You have a waiting period of three hours for your appointment. And an half to 45 minutes after for discharge. Although you see at least 4 to 5 receptionist sitting there talking to each other, no one answers the phone all day. You may be running late because of something beyond your control, yet when you get there you appointment is canceled . They do nothing to help you, not even get you another appointment. All this could've been avoided if the spend less time gossiping and designate one of those 5 people to ANSWER THE PHONE! !!!!!!!!, we are the patients.

Over 9 hours of employees chit chatting. Very few staff members actually working. Social gathering with co-workers while waiting for results. No wonder people don't go to hospital. Movement from one sitting area to another every 4 hours. Waste of time. Nothing accomplished.

This has made my pregnancy at least fifty times worse than it needed to be. No one was ever willing to make reasonable appointments - at one point I waited on hold for 4 hours to get an appointment 4 weeks away. Then, the nurse told me to make an appointment for a sonogram while I was there. Guess what? Not possible without a referral so I had to wait another 3 weeks to get that appointment. Overall, it has been completely horrendous. My last sonogram I waited 3 hours, if you can go anywhere else for maternity care - do. It's great when you actually get in to see anyone, but considering the mass amount of stress that is - it's not worth it.

My father had been there for 8 hours with his stomach pain since he been there he only got pain killer medicine and a IV put in I asked a man that was sitting next to where my fathers door was he told me to he to busy to tell me who my father nurse was went I asked him for help. He was to busy texting to even take a second to look and see who my father nurse was. They gave the worst customer service and the worst service in the world. My father walked out with the IV still put in his hand. He even got a bad pain. I wouldn t recommend this hospital to no one. They don t care about the people that was sick there my father never once seen the doctor.

Probably one of the worst hospitals I've entered. Waited 10 hours only to walk out after I received no help what so ever. No discharge paperwork no medication nada. Rude staff that ignored my request for locating my incompetent doctor and nurse. Nurse drew blood and didn't even wear gloves. This place needs to seriously be investigated. Too much gossipy people in that dirty dingy hospital to get any work done. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. If your sick go elsewhere. You will thank me later.

Ran out of ice packs. They lied about time frame I was there. After being treated horribly by the admissions person, I was left in a room for 2 hours. I was washing my own wounds when the PA came in asking what I was doing. Bonnie the PA was the saving grace of this antiquated and very dirty hospital. I never knew American hospitals could be like this. I have not been able to get a person to forward my records after calling for almost a week

My mother was a patient here for about 4 months last year. Thank God she was able to be discharged before COVID hit in March because I wouldn t trust leaving a chronically ill person with a single soul in this hospital and on top of that, not being able to see them and their state of being. Doctors will just do their walk in s , get your consent with stuff and bounce. After that, the patient is left there bed ridden, with rude nurses that have no sympathy or bed side manner whatsoever for someone fighting for their lives. These are the gaps and holes in the medical system in this country that everyone sees but no one likes to talk about in the medical field. Abuse and neglect towards the ill in these medical institutions. Doctors love talking about how their from this and that but don t really want what s best in the end for the patient. Just another surgery added to their prestige resume and money pocketed. Like I said, go elsewhere if you are chronically ill. Terrible bedside manner, doctors will lie and even worse nurses will treat you inhumanly.

Emergency room has the worst response I have ever experienced. The nurses bring you in & leave you. No greating/acknowledgement from nurses or doctors. Patience lined up against the walls on beds waiting. Waited over 2 hours for assistance with my mom. Parking is terrible. Was threatened to be towed & ticketed while I was just trying to get my mom dropped off & checked in.

Worst experience I have ever had in a hospital. My friend went there with a concussion, she was so confused and could barely think straight. The nurse was horrible to her and would not let anyone sit with her while she was sobbing because she didn't know what was going on. I forced my way in there, and if I was never able to she would not have known anything the nurse said because she couldn't remember. Horrible treatment, horrible service, horrible cleanness.

The security guard kicked my 5 year old son out of the hospital while i was having a mild heart attack but did not know at the time it was a heart attack. My son was not running around playing he was just sitting on my lap waiting quietly with me in the emergency room for my name to be called. The guard stated that there were no children allowed in the hospital.

I was in recovery for 8 hours! There was no room open. They finally took me to the VIP floor after an entire workday of waiting. The people were great, but man, are they so overrun they need a new wing to handle demand?

