My husband and I was very happy to purchase our 2017 Chevy Impala from this place. We purchased it in the winter of 2017 . Now it's Spring temperature is rising. We want to cool off with the air conditioner and it doesn't work. We called Bellamy Strickland Dealership in McDonough where we had purchased the car and informed them that they had sold us a car with a non working air conditioner. They
asked how many miles were on the car and we told them 51,000 and they told us that the warranty expired at 50,000 miles...We then took the car to a reputable place to see what was wrong with the AC and they said that the compressor and the evaporate core had a huge huge leak because the dealership was supposed to service it. Then for a 2 ND opinion, we took the car to an AC and Heating shop that Specializes in fixing air conditioners. He said the same exact thing. It cost almost $3000.00 to have this problem fixed. The guy stated that in his expertise opinion, there is absolutely no way that my husband and I should have to pay for that because that's a manufacture problem. He said that they knew that the problem existed. I called the dealership and spoke to a young lady who absolutely agreed that our car should have been serviced before it was sold to us. She apologized and had someone by the name of Kevin D. to call me back. He wanted to put the focus on the mileage and I'm telling him that wasn't the reason that I called. I called to see if you'll knew that we were sold a practically new car with no air...He wanted to know why we didn't bring it in earlier. I respectfully said,"Sir, we bought it when it was cold, we had no reason to use the air. We found out when it began to get hot because then we needed air. I said Sir, we didn't know but y'all did." He said or done anything to satisfy us as customers. If that's how they treat their customers, I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. Mr. Kevin rather put up an argument rather than try to rectify the problem with some type of solution. I told him that I will see him in court and he said,"that's fine" So that's where we're going. I'm so glad that the gentleman at the AC company agreed to come an give his expertise opinon on our behalf. He actually felt bad for us that we was slicked like that...Mr. Kevin D. Customer Service Skills Sucks!
Came in for first oil change and added a conversion from air to nitrogen in my tires. The service was completed as advertised in a reasonable amount of time. Keep up the great work.

Great customer service and completes work in a timely manner. I highly recommend this dealership whether you are car shopping or needing maintenance done, I have experienced both here. I believe that a complimentary car wash should be done.if you are getting work done there however 10 bucks isn't too bad, that does not include a cleaning inside however. Overall, I'm happy with the service.
Service department is not always as helpful as they should be, Techs don't always inspect and check what they say they do however Shop Forman will do what it takes to make you happy in most cases after they screw up.

He called me when it came in. When I picked it up, I did not understand how it could be installed by myself. The parts guy consulted with another person and then determined he could separate the piece I needed from the part and he then installed it in my floor mat. Do not take your vehicle here unless you want to spend the day there. We had an appointment for 9 am for oil change,front and rear brakes and shocks....at 3pm, the only thing completed was the oil change. We usually go to Thornton Rd and receive awesome service, we were just trying out someone closer-terrible mistake
Cory Waye was fantastic. I drove down to Atlanta from Chattanooga to buy my GMC Yukon XL from them. Worked out everything ahead of time from out of state so that there was minimal time down at the dealership. Showed up, test drove, little discussion over trade in pricing, and deal. Most of the details were worked out entirely before I arrived. Very very happy. Good price on the used Yukon with added benefit of being certified by them. Good fair price on the trade in. Altogether, very happy with the purchase from them. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

No customer service, I guess they had made their quota for the season. I have to assume someone from sales staff seen me drive up and park in front of the dealership. I then got out walked 20 yards into a lot of cars and trucks. I looked at about 20 - 25 trucks all over the truck lot. Then, walked 20 yards back toward dealership front door to my car parked. We are talking 30 minutes lapse time no-one said hello, how you doing, are you looking for a vehicle, or can I help you? NOTHING...went to Toyota and brought a Tundra instead felt welcome somebody said hello imagine that...
Took my husband's truck there for service good customer service and the service was in a timely manner they told me the vehicle be ready at 1 it was ready at 1 so I really appreciate them and will be returning again for service

My husband took my 2016 Camaro in for a free oil change and free tire rotation on 11/03/17. The oil change was done as expected but not the tire rotation. I had been getting continuously warning lights about low tire pressure in the left rear tire a few weeks prior to taking the car in, so I keep putting air in the tire. Since I knew they would be rotating the tires if the issue continued it would have moved to a different position on the car, but sure nuff, same issue, same position. This tells me they never rotated my tires and when they called me to ask me about my experience, they rushed my off the phone stating they would let managment know, but to this date, no one has contacted me about my expeince and I had to take my car to another dealership to have a nail taken out of my tire, repaired, have all the tire pressure monitors checked and have the tires rotated. Needless to say I was not very happy with the service or treatment on this visit, however, prior to this, I had no complaints. I will chalk this up to a bad day and pray it doesn't happen to me or anyone else for that matter.

