let you down. I brought my 2018 Q7 for trade-in. Shawn was the internet sale person fron MB of Flemington who contact me to come by. Guido welcomed me and my wife. Everything went smoothly and we got deal within half hour (including trade-in appraisal, bargain new car). That was the fastest and smoothest deal I had made ever. I paid deposit and left beacuse the car was on Ciocca other store (MB of State college, Ciocca owned). Guido contacted me and updated me everything during the two days waiting. i really feel comfortalbe with their hardwork. Dylan was also helpful while Guido was away for picking up/delivery new vehicle for customs. I want to give this dealer 7 stars if I could. One minor improvement they should do is that MB of Flemingto should upgrade their coffee maker for customs. LOL. I strongly recommend this dealer to all buyers.

Was driving to Costco and pulled in the lot just to look. Never intended to buy a car that day. Met Guido the sales man, what a nice guy, super friendly, not pushy, helpful and did say super friendly. Guido, Jullian, Greg all took the time and put extra extra effort to make this a great car buying experience. Spoke to some of the other sales people while waiting, what a great group, friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back and highly recommend. Ask for Guido....

We were looking for a new Mercedes-Benz GLE 63s coupe and we stopped in to the Flemington Mercedes Benz dealership but they did not have one. I spoke with Greg JR who was fantastic. We kept in contact over the next few days. Greg was able to go out and find the vehicle that we wanted and have it delivered to the dealership for us. I have worked with many dealerships before and the service was spot on. Sammy was our sales person and he was easy to speak with and answered all of her questions without any hesitation. I would highly recommend speaking with Greg at Flemington Mercedes Benz for your next new car. They were very reasonable on the trade value for my current trade-in and were able to discount the new car in order to make the deal happen.

Worth The Drive

I usually buy my vehicles from a different Mercedes-Benz location, closer to my house. However, my friend suggested using MB of Flemington because they consistently offer fair pricing and better deals than other dealerships. He was correct! I worked with Tyler S. He was patient and worked to find me a vehicle that met my exact specifications. They found the vehicle and had it delivered straight to my house! Mike in the finance department was professional and efficient. The general manager, Gregg, checked in with me to make sure I received the product I was looking for. They took the proper COVID precautions to make sure I felt safe and comfortable in the dealership and during the delivery of my car. Rich, the person who delivered my car, patiently stood outside in 30 degree weather for an hour while he oriented me to my new car. MB of Flemington EXCEEDED my expectations. Despite the 45+ minute drive, I will be coming back there for my next car because the customer service was fantastic.

Had a great experience getting routine service. The service rep Jamie was great, front desk was polite and quick to get me in and out since I was on a time crunch with work. The gave me a loaner for the day and that was very accommodating and when I went to pick up my car, my usual service rep, Artie was police in greeting me. Flemington Mercedes always goes above and beyond. Even Anthony one of the technicians is always extremely helpful! I will be back...

I am pretty disappointed with the certified preown...

I am pretty disappointed with the certified preowned benz that I bought from this location. The car had a terrible vibration that the dealer would not address. They told me that it was bent rims and that they corrected the issue but the vibration continued until I replaced 3 tires that were even out of balance or oblong or something hing (and as you can imagine this wasn t cheap and I wasn t planning on purchasing them considering it was certified preowned). I repeatedly tried to review with them and Ingot blaa blaa, bring it in. That being said, just before the extended warranty expired, I had speak problems with the car and this was corrected free of charge, although it took 2 trips to get it corrected. Jami did solve my recent issue. Regardless I will not buy another car from the dealer (unless they reimburse me for the 3 tires I needed to buy). Audi treated me better.... facts are facts.

Then, when made aware, they refused to reimburse the shipping charges. They could not have cared less. AND, they put the car back on the web the next day.

I had an amazing experience at Flemington Dealership and that is all due to Chris Popin. Chris is a high quality professional and friendly at the same time. He understood exactly what I was looking for in a car and worked tirelessly to get it for me. He clearly explained the breakup of packages and benefits of each which made me feel very comfortable. Chris made the whole experience great which is hard as I know that other dealerships put pressure. I will always go to Chris everytime I am in the market for a new car.

Had super fast same day service without an appointment. Took care of my MB for only a diagnostic fee. Was probably lucky but they came through for me in a big way.

Update 5/30/2020 .
They came through a second time for us in a pinch! Wife's car developed a major transmission leak in her sisters driveway just as she was about to leave for home to NH. Got the car towed to MB of Flemington late Friday afternoon and they were able to get her back on the road the next day. Outstanding service! Most likely not the least expensive option, but worth the piece of mind it got fixed correctly given that home is 300 miles away.

