Great stage with great programming. Slaves were great again.

Good service only, I thought it was a pity that you had to pay for the lockers. Since I had never been there, it surprised me. Maybe as a tip on the ticket for 2 euros you have a safe. I also had to specifically ask for a larger one since I had a bag. Good sound and friendly people!

Fantastic venue. The balcony is perfect for short arses like myself.

For Amsterdam's city concepts, the Milky Way is one of the top places to go out of your roof. You can find a wide range of music styles ... from dancing to techno to heavily good Rap from home with the youth of today.

MILKY WAY ! Still one of the best Concert Venues in the Netherlands!

Nice intimate room, but buying a membership is a downside. incredibly busy, almost no room to move around occasionally.
2 euro lockers, toilet use is free. The Zedd show was of course fantastic !!!

There is really fun to watch shows, nice and chill.

Last week went to Cam's concert in the Melkweg, which was in the Sugar factory. Concert was very good, sound and light was well arranged. Good service from the staff.

Visited the Stranglers. Cozy casual atmosphere and nice staff!

Good hall for concerts.
Too bad this time the balcony on the sides was not open.

Not paying with a coin, but just cash or with your pin or even contactless.
Wardrobe available and chores, you can also buy earplugs.
Concert by the Rasmus was fantastic again!

Fantastic concert hall! Nevertheless, there are still small logistics improvements to be made. For example, leaving the hall after a concert is a drama because not all doors are opened. This creates a line to the wardrobe and through the same flow, but in the opposite direction, people want to go outside. That would be very nice if this bottleneck is solved. In addition, I sometimes find the mandatory membership a bit annoying!

Nice artists and great people in the tent. But the quality of the sound unfortunately leaves much to be desired, according to my eardrums

Went here during the "All Galaxy Festival" and it was amazing. They had a cool interactive art installation, an animated film festival playing, and various musical performances from jazz to hip hop. Great staff, great crowd and great atmosphere!

Mega Location. I saw the SHELTER TOUR here. Wardrobe was relatively cheap.

Great venue for live music. Enjoyed playing here a lot!

Different genres of music every night. If it gets crowded it can feel a little claustrophobic.

It is a small hall. The concert for which I went, sold out its tickets for just few hours after being released, so it was super overcrowded. They are not any steps or what so ever on the hall, so short people (like me) can forget about seeing properly a concert. The staff was really nice though.

Alright for concerts I guess. It seems really accessible for wheelchairs. Nice layout of the room we were at, with the possibility to lean on, when trying to escape the mosh pits.

At every single concert here they far oversell their limit, and it becomes hot and impossible to move. I'll never buy a ticket to a concert here again.

Melkweg attracts great artists and full halls. That is certainly not without reason. The sound is good, the smoking room great and all those thrown around cups are picked up quickly. Whether it is the small room or The Max, always beautiful evenings. Even the ATM machine inside has been thought of! However, monitoring is unkind by default, for some reason. I'm really not irritable, but monitoring Milky Way is so hard and unkind keen on rules compliance above the audience award a lovely evening. Furthermore, the gaderobe is always chaos. This has been the case for years and does not really seem to be addressed. In short: cool spot, room for improvement.

Awesome festival in this place, great ability to enjoy music, I really liked it.

Good sound, nice room but hard to reach and expensive because you have to take out a subscription. You pay 8 euros extra for a ticket to service costs and the subscription. Parking costs are added and it will be an expensive outing.

It is an interesting building and the concert I went in there was fun but you have to pay 4 euro entrance fee every time and the lockers are too tiny.

Great program but often very expensive. Staff often appear slightly irritated or arrogant.

Nice location, good for concerts and other musical occasions. No hassle with coins, only parking in the area is expensive.
Staff sometimes a bit of a shame, especially the "broom staff", you are not allowed to smile ... take on a little less insecure blonde dolly student and everything will be fine!

Saw Johnny Marr here for the first time. Great gig and easy to get to.

It seems okay. Quite big. Somehow feels like a school or Gymnasium.

One of the 2 best concert places in Amsterdam. If you have the chance to watch one of your favourite bands at the Melkweg, do not hesitate! Friendly staff.

Medium concert hall (2 pieces) with an authentic atmosphere. Sound is good. 10/10 would visit again.

Fine! More than enough lockers and a neat bar in the back. The toilets are a bit too cosey though. The endless line for every concert is both a hell and an iconic inclusion of an unforgettable evening. Just go and see!

Multi space concert, theater venue that is known for its versatility, Melkweg will be in your plans either one way or another, since it hosts a lot of good Events from alternative to the main scenes!

Really amazing live music venue. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Great amenities and an awesome location. Lots of bike parking out the front and drinks are reasonably priced. Highly recommend

Wardrobe is not too expensive. A beer is 2,70 so not too crazy either. Though, can get a bit annoying when there's a lot of people but luckily they have a balcony.

One of two legendary concert venues in the center of Amsterdam. Whereas Paradiso is best known for it's beautiful building, hall and excellent acoustics, Melkweg is bigger and more modern. Nothing wrong with the sound here either. Nice enough bar included.

Giant, modern concert venue with very helpful security staff and a large bar area. Great design in the main hall allows easy viewing of the stage from every seat, though the rake might appear a little steep for those with a fear of heights. Don't let the dark theme put you off.