It was the best experience that I have ever had at a dealership. The staff was wonderful not only were they extremely knowledgeable they were polite and attentive as well. They kept me informed every step of the way as to how the repairs on my vehicle was going. When I picked up my car Laura went over the entire invoice with me and explained everything. it looked great. It looked just like it did when I first drove it off the lot. It was such a great experience that I wish I had purchased my car from them, but you can best believe they will be my first choice for the next vehicle I purchase within the next year.
Service won't answer the phone. I'm not driving there to ask how much an oil change is.
If you want it done, just go straight to Kevin, the GM. I purchased a used vehicle & the 2nd time I drove it, the driver's seatbelt wasn't functioning correctly. As soon as Kevin took over the situation, everything was seamless & professional from there on out. They fixed it, as it was clearly a safety issue, no questions asked. As long as Kevin's there, they've got my business!

I've had my car serviced at least four times. Two times I picked up my car it was outside in the service area. The windows were down and keys in the ignition! They called me to come pick the car up so they knew I wasn't in the service area. I just didn't like that.
I absolutely love my vehicle. The features are amazing. However there is one feature that I was TOLD my vehicle had...but it doesn't and I need because of my line of work!! Beware if you are purchasing a vehicle and want built in navigation and your car is equipped with MyLink it needs to be I06 not I05. The I05 MyLink does not have onboard Navigation, even though it has a Navigation App!! So I got sucked into a sales gimmick thinking I had Navigation. When in fact I only have the OnStart version that you have to pay an additional monthly fee for!!! Not happy about not being told the difference. If I was told the difference I could have made an educated decision and I would have had the opportunity to make a decision to go with a Surburban that had this feature. Also note that the MylinkI05 is more limited on the apps that can be down loaded....such as it wont allow you to download any navigation apps but you can download pandora. So you will be lost, but have good music! I had to call Chevy to find out why.... and the service department still has to been able to tell me why I don't have it. All they know is I don't have navigation, not good that they couldn't explain why.

Went to get a car for my mom and it wasn't until we got there that we found out that the advertised sticker price on the internet wasn't the actual sale price. They said that was a price you had to qualify for through their programs. Wish we would've known before making budget plan. We settled on a car but the warranty plans were a let down. More in price than in coverage.
My experience with this dealership was not the most pleasant. To stay the least,i picked out my vehicle online along with my down payment. When i arrived i met with the salesman sn we went over the options on the vehicle. I took my test drive an came back to meet with the salesman. We did up the paperwork an sent it to the finance team. The finance manger came back an said i was approved for 36,000,the vehicle i wanted was 43,878.91 i said I'll see if i can get a better loan from my bank. My back an the dealer ship suggested i get a cheaper vehicle. Ok so i went back online an picked out a 2016 impala ltz it was 23,000+. I called ahead an let the salesman know when i arrived back i was told the the original loan i was approved for , 36,000. Was not less than that an i would have to put more money down or get a co-signer I declined. I asked how is it I'm approved for 36,000 how is it i can get a vehicle for almost 20,000 dollars less. I was told i wasn't approved for 36,000 it was up to 36,000. Ok that still doesn't explain why I'm still unable to purchase this vehicle. I was yhen told my onfo was sent to another bank,an they wanted more money an info from me. I then asked the salesman what about a new vehicle for a better interest rate. I was then showed a 2017 Malibu with dealer insensitives. I was told with vehicle i would have a better chance of getting the loan. I then said no thank you I'll just ease back an work something else out,that's not what i want. But it did bother me that i was told you had me approved for up to 36,000 then i can get a vehicle for 20,000 less. But i was told that amount i was approved for was just for that kind of vehicle (meaning the one for 43,878.91)not the one for less or even a newer one for less.O i was given 1,5000 to 2,000 on the 2016 impala but still needed more down payment.
That's ok I'll take my business somehere else.

Got there first thing in the morning for a car inspection. HAD the vehicle for 3 and a half hours, and never looked at it. Funny thing was, someone else travelled in my vehicle 5 miles with the a/c blasting and the sunroof open.....neber again

Took great care of my truck. Although As I found out this location can be a little pricey when it comes to other maintenance items, like replacing AC condenser and other things, they do good work.
Being that I have found master mechanic shops who charges have the price Bellamy does, I wont be coming back. Dont get me wrong, they do good work they are just expensive.
Not happy with service. Sat there waiting an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. I stopped there to have it done quickly and not be over charged. I could of done it myself in less time including me picking up my oil, with a price tag worth it. I would not recommend going here if you want your oil change done. You will be over charged on labor hours like i was. Charged an hour for oil change and tire rotation, plus the price of the oil change.
I always have a pleasant experience at Bellamy Strickland Chevrolet, from the staff to the service. I have been getting my car serviced here for a year and will continue to do so.
My wife took her car to be checked out and she didn t authorize them to fix anything but they went and did it without telling her the price or getting her approval. Brake light sticks in rear window showing open recall on G8 GT would not honor recall. Service desk guys are very arrogant and nonchalant I would not recommend anyone to go there.

They are professional and convenient, but... We had our duramax serviced here before a 1700 mile round trip. Needless to say we was fixing things that they were paid to do while on our trip. The whole trip I had wondered if they had even changed the oil.
