The pool was closed and they made no effort to make that clear before we arrived. After lots of cajoling they gave us spa access. The hotel is very noisy as there is lots of echoing in the hall due to all the hard surfaces. The fact that this place is right by the main road is also pretty unappealing and loud. On top of that, the food at the hotel was consistently mediocre to poor. In particular the restaurant Trasluz served us 3 dishes all of which were borderline inedible and had clearly just been reheated. They then had the nerve to charge 45 Euros for the privilege. Staff are friendly but broadly speaking quite unhelpful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone for more than one night and only for business travelers. I would never stay in a Melia Hotel again.

Very nice hotel, amazing staff, very friendly, easy check in, quality of service is very high and the experience overall is exceptional.

The pool is very relaxing and the view is nice and memorable.

The room is very clean, but the concept of the bathroom is a little inconvenient if u care a lot about ur privacy :p. Personally I loved the design.

The interior is minimalistic and delivers peace.

The breakfast is very diverse and tasty do not miss it for 15 euro it is worth it :)

Hotel at a decent level in the Scandinavian style, but it looks austere and too sterile. The same can be said about a restaurant from which the stars, but the guest expected more.Menu from which not much to choose and when I have a steak striploin so it is poorly cut and when the bloody finish bring durch cooked, so it was inedible. This was the same with the desert, which was shrunk and tough (panna cotta).

Good location. 30 'walk to the cathedral. To the beach 100m, if you can then cross the busy road ...
Nice rooms, but no balcony. Very friendly staff. Structurally an Archtitektenfurz! Halfway chique, but not practicable.

The hotel and its congress center are a maze. Signaling to access bad and not a light on in the parking lot at 23: 30hr after an event. Luckily we were in a group because a woman alone can not walk in the dark in an underground parking

Our stay in Palma Bay was 5 days and the treatment was 10 for everyone with whom we treated, our sense of closeness and wellbeing was present at all times, when we return to this paradise, we will try to stay in Palma Bay

A great hotel located on the outskirts of Palma. Good breakfast very varied. The gym is very complete. And the pool is a luxury. They do not let you take hotel towels to go to the beach.

Great hotel that looks very good. Great room, ok fitness center, but spa department was closed and rooftop pool was not open. New hotel in minimalist style. Good bed with lots of pillows. Located a little outside the city center but is a nice walk of 15 minutes into the heart of Palma.

Very nice hotel in Palma. The food in the evening in the "restaurant" is not really recommended (price / performance) and it lacks a free available indoor pool / sauna. SPA very nice but you have to pay. For the summer there is a rooftop outdoor pool. Breakfast was very good.

The decor is very modern, if not a bit clinical in parts, but the rooms are really well appointed - the most comfortable beds and great bathrooms.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast had great selection!

Very nice hotel for lovers of contemporary and refined! The rooms are nice but I regret the lack of door to the bathroom (not great for privacy). I loved the bedding which is quality! Be careful to specify if you want a shower or bath when booking! Beautiful swimming pool with sea water in roof top, the foot! Good quality of the restaurant with choice, especially at breakfast.

The room very nice and complete. We thought that the Spa would be free for customers but it was not so, it was also mandatory to wear a hat on the web, neither of which is indicated on the web. Parking also paid for customers.

Hotel very aimed at congresses, so it is simple and quite flat. It is not near the center does not have access to a beach. The pool is on the roof, it has good views, although it is small. The rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the furniture and decoration are modern. Enough for a meeting or congress, although I would not choose it to go sightseeing.

The first thing I want to emphasize about this hotel is the kindness and professionalism of the entire team that composes it. We have been super comfortable and they have treated us great. The hotel is very nice and cozy. The best of the rooms are the beds, very comfortable. Gel, cream, shampoo .... of Rituals. They give you great towels for the beach. Breakfast very complete with natural juice, cheeses, salmon, pastries ... if you need something, they will bring you very kindly. They are constantly replenishing and collecting. The hotel is very well located, close to the seafront. Towards the center of Palma a 10-15 minute walk. Towards the other, the port of Portixol with cute restaurants for dinner. I recommend Cocco. Thanks Melia Palma Bay. Hopefully we can come back soon

A modern hotel with Nordic decoration: warm and functional. The spacious room, the views of the incredible bay of Palma and the very comfortable bed. Another positive point is the Rituals amenities.
I contracted the level and I recommend 100%, to be able to relax taking something in this premium zone at any time of the day seeing the sea is priceless.
The staff polite and attentive.
I still did not have time to enjoy the pool but the views from the seventh floor are amazing. I will return for sure :)

Nice place, modern, clean, really nice architecture and nearby a lot of restaurants. The breakfast is one of the bests i've never tasted. At the top of the hotel there is a swimming pool with nice views of palma bay and all the city. The room was huge with great views and the stuff from the inside was modern and comfortable. In general for me is one of the bests hotels with the best quality-price. I recommend it 100%.

Clean Scandinavian vibe. Spacious comfortable room. The option to see into the bathroom from the bedroom may appeal to the aesthetic. No small bottled toiletries but a fail in the replenishing of the provided fixed ones.

It is next to the Palacio de Congresos which makes it ideal for conventions.
Just 10 minutes from the airport and on the first line by the sea.
Very well connected with public bus services.
