Everything is quite alright except that they are serving all liquids in children's size glasses.

We were very disappointed. The small room, the very shabby breakfast for a 4 star and the very small restaurant for so many people, getting hold of a coffee is waiting for a line of at least 7 people. Very bad.

New hotel with a modern construction, with wide and direct views to the seafront of the Bay of Palma. Large and modern cafeterias on the ground floor and in the third floor business area. Large spaces dedicated to corporate events with outdoor terraces. An ideal place to enjoy your business trip to the island.

Cold hotel, my impression is one of lack of emotion.

You park well in the car park shared with the Palacio de Congresos.
I left there because I did not find the charm I expected.
I went for a drink and take advantage of the views and surroundings of the pool. There was no suitable furniture there. There were tables and chairs type "chicken coop", that's what I call those high chairs and they are not comfortable at all.
I suggest a change on the part of the company.

The facility was great but all services around it very poor.

I loved it. The staff was very nice, and the room very comfortable. The bathroom has a very cool design, with a large glass, but the shower was quite difficult to use (the first few days cost us several of the group to control the water temperature). They only failed in silly details such as, for example, leaving a simple explanation for the handling of the teapot or the coffee maker that had the room, otherwise, perfect. The service is very detailed.

Very friendly staff, clean and large rooms. Buffet breakfast very complete. Located 3 minutes from the beach. Hotel totally recommended.

Warning: the shower room has a glass wall facing the bed area and no door. So unless you are very intimate don't share your room.

Totally new hotel next to the Congress Center .. It has a terrace on the 7th floor with a good view, swimming pool .. Good service.

Usually I just rate hotels and don't write comments, but this time I want to share the experience, because some aspects really affected our mood in a very negativ way. First we got upgraded, which was very nice, especially because it was my wife's birthday. Because the room wasn't ready yet, we decided to go downtown for some food. When we came back, about 3 hours later, the reception staff has changed, and , brace yourself, they downgraded us again - without any explanation. Don't get me wrong, we didn't expect any upgrade, but if you give it, stick to it. The second weird situation was television. The german channels come with audio comments for handicapped people. Which is a good thing if you can't see well, but for those who do - you can't change it. Changing the audio channel is blocked. Why, just why? Next point, we asked for a late check out. The answer was, ask us again on the day you leave. Seriously? On the day we leave, we want to know if we can sleep longer! Do you expect us to call at 11:30 and ask if we can stay two more hours? And if you say no, we have 30 minutes to shower, pack, and leave? What is this? Last point is the noise. Because of the way the hotel was build, the inner space works like an amplifier. You can hear every floor, which makes it hard to sleep. Melia, you started fantastic, but then somehow everything went wrong. Especially your staff ruined our weekend. To be fair, the hotel is clean and modern with big rooms.

Pleasant minimalist atmosphere. Improved in some aspects such as the door closet system. The attention is fine although they do not give you all the information when you arrive unless you ask, eg breakfast times.

Perfect hotel where you can stay with your family facing the beach and overlooking the port. The breakfast was incredible. Good organization and good treatment. Something far from the center .... it's worth it!

Design hotel, original interior, the rooms have electric kettles, tea and coffee. The rooms are spacious in the style of Scandinavian minimalism. The food is tasty and plentiful. The hotel is located on the highway, cars are under the windows all the time, you need to cross the road to the beach and the beach is narrow, you can say on the side of the road, to a normal beach on foot for 15-20 minutes. The city center can be reached on foot, 20 minutes, the Cathedral is also 15-20 minutes. The hotel is suitable for business people, but not for recreation, especially with children.

Very new and clean hotel, it has a walkway that communicates with congress center. It fails that it is attached to the main access road to Palma and there is a lot of traffic and the rooms that face the road the traffic is heard a lot.

It is a 4 **** hotel recently opened. It has a bar with cafeteria at the reception level .. ideal to share with friends or couples .. outside terraces. And the level 7 terrace with pool and beautiful view over the sea and the city ..

Clean rooms with great view of the bay. Walking distance from town. Friendly, knowledgeable and multilingual staff.

In general it is very good, but since there are no balconies or places to dry, it is not very pleasant to wear a swimsuit or wet bikinis in the morning or afternoon. And put TV channel you want, quite a few steps must be done. Serca from the beach, but to go to the city center it costs- or walking with a lot of heat, bus or taxi.

We were 6 nights here. The rooms are very modern and really nice, the beds were very comfortable and from the outside you did not hear anything despite the large streets and lots of traffic. One downside was that no room had a balcony, too bad. The breakfast was good, wide choice. On the last days we were at the hotel and pool bar, the unfortunately very disappointed. As beer there was only heineken, no regional or spanish beer. On the last day we paid 15 for a badly mixed aperol and a glass of water. You pay a little more, if you get something for the price-performance is in this hotel not quite our opinion.

Had lunch here , amazing staff and lovely restaurant ! Mineral water is so cheap here 2 euros for a litre and it's a 4 star in Palma ! This hotel is so trendy :)

Why can not I put 0 stars. It was an absolute disappointment, everything is the name and posture of being a Melia but it is a fraud. Since we arrived at the hotel was one thing after another, first the pool upstairs and the bar closed because of the storm, that I can understand, then tell us that the spa is broken (we chose this hotel for the spa precisely) We told them that we were very unhappy that it is something that they would have to warn in advance, they said that a week ago they had put it on their website, and the people who have had the reservation for more time? What happens? After that, they tell us that if we want a double bed, we tell them of course, and to our surprise, they will chaaan, two single beds together! Even the soaps that were put in the RITUALS brand room were refilled, an absolute shame !!!! And breakfast 15 per person! It's a theft. And they are not able to give you a solution or offer you another room in any of the 3 hotels that have more for Palma. I hope it helps other clients not to have the bad experience we had.

In this hotel during our trip to Mallorca we stayed 2 times at the beginning and end. Modern furniture, delicious breakfasts, rooftop pool. 15 minutes by bus to the airport. Especially liked the curtains, which can be lowered and raised by pressing a key.

The only drawback is that it is next to the highway that comes from Llucmajor. Otherwise, fantastic. It has a pool bar on the seventh floor, the views are incredible and across the highway you have the beach. Near the center and the airport, next to the Palacio de Congresos ... Very clean inside, nice staff ... Everything great.

Well located modern hotel. Recommended for anyone, if the wallet allows it. The hotel is well located on the outskirts of Palma de Mallorca. To get to the city is a taxi jefoch recommended otherwise you would like to walk 15 minutes on foot. On the whole, no wishes are left unfulfilled.

Very modern hotel with interesting architecture. The service was very good and the view from the rooftop pool was great. Within walking distance from the beach and you could rent a bike to get to the city. The only real flaw is the surroundings. The hotel is right next to a large 24h street and behind the hotel there are a few abandoned buildings.

Nice room for two people.

We stayed there for 3 days without having eaten there because there are also good restaurants nearby and we wanted to be flexible. However, there was cold water with limes in the lobby. Very strong!

The room was very clean! The decor in a more modern style with a glass shower and the stylish interior was particularly cool.

I thought it was a bit of a shame that the windows could not be opened 100 percent, only tilted, which probably cannot be done otherwise for safety reasons. The air conditioning cooled everything down without any problems.

Roof terrace with pool was good. But I didn't test the bar above. The view is good if that's important to you, but it's better.

Check in / out went without problems even at a late hour - service is very friendly.

For my concern, it was a very nice stay, everything went well.