The service manager, Chris, proactively sought me out afterwards and handled my situation very positively and to my satisfaction. People sometimes make poor decisions, but I try to measure the ultimate outcome on 'how' a negative experience is handled and resolved. My thanks to Chris for handling this so well.

Just traveling 50 miles to go purchase and service all my family cars at this dealership says it all. Neil, the salesman, was very pleasant to deal with and Chris, the service manager, listens and makes sure cars is serviced and all issues, if any, are resolved before he returns you car to you.

This is my first Mercedes Benz. (We have been buying Audi's in the past and we were expecting the same rude and standoffish behavior, like the fine folks at Audi of Princeton deliver each and every time !)
But instead what a surprise, we got the best price the first time, and Vasil Cherapania, the leasing consultant, was super professional and efficient. He understood what we were looking for and remained unfazed as we kept changing the options. We finally settled on the car, and he walked us through the every option gave us some good advice including telling us what options do not make sense.
The ladies at the reception were also very courteous and bravely withstood an excited 12 year old, who was trying every car on the showroom floor.
I have not tried the service department yet, but if this is any indicator of service then I am sure the service experience will also be excellent.

After adding the glowing review above, I was disappointed by the service department. I had purchased 3 prepaid services bit after performing 2, the scheduler told me that i would have to pay for the third, even though it was prepaid - this is extremely dishonest - never coming here again.

The service department at Mercedes Benz of Flemington has outstanding customer service. They treated me with the upmost respect. They were professional, attentive and highly efficient. I regret not purchasing my car from this location. Surprisingly they treat me as though I did. I work far from flemington and Rick Sucs knew I was in a rush, he had a loaner car ready for me in record time so I wasn't late for work. He updated me throughout the service of my car and now it drives like its brand new again. I highly recommend this service department and will bring my car back there for any and all maintenance.

On 9/12 I called the service department requesting a service quote on my daughters vehicle. I was connected with a older lady named Sue.. If I'm not mistaking (didn't speak loud enough) I had several question when it came to repairs and scheduling availability. It seemed as if she was in a rush and couldn't speak. I then put me on hold for over 11 minutes. Someone else picked up the phone ( didn't get the name- it wasn't given) I explained why I was on hold and then I was placed back on hold for yet another 6 minutes. I was told that Sue left for the day and that she would return my call the next day. To my surprise "NO CALL" I decided to call back and I was connected to an associate ( YET AGAIN NO NAME) Is it really that nerve wrecking to provide a name? No common courtesy what so ever! but I explained the lack of initiative and follow-up from Sue and provided the information requested and the gentleman responded "This is the parts department, "I wouldn't be able to answer that for you" Its quite obvious that this dealer has no commitment to its customers,

After getting the run around .. I was connected with your Service Rep Ashley (WHO SPOKE CLEARLY) I Ashley was extraordinarily helpful from the beginning to the end of the phone call. She made my day! Now that's service! I really appreciated her level of customer service and would definitely recommend anyone and everyone to her.

I am a small business owner and know customer service in and out but nothing will justify Sues/Gentleman's (Parts) lack of customer service. If it was up to myself I would have Sue and "The Others" take notes from Ashley! I would have given your dealership an 1 star but Ashley
made a difference. I sent you something as an appreciation.

After dealing with a horrible experience at a different location a few years ago I was reluctant to go to Mercedes again. From the moment I walked into Mercedes-Benz of Flemington, Neil Gerstein was extremely friendly, helpful & patient. He made the process of leasing a car as enjoyable as possible. I also dealt with the Vehicle Upgrade Manager, Michael Castor, who was beyond pleasant & personable. I ended up leasing my my brand new GLA & will be coming back here every time. The Service Department of Mercedes Benz Flemington is just the best. I purchased a car from that dealer many years ago and I have always received the same royal treatment in the Service Department that I got from the Sales guys. Recently I stopped by with a problem. Artie, the service rep, had it examined, determined the problem and scheduled an appointment. All the work was done right the first time and done well. I highly recommend these guys. They care about their customers and are the best.

Edited:11/19/19 After purchasing the car on 8/21 with less then 30K miles on it the transmission has went in the car. I contacted the Rep and was told that the car did not have a warranty on it and if I towed it to the dealership I would be responsible for the cost . How can a car with 1 owner, less then 30K miles in it transmission be gone already? I contacted MB Corporation of USA and will try to get their assistance with this matter since the dealer is not of any help. I am very disappointed in Mercedes-Benz of Flemington.

I have bought 2 Benz from them but from past few m...

I have bought 2 Benz from them but from past few months I am having such a horrible experience with the service department at this dealership.

This had happened on numerous times where they never have any loaner cars available on Friday to loan even when I try to book a loaner 2-3 weeks in advance. Even though I have seen loaners parked all day right outside on Friday s in every situation I was denied for a loaner. I totally understand that this can be situation on 1-2 or even 3 times but not every single time I have or my family member tried to bring my car into service on Friday (in advance and not even last minute). The answer is no from past few months from service managers.

