An exelnte place to rest in family, a fantastic attention

Great hotel that made us feel like we were back on our honeymoon. Do yourself the favor of upgrading to Level access. We had access to a full breakfast bar, unlimited drinks, and great service! The hotel also does a great job of bringing in rooftop entertainment to enjoy while watching the sunset. The rooms were maintained very well each day during our 5 night stay and they overstocked the amenities for us (A++). Thank you to Dominique who was very kind and helpful during our stay!!

A lot of noise and very loud toilet flushing from the neighbor room ... no place to relax ... roof pool crowded and little chairs ... on a busy street

The customer service of the facilities was very attentive and personal.

One of the best hotels I've been to. The attention at The Level impeccable, fantastic service! We were celebrating the anniversary of a friend and they prepared an "improvised cake", a beautiful detail !! No doubt when I return to Palma I will repeat hotel

Booked as a gift and not having the original credit card, there were massive problems.

The hotel wanted to cancel the paid reservation for a fee and the birthday child for whom the gift was for should pay the new price in full.

After an infinite number of phone calls and after several hours of waiting, it was announced that there was also a form that just had to be filled out.

After that it went very quickly.

However, when you checked out you didn't know anything about this form and the discussions started all over again.

That wasn't a nice present.

The receptionist doesn't know what to do. Too bad.

Lovely place, never enough staff to serve you in a timely manner in bar, pool bar, or restaurant. Always long waits.

Very nice here, is right on the sea, beautiful view, the staff are very friendly, very good breakfast, rooms are clean but you hear what's going on in the hallway, so next time like this hotel

I did not find price, quality. The excellent breakfast, as they had no system we could not pay early and in the morning we were not registered, which bothered me but well, there were no problems. The cleaning very quickly, at night we asked for face towel and we were never approached until the next morning after cleaning everything. Thanks for letting us express ourselves. They never asked us for the room card when we left and obviously it was also our carelessness not to deliver it, but with our bags and taking care of our belongings, we forgot.

Service is great. And the views at night time are the best.

A good place to spend a good time in the pool of 1.5mt Max with good views taking something and then eat in the restaurant where it is open at all hours. (There would be a bathroom near the pool and more comfortable would be hammocks and not seats).

Excellent hotel, very good location, beautiful and beautiful view, good customer service, near the center you can walk, they offer very good excursions with pick-up and drop-off at the hotel. The workers were ALL !!!!, really very friendly and worried at all times in case we were comfortable, the treatment of our young children was phenomenal, always worrying about satisfying their culinary tastes.Our very spacious and cozy room ( 4 children and 2 adults) Definitely excellent for families.

Really good hotel. Nice rooms with all services. Breakfast are very good and tasty. Spa is not in price for room ad it is expensive.

Modern, stylish, spacious and confortable hotel. Morning buffet is great! It is located in front of a decent beach, and 20 minutes walking distance to the city center.

We had initially booked a stay at Melia Palma Bosque, however a few days before our arrival we received a message from the hotelier telling us that they were cleaning the hotel and that they offered us an alternative, staying at the Melia Palma Bay. After some discussions, we tell them that the hotel initially booked is more in line with our expectations and therefore that we prefer to stay on this option. It is at this point that the manager tells us that in fact, he does not leave us the choice. The approach is quite strange for a 4-star hotel, especially since speaking with the hotelier a little, the latter does not accept any commercial gesture ... not even offering us parking or offering us a larger room. It's like that and that's it !! A few days before our arrival, prices had increased a lot everywhere, so we stayed 3 nights in the Palma Bay from July 11 to 14, 2020. In terms of location, it is clearly not terrible, it is 30 good minutes walk from the city center and stuck to a large noisy avenue on which cars run at high speed. The rooms are spacious and pleasant however the soundproofing is very poor. The breakfast room staff are helpful and friendly, clearly the same cannot be said for the reception staff. The breakfast is good but not at the level of what we have had in other 4 stars in Spain. We do not recommend this hotel.

A functional and very pleasant hotel close to the congress palace of Palma. The kitchen closes at 12 at night and the gintonic at one. Very very nice staff. Meeting rooms very well conditioned. Definitely recommended for professional events and business trips.

FIRST impression after arrival: Refurbished, modern and according to the current clear design spirit. Perfect business hotel with great views over the bay. Overall, we are pleased that the Melia Group returns to its old strength. We were always happy in the Caribbean offshoots and on the Canary Islands you will find houses of this Spanish group.

5 star hotel located next to the center, pool on the seventh floor and sea views, live concert on Friday night. The whole hotel inside is decorated in wood, had the feeling of entering a forest. The double room cost 150 per night without breakfast

From room each day the rest very clean good bedding and well equipped bathroom. The restaurant too bad too expensive! Even for. Drinking a drink is quite expensive which explains the lack of people in the restaurant and the pool bar nice but the deckchairs not comfortable we put on the ground because we were better settled. Location nice sea life.

Very nice and modern hotell, clean and nice rooms. Close to the beach and a short walk in to the city. Very nice breakfast. The pool on the roof is nice but the chairs could have been better. Since there is limited space they have to be small but the are not comfortable.
Would say it is a good hotell for couples and business. Not for family's

We had a great week at the Melia Bay Hotel. Ideally located on the beach and 5 minutes from the center of Palma by bus (bus 25 at the foot of the hotel). The hotel is very clean and the photos are true to reality. Rich and quality breakfast. The staff is very friendly with a special mention for Abraham: a bartender of kindness and exceptional sympathy, and very good advice on places to visit; thanks to him our stay was all the better!

Minimalist, in the cafeteria the sounds are not muffled and it forces to raise the tone to be understood, they would have to study the rebound effect of the sound, otherwise, of the cafeteria an exquisite treatment.

The hotel and rooms are very good, but the bathroom is very lousy. The shower tray slips and you have to be careful. Also the shower with a lot of technicalities does not work well with water. The luxury breakfast

The rooms are very tidy and the staff helps with any request. The hotel is situated next to the beach and the views are nice. The only issue that the pool area is quite small and the pool is only 1m deep. Most of the time we went to the beach. The breakfast was good just sometimes i felt some of tbe foods were overcoocked.