They seem to overbook like airlines. The admissions person was nasty, spoke in a low voice, not in my direction, could not hear her, did not know if she said "all patients" or "patient Smith". So as she was walking away I asked her if I needed to go with her and she nastily said "are you a patient", yes, "then you need to come with me now!"

OK, how about my wife? My belongings? She was nasty nasty. Come on, I am going to get cut open for a serious spine surgery, how about a little grace, and some clear instructions.

Operationally this place is a train wreck. I had my surgery, it went fine, but the experience of the stay was horrible.

Let's just say I had to leave this hospital to go to another because the care was awful and their staff didn't know what they were doing. I would never recommend this hospital to any one that seeks quality care. Nice people but terrible quality and you could tell (overheard conversations) a bunch of their staff didn't want to be there.

I took someone undergoing withdrawal from opioids to the ER on a weekend afternoon. They received excellent care from a doctor that really knew what he was doing. The service was superb. My only wish is that they had better knowledge of rehab facilities so that the person could have gone directly into rehab afterwards. We have been to the ER many times with many members of my family. It is a high volume facility and the most critical people are seen first. When we have had life-threatening conditions we were seen right away.

I have been going here for nearly 14 years and haven't ever been disrespected or mistreated. Dr.Topol is a wonderful doctor and was recommended to me when I was living at home in Arkansas. I not sure why others have issues, but my family and I have never had anytype of issues or problems and I was traveling from Arkansas to DC than in 2003 up to 2004 when I moved here to the District of Columbia.

This is the hospital that in the event you don't care about your family members you'd request them to be sent to. My dad was admitted to this hospital after suffering a minor heart attack. His condition improved and he was scheduled to be discharged. Somewhere along the line he suffered some complications and passed. We were not notified of his passing until three days later. We called the hospital and the nursing station speaking to the charge nurse who notified us that he had been "discharged" and that a social worker would call us by the end of the day. Three days felt like a century. Three days later we receive a call saying my father passed away three days prior. No one reached out to the emergency contact, and when the only designated emergency contact calls to inquire they're lied to. Can you imagine that emergency contact being an 82 year old mom of the deceased who got hit with the shock and also grief all at the same damn time. To add salt to the wound, the hospital believes they did nothing wrong. Don't send your family here. Obviously they don't know how to pick up a phone and have common decency and courtesy of humanity and medicine to inadvertently have to operate or prescribe medications in the event that's the course they deem necessary. Don't go here, stay away.

My grandmother took a fall last night and didn't seek medical attention. When I arrived home the day after I decided to take her to this hospital to make sure everything was okay because she had an open gash that apparently bleed a lot and could get infected. It has been 4.5 hours since we got here and my grandmother has only been check for high blood pressure. When I asked the receptionist for any update I was treated like a piece of trash. Honestly, we are so tired of waiting that we just want to walk out but I know that my grandmother's health is important.

Admittance was terrible!!! We there on Dec 2, 2016 for my husbands ablation. Once we got there an started with admittance for the surgery they informed us that we had a copay of 20% of the surgery bill amount an wanted the payment up front an didn't offer a payment plan. When the supervisor was brought over she offer a payment plan of 350.00 a month which she felt was reasonable. Well at 2300.00 that was not reasonable to us because we could afford this kind of payment. We were told if we didn't offer something up front atleast half the payment my husband could not have his surgery. So, we were forced to put it on a credit card an then the admittance lady called billing an we were told we could make payments on the remaining amount. Here we were never informed on the phone before the surgery we would owe this an then this put alot. Of stress on my husband who was there to have surgery an he almost walked out with out getting it done. To top it all off to this date the hospital has not billed my insurance nor have they sent me any billing information. This is a horrible way to run a hospital and bad patient service.

My experience this year in the Radiology Dept. was...