After asking around I got answer from a inside source who is part of the Flemington Benz dealership that the management don t like to give out loaner Friday s . I am not sure why but so disappointing and such a poor decision by the management here. The weekends are best for many families to do all these such things (getting car serviced) because it s hectic busy schedule or bring car during week With work and family.

This is the only dealer where I have had experienced this loaner car issue or shortage of loaner on ever Friday.

I request general/district manager to look into this situation and good customer service is to work around customer needs/schedules and keep promises that are made during the purchase of vehicles and maybe add few more veichles to loaner inventory!

Helping my sister find a used car after her's was stolen. Shawn helped us initially via their online department. We drove down and when applying for financing they came back with a low credit score resulting in a high interest rate. Credit reports from other dealers were 80 points higher than what Flemington reflected. They wouldn't show us their report since we refuted the data. Eric then said "We're not suppose to show these cars, but we have cars with slight fire damage that we can sell at a great price." Really? Are you kidding me?? That's something I would never expect from a major dealer for Mercedes. Stay away!

Great place. Friendliest sales personal... Purchased GL-450. Entire transaction took me 30min. I offered price I'm willing to pay, they excepted, signed related documents, delivery specialist showed me all bells and whistles. in 30min. I was on the way...
Love the people, place and experience... Will send all my friends to this place from now on... Five stars... Vasil is the sales associate, recommended to everybody.

Returned my SL 400 - 30 days prior to my lease end date. Yesterday I received an arrogant call from MERCEDES Financial advising since I did not buy or lease another MERCEDES I needed to pay $595.00 return fee. Yikes ! Don t remember that being communicated when I leased the car 3 yrs ago. After talking with sales rep Gerry who claims this is standard fee. I had no choice but to pay. I have purchased many MERCEDES in my time this was my first lease and my last lease and purchase of A MERCEDES.

My car was erratic in starting and my local mechanic and MB dealer could not diagnose the problem. I took it to MB Flemington on my mechanic's recommendation and was helped by Artie. It was a challenging diagnosis but Artie and his guys kept on it and figured out that the computer on the engine had a malfunction. He was very upfront and informed me that it was covered under warranty (otherwise the part would have cost me ~$1500). They fixed the problem and I did not have to pay anything.
It was also very useful that the dealership even gave me a loaner even though I did not buy my car from their store.
I really appreciated the service.

The sales gentleman who worked with me, Vasil Cherapania, is truly outstanding. This vehicle is my 5th new vehicle and the purchasing experience was the best of all. Vasil is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. As a lease consultant, he takes the time to make sure all the numbers are correct and reflect the best interest of the customer. This is my 3rd Benz from Chris not to mention the deals he does for my family over the past years. We always come to him wherever he may go. The main reason is because he is professional and most of all there no going back and forth, he tells us in plain black and white what we are getting and what we are not, an experience like that is unfounded in the auto sales industry. It is really a breathe of fresh air meeting with him and closing on a deal.

I'm reluctant on giving a bad review, but sometime...

I'm reluctant on giving a bad review, but sometimes a bad review is warranted...I would love to sit here and bullet point the endless laundry list of times I have had "below quality" service from this dealership, but I can tell you this...universally, EVERY time I bring my car in for service it always always is a nightmare and sits for more than one day (EVERY SINGLE TIME). Even now, I take my car in for service to buy 4 tires...and (always at the end of the day) I get a call saying that something isn't right. This time, "2 of my 4 tires" came in wrong...last time: "sorry we drove your car into a curb and destroyed your rims"... the time before that "no we won't warranty your steering wheel on your 2 week old AMG"...but at the end of the day, they do the right thing...they always do....but it is either dumb luck, or annoying as hell. I feel that they could improve on "how they communicate" because they are always dumbfounded, lethargic, unemotional and just give you the facts...I will end up getting my car back I am sure tomorrow...but I bet there will be something not right...like "will they clean the car?" Will see....I'm just annoyed with them and I could give you 8 years worth of stories, but I'm tired of listening to myself! :)

Do not buy a used vehicle at this place. Initially I was offered half of the Kelly blue book value for my trade in which was very greedy and now it turns out the vehicle I purchased was a lemon. Not only did I have cracks in 3 rims but the transmission had to be replaced. I purchased a warranty that did not cover 5000 dollars worth of repairs. The general manager here refused to help in any way even though these problems were there right after driving off the lot. I traveled to NJ to get this car thinking this was a reputable dealer. Now I will end up with a car that is worthless to me and just a large auto loan. What kind of people take advantage and don't stand behind their sales.
