One of the best hotels I have ever been in. Very clean

It has an excellent panoramic view, friendly service. Its construction is modern architecture with an elegant interior decoration, its facilities are well maintained and with good cleaning, the attention of the staff is efficient and very kind.

Good location at only 100 M from the beach and from the Marina. The Hotel is new and has a modern look , the rooms are big and have a modern but functioning look. The rooms have double beds(queen size) and have a total of 6 pillows. The bathroom is big and is equiped with a shower (rain shower) and a separat small room for the toilet with a retractable wooden door, in some rooms the shower has a seetrough glass wall facing the bed but in others this is not present. The rooms are fairly good insolated ,you will not hear the people in the other rooms but if you have the luck to have a room in front of the elevators it may be a little noisy. The roof top pool is a decent size and has a max depth of 1.2M and a minimum of 0.8M there you can order drinks at the bar but keep in mind that this may be a little pricy for example a cocktail is 15 or a beer is 4 . The morning buffet is really for all ,they have from sweet dishes to fish . The hotel is equipped with 4 elevators that go from floor -1 to floor 9. The pool is at level 7 and the spa is at floor -1 there is the gym also located.

I only had a coffee in the hotel bar, correct service, a little expensive.

This hotel lives up to its standard, and the staff were amazing especially the two hotel receptionist who helped us to book a flight and get home quickly, a big thank you to them both and we hope to come back again soon

The rooms are spacious and the Scandinavian design aesthetics are personally a plus. Facilities are great, with the rooftop terrace and pool as well as the underground gym.

Amazing customer service, I forgot my shoes in the rooftop. After search the staff was unable to find them before my checkout. So they got my contact and sent it to me after a few days passed and found the shoes

Very clean, very friendly service and the rooms are very good. It is located quite central.

We have stayed on the seventh floor with stunning views, very good service and perfect facilities.

Modern scandinavian style hotel. Spacious rooms and very good breakfast. Enjoyable spa with a pool, turkish bath and finnish sauna. If you do not have a car, it might be a little far from the city centre as you need to walk about 15 - 20 minutes.

A new hotel that's quite stylish, minimalistic and Scandinavian in its design, it's slightly rough around the edges and could do with a final once over to make sure all the rooms are finished to a better standard. Staff were pleasant and the breakfast buffet was very tasty with lots of options. Great location too right beside the beach so great to be able to walk out of the hotel and walk along the beach.

Very nice room in the 7th floor with a fantastic sea view. Here we spent the New Year's Eve.

The Hotel Melia Palma Bay is a 4 star hotel very close to the beach. The center is about 15 to 20 minutes walk away.

The rooms are simple and modern. The facilities are excellent and especially the wood makes the rooms warm and cosy. The room service is very good and accommodating.

The hotel is also suitable for larger events, such as congresses or company events. The proximity to the airport (15 minutes) is certainly an advantage. In 5 walking minutes you are right on the beach, where there are very nice cafes.

It is also equipped with all the amenities that a 4 star hotel offers, such as spa, fitness and also e-scooter rental.

I am already looking forward to my visit next year and can only recommend this hotel.

Luxurious rooms with quality amenities and comfortable beds and pillows. Small but nice pool. Fine breakfast. Good connection to the airport and fairly close to the city center (25min walk).

I was staying at this hotel, and for users to assess I have to put both good and bad. I ordered food from the room service, the food very rich, but in the middle of the Covid pandemic, I find the sauce jars open and dirty, having put the spoon in the ketchup and then in the mayonnaise ... a kindergarten. I mention it to the hotel, they apologize a thousand times and they don't charge me 15 for food. As for facilities it is phenomenal, very comfortable beds and very friendly workers. What I miss is that in such a beautiful place the rooms do not have a terrace.

One of the worst Hotels I ve ever been! Very noisy and Lois the whole night. You could hear people talking in the entrance hall, up to the sixth floor! The Toilet flush started, three three times the Night for minutes, without any usage. The bathroom had no doors. Due to the large entrance hall, we had the impression of sleeping in a community hall. We made a complain at the check out, but the receptionist doesn t cared! Never again!

Typical business meeting hotel. It's all relatively new, very and modern. Large lobby. The rooms are a good size. The air conditioning is quiet and well regulated. We had a nice view to the sea. Short distances to Palma. Good breakfast, which you can enjoy outside. Free parking on the street. Nice roof terrace to relax. For those who want to enjoy the city and beach, a good choice.

Extremely modern structure one step away from the palm center

Let's start with the positive stuff. The location is great and the decor is stylish, the breakfast buffet extremely good and the rooftop with bar and pool terrific. But there are points deduction for bad service at the bar, where you need 3 tries to get a proper drink, then the missing toilet brushes in the bathrooms and the ghastly light in the elevator.

Excellent location, modern hotel with unbeatable personal treatment

Beautiful experience brand new rooms very very clean change of towels every day even if they give you a room on the palm track car (type beginning of the majorca ring road so very busy but with sea view) you do not feel anything very nice mattress and pillows really comfortable you can feel the difference 4-star superior ... The only thing that if you decide to go for a beach holiday, the balcony is missing to dry the beach towels ... And also true if you want they give you their free towels but you are same point xke if you want them to wash their towels and for a fee .. And then they do not dry in the room having a window that cannot be opened because it is closed with the security key .. The only flaw otherwise hotel deserves a lot ... We stayed from 08/19/2018 to 08/29/2018 for the rest I highly recommend it distance from the cathedral on foot 20 min by car 4/5 min xo and very convenient along the road you can find free parking uiti ...