My experience this year in the Radiology Dept. was satisfactory while getting a Mamagram. Covid 19 protocols were in place, the clinic was clean and organized as well as the staff being friendly and professional. I cannot say the same for last year where I spent 9 days on the 3rd floor unit. It started out okay with my own private room and a very friendly night nurse. After that it turned into a nightmare. Where I felt helpless. It all depended which nurse was on board for that shift how you would be treated. On the weekends you were almost alone and I remember needing more pain medicine or.more.meds which I usually took at home.but could not receive because they claim they did not want those meds to interfere with my condition when they did not. I needed stronger meds.for my Hbp because after I ate it still went up and had to continue asking the nurse to call the doctor to increase my dose which they took forever to do. The bathroom floor was filthy and had residue around the entire floor that had dried from mopping. The closet was dusty and had the smell of mildew, the mattress was old and flat and uncomfortable and at least 2 of the nurses who came on different shifts act as if they didnt have a clue about patients who had high blood pressure I had to literally explain to one of them the repercussions of hbp!! The other one acted if I was bothering her most of the time. The remaining nurses where my life savers. Lastly my cellphone was stolen while I was sleep kept it next to me on the bed charging. Woke up that morning and it was gone notified head nurse she mentioned that someone had stole an employees at the front desk before. Called security and they said all they could do was make.a report and there was no reimbursement. My son bought me another asked nurse if she could lock it up for me she refused. I was so miserable in different ways. I couldn't wait to go home. .Not sure whats in the hospitals food either each time I ate the lunch and dinner meals my pressure would shoot up and I had already been given my blood pressure pill for the evening. The next dose wasn't until 10pm so there I was with my head banging until then after eating. It was horrible. I needed my iron and bone pills and could not get any. This was my first time there in 19 years when I was there on the 3rd Fl after receiving a kidney transplant....boy habe things changed lWhc is not the same I know that...a sign of the times. Sidenote: The bathrooms in the emergency room were dirty and nasty too. Each one. The floors, toilet, sink everyrhing. Time for a real Housekeeping Supervisor all over the hospital... not just in certain areas, some areas do not look like tje areas I was in.

If I could give zero stars I would. I'm a LVAD patient here at this hospital, and to say they treat me horrible is an understatement. If I could go somewhere else I would but I cannot. I have been to there ER 5 times within a 3 week period and they refuse to help me with the pain that I am having with my heart ware machine. I am currently eligible for a heart transplant but do not trust my team because there has been some major issues since my open heart surgery.

I thought I was in great hands but that's how they make you feel before surgery and then after surgery the y throw you to the side as if you don't matter anymore. I have been trying to reach upper management so that they can understand what I am doing through as a patient. But all I get is excuses please avoid this place at all cost if you can.

Probably one of the worst hospitals I've visited. I waited over 10 hours only to to kicked out by two security guards. I received no help whatsoever. Mind you I went to this hospital because I was suicidal and homicidal.

The two rude, lazy and unprofessional nurses called Tinisha and Trina ignored my questions, concerns and request and called two security guards to kick me out & told me ' you can go kill yourself'

No discharge paperwork no medication.

Quality Care

Quality Care

I was hit by a car a week ago en route to go pick up my daughter from school. I was admitted into MedStar WHC. I was given excellent treatment for the care of my legs. 1 of them, the right femur had been completely fractured & needed work to restructure it. I had a super awesome team of nurses Adia, Kristina "Krissy" Sproul, Jeremiah Zeckerias, & Armando all took wonderful care of me. Never remembered any nurses names that took care of me because their services were pathetic at other hospitals. Not this team. Despite my injuries, I'm in here making impressions on MedStar Washington Hospital Center staff. They already love me in here. Yup. This team deserves a raise & then some, okay! They laughed at my pain induced, drugged ridden jokes because they were funny as hell though. The PT Team was FIRE!!! They were impressed with my flexibility & the fact that I said that I've been in this hospital a week & everything down there is full-on au natural. They laughed so hard. My roommate, Mrs. Constance & I had never seen each other. We'd only spoken through the curtain & 1 of the staff members made it possible for Mrs. Constance & I to see 1 another. Thank you, Brain.

After removing my husband from Bridgepoint Hospital, I had him admitted to Medstar to take care of a serious bedsore that was not treated appropriately at Bridgepoint. The nurses, doctors and staff are what I consider to be the ultimate treatment when you or your loved one is very sick.
Dr. Awah and Dr. Otero treated me with respect and always talked to me about treatment and any concerns that I had. The bedsore had become a serious stage 4 bedsore with infection, at Bridgepoint. After 3 weeks, I was able to bring him home and he is now on the road to getting better.
This is an excellent hospital, with excellent staff!!!

I would have been better off writhing in pain on my bathroom floor.

