It's a nice and modern hotel, but it is rather noisy. This is due to the design. The hotel is essentially a hollow tower, with the lobby at the ground floor. There is no acoustic dampening whatsoever, so even one person laughing at the groundfloor can easily be heard in your room on the first floor. Ask for a room on a higher floor to avoid the noise.
