Please do not book at this hotel chain! I am used to traveling quite often and I have never seen such bad hotel service, it is for this reason that I will share my experience and do everything to denounce the actions of this hotel chain on the internet and on social networks!
I initially booked 3 weeks ago at the Melia Innside and 4 days before the departure date I received an email from the hotel chain telling me that finally the hotel is closed and that it directs me directly to another hotel in the chain. As I am leaving with a friend, I call him to let him know and ask him if they have put him in the same hotel. He receives the email but problem they put it in another hotel of the same chain!
The goal being to spend a vacation together, I decided to call the Spanish number so that we could both be in the same hotel.
I ran into one of the worst customer service I've had on the phone! 30 minutes to wait, the girl tells me that the hotel where I booked is closed and tells me it's like that and not otherwise! No business gesture to apologize and plus cancellation fees when they change me hotel without me asking anything! After 30 minutes I finally manage to have the same hotel but still no confirmation email which obviously gives too much work to the person who answers the phone !!!
Currently I am in the hotel, no parking, no commercial gesture for their mistake and not at all the kind of hotel I expected !!
I will do everything to make it known !!
The staff are not at all welcoming! The
Worst hotel experience of my life and I have 8 nights to spend like this !!!
