This was not my first visit to the Mercedes-Benz of Flemington - Service Center.
I found this one representative about the experience one can have with a car service center, though.
Long story short, I had bought new tires online and installed them in one of the recommended places from the online seller. I had to return to that place multiple times (at least 3) since there was a persisting vibration around 75 miles/hour on the highway. I stopped trusting that installer after seeing no improvements so I thought about the MB of Flemington service center to resolve my problem.
I got an immediate appointment (very good experience on that aspect, as well), and I appreciated how my request to come first thing in the morning was satisfied.
The staff I dealt with, lead by Art Bongiorno, met (surpassed) all my expectations.
They showed me what was causing my issue (one of the tires was out of the allowed runout range). Kudos to the master foreman (sorry, don't remember his name) for doing a great job with the explanation.
After that, the mechanics did such a good job with balancing the wheels, including the one with the defective tire, that the vibration was barely perceptible anymore. I got copies from the charts that the balancing machine produced to help me get a replacement tire from the online seller. As a matter of fact, at the time I am writing this review, I already received the replacement tire and got it installed, of course, at the MB Flemington service center, as well.
All in all I would recommend this service center to any of my friends (irrespective of their owning a Mercedes or not). Also, as I told Mr. Art Bongiorno, as well, I will be thinking a lot about getting another Mercedes as my second car.
