The office will answer your call politely but they will not call you back or take any action. I spoke with Erin who said she was going to call back, but there s no follow up. Inquiring about the construction around the Willis tower which has routed pedestrians in a single file line of foot traffic for 6 months and does not look like it will be completed anytime soon. I do believe some improvements can be made. I agree with other reviews; this office is not proactive about cleaning up the streets. Homeless are laying down with blankets and signs propped up in the middle of the busy side walks during rush hour causing more obstructions during ones commute.

With all the police presence that is going on during Monday through Friday I can only assume that the alderman only cares about downtown during these times . On the weekends and evenings there's no police presence and it's literally an underworld. The homeless take over the Clark and Lake stop. Many people smoking on the platform. I even witnessed somebody getting beat up on the platform and nobody here to assist not even the CTA staff.

It amazes me how many police officers are standing in the Thompson Center Clark and Lake Station during the week yet at night anf on weekends it's a dead zone.

It's a shame and very unsafe.
