Outstanding. Neil made this the most comfortable auto purchase experience I've ever had. Absolutely no pressure. After test driving a couple of models, I told Neil that I was looking for a good deal. He showed me the invoice price, then went directly to his best offer. Usually, it's the other way around where the sales rep starts at MSRP then asks what monthly payment I want. Not the case with Neil at MB Flemington. Rest of the staff was also outstanding. Will definitely buy my next MB from them.
