We recently took delivery of our 2nd Mercedes. We worked with Neil Gerstein on both purchases. The dealership was recently brought into the Ciocca family of dealerships. I was told Greg Ciocca Jr is there quite often. Seems like a positive change, as there are a lot of value add options the family adds to their dealerships.

Neil is great. No pressure sales tactics. He really took time to fully walk us through all the various vehicles and options, helping us narrow down the choices to what works best for us. We test drove many vehicles with Neil, at times he suggested test driving more vehicles to ensure we were solid on our decisions.

Once he helped us narrow down the to the cars, all he needs is what we are comfortable with financially, and he works with the team to make it happen.

Very professional, courteous and knowledgable. We will be going back shortly to replace our 1st Mercedes purchase with a new vehicle.

We also had the please of meeting and working with Kyle Buchecker and Sara Maley of the finance dept. Their expertise and manner of explaining value add options like the maintainance plans, tire and wheel insurance and of course, the finance payment structure itself is concise, yet complete.

Jeremy Sabol left us with nothing but confidence in the manner in which the sales team is trained, and how the dealership sells vehicles. Everything is transparent, and the post sales experience for the customer is excellent. I would imagine Jeremy has a lot to do with that.

Mark Renna is the Jedi knight of working the vehicle features. He spent over an hour with us to ensure we understood how to fully utilize all the incredible features of our new vehicle.

This is an excellent dealership. We were lucky to run into Neil!
