A huge place! Spectacular! The views are luxury. The staff very attentive.

Nice hotel, staff very nice. If you want to sleep here, take Oropax with you. Rooms are very noisy, kick insulation you have forgotten. And the architecture requires that the noise from the lobby is carried upwards near the elevators.

Excellent place for congress events and good hotel food good and as it is in front of the sea excellent views.

I thought it was a bit cold and lacking in life. The staff excellent but I did not see identity in the place, minimalist to the excess but they are own tastes. Thanks for the reply, it is always welcome.

A great location excellent hotel 5 minutes walk to the cathedral, the rooms are a good soundproof pass very friendly staff pool with live music to watch the sunset, the super full breakfast buffet I give a 10. I would definitely recommend it.

The staff is friendly and attentive. In case of a problem, the solution is applied quickly and satisfactorily.

Bei den Zimmern lohnt sich der Meerblick. Gym ist gut. Spa ist leider mit Aufpreis. Vom Dachpool aus hat man einen tollen Blick.

Rooms are not soundproof, you hear everything in the lobby

Had a wonderful family holiday here. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with all that you need. Beach was a mere 5 min walk from the hotel, and then there is always the outdoor pool on the 7th floor with bar and view of the sea. Hotel staff was all friendly and most attentive to our needs. A special thank you to both Terese and Allesio who managed the 3rd floor front desk - Melia is lucky to have you on staff. You made our stay special.

A great place for a holiday. Clean beaches, old town with a beautiful cathedral. You can eat quite cheaply. It's worth seeing other places on the island, such as the Drach caves or the Soller port among others.

Nice and modern hotel at first beach line and 20 minutes away from downtown. Big beds and well equipped rooms. Nice and polite service. Good breakfast buffet.

Nice Hotel, new and modern in a minimalistic style. Between the auditor and downtown Palma, just a few minutes by car. Easy to park for free in the surroundings. Rooms are simple, clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet is OK. Good for Spanish standards, but nothing impressive in other international places

The RoofTop (7th floor) is an ideal place to watch the sunset, and also has magnificent views of the Bay of Palma. Perhaps as an added value would include that the music was in line with the sunset, it is something that costs little but gives a lot of value to the customers;)

Not sure how legitimate the reviews that are being left on here so will share my experience.

We booked a suite which was not up to standard. The room smells heavily of cigarettes. Neither of the electric blinds in the room work. Some of the handles on the wardrobe are missing. The shower handset in the main bathroom has ceased. The spa in the basement was also out of action.

We mentioned twice at reception about the faulty blinds. Each time a note was made and we were told that someone would come to fix it. We are still waiting.

What s also unusual is that they asked for full payment of the room upfront on arrival. Strange considering all the problems that we ve encountered.

Hotel has small pool with not enough sun lounges. Location is next to a very busy dual carriageway. Like other reviews mention it feels more geared up to business than tourists.

On a positive note the staff in the restaurant were very friendly and efficient.

Very good hotel The rooms are large and bright. All very new and clean. The breakfast is spectacular. What the SPA was not finished, they will open in June.

Very correct, good service and great views of the bay of Palma

An ideal hotel to spend a few days in mallorca. Cerva from the palm center, you can walk if you like to walk a little.
It has a lovely pool with wonderful views.
A gym that is open 24 hours to practice a little sport and eliminate stress.
A very nice spa with good prices.

We have been staying for a weekend at the Melia Palma Bay. An excellent experience. Both the facilities and the food and the treatment of the first class staff. We recommend it.

Very nice hotel, especially for seminars. The pool is quite small and outdoors, so unless the temperature is hot, the pool will be freezing. The view from the terrace is very nice. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel but the bus does not go by very often. It is better to walk, the center is about 25 minutes on foot. The food is fine but they should improve their offer in drinks since they only have sodas or alcoholic drinks when it comes to lunch buffet. Breakfasts are especially rich! The beach is opposite, you just have to cross the street.

Meets the expectations offered. Very good views of the bay of palm. You can enjoy the sea on the first line from a seventh height in the bar of the outdoor pool. The spa is amazing. The menu can be improved, but the food is very rich.

The hotel is very modern with great facilities, although quite commercial and probably more appropriate for a business stay than a holiday. The rooftop pool and bar is nice, however extremely windy. Rooms are spacious (although very unusual that there is no door to the bathroom) and the walk to town. If you are looking for a place for a relaxing holiday elsewhere might suit better.

Excellent location. Only 15 -20 min walking distance from the centre of Palma and 5 min from the beach. Modern, stylish, comfortable with trained staff. Beautiful bar and swimming pool on 7th flow with stunning views of the Palma and harbour. Possibly the best hotel in Palma.

Great breakfast buffet. Here one can at a small cost of just under 15 EUR even breakfast if you're not a hotel guest. Fresh meats, fruit, warm little things like eggs, fried mushrooms, to sweet pastries as well as cereal - really all there. The service is courteous and the buffet wirs replenished until the end. Overall very good.

First of all, I actually love the hotel. Nice Scandinavian minimalist design with natural wood. We rented one of the suites with excellent view. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was awesome with good quality food, they even had the honeycomb on the frame. Cool pool on the 7th floor too.