I went to MedStar for an emergency and waited for over an hour to be placed in a dimly lit, dingy room. A NA came to do an initial screening, barely looked at me, and told me the doctor would be with me shortly. An hour later, the same NA returned with a prescription for extra strength ibuprofen and an antibiotic. The next month I received a bill in the mail for both the hospital's services and a separate bill for the doctor's services (a doctor who never saw me). When I went to a helpful doctor I was told not to even bother filling the prescriptions.

TLDR: unfriendly, dirty, charges for services not performed, don't waste your time or money

This hospital needs to be investigated and sanctio...

This hospital needs to be investigated and sanctioned.

My mom had spinal surgery and spent four days in the operation recovery area in the basement because there were no beds available upstairs.

Upon visiting, I asked for a chair and a nurse told me I wasn't allowed a chair because visits are only 10 minutes in recovery.

My issue was, she wasn't supposed to be in recovery and that she was only in recovery because the hospital had nowhere to put her which isn't the family or patients fault.

Then, she was suddenly discharged and when I went to pick her up, she was seeing colors, hearing voices and her for foot was swollen. I asked if they were really discharging her like that, the nurse asked her what month and year it was, which my mom answered correctly and the nurse said she was fine and we'll hear from someone following up on her.

Then I get to the pharmacy to put in her meds and I'm advised by the pharmacist that the insurance won't cover the narcotic because the DEA # had expired.

How is a hospital or doctor of a hopital DEA# expired?

So, I had to pay out of pocket for her meds.

I've had my own issues with WHC and their affiliates but this was just ridiculous.

I, myself was scheduled for surgery later this month and the lady who scheduled my surgery called me last week and told me I needed to reschedule because my surgeon was going to have an emergency the day of my surgery.

How does someone have an emergency three weeks away?

I asked her if there were any special instructions I needed to follow leading up to my surgery and she said she didn't think so.

I've had surgery before, so I know there are instructions but the fact that she told me she didn't think so, is ridiculous and quite dangerous.

Then, after this week with my mom, I'm not sure if I'll even attend my own surgery.

WHC clearly is overwhelmed and they're going to kill someone.

While this hospital has excellent service and the people have all been just wonderful, the fact that my husband had surgery and never got a room is, in my opinion, despicable for what is supposed to be a world-class hospital. We spent a very stressful and fatiguing night in 3 different sections of the recovery unit. My husband got ZERO sleep. This is how someone right out of surgery is treated? Needless to say, letters will be written. Even though that won't do a lick of good. Very upset.

Emergency department complete trash arrived at 12:30pm didn t get seen the until after 5pm. When I inquired about the wait of course they said it according to urgency. One of the Doctors gave me medication that caused me to have to stop breastfeeding my 4 month old baby. They ran labs and got a urine sample and told me everything was normal. I had to beg, pled & cry to convince the Attending Doctor to run more test just to find out I was suffering from a chronic illness that was at 7pm. Even after that I was treated poorly I didn t get my antibiotics until 1am I was never admitted they sat me in the hallway suffering with vomiting, bloody diarrhea, pain. They just diagnosed me with a lifetime illness with chronic pain and just left me there with no information about UC. I didn t leave until 3am still in the same pain I went in for.

I had the most horrifying experience ever! I have always been a fan of WHC but absolutely not this time.
I called my doctor having having some symptoms of infections after surgery, who told me to go to the ED. Well I went and had to stand up because I couldn't sit down for an hour. Then to go in the back where they put a line in and stuck me twice. After that, the ED worked diligently to get my pain under control along with the other symptoms.
I went up to 3F and had the most horrifying experience! The nurse never came into check on me let alone my IV line, which she was putting meds in the whole time (only when I called her). They kept telling me they were waiting on the my doctor to discharge me but when I called to his office he already put plans to discharge me. They took the foley out gave me some meds and then came back with 2 vials and mixed them together then stuck me in the shoulder as I screamed "it hurts", "stopped now". She took the needle out and I cried for 20 min and told them to get my papers together because I was leaving.
The resident nurse called an hour after I left, to ask if I were coming back.

I was transferred here from southern Maryland hospital due to having second degree burn on the entire left side of my body. My hand had a 3rd degree burn. The ER staff was rude... first time coming there and they never looked up to greet anyone and when my husband asked him if we were in the right area for an ER transfer, the front desk guy acted annoyed as if we had interrupted his show (was watching video on his phone). I will say this is a trauma center to which I've never been b4. After I was taken back to be seen, you had to walk through an open room of patients and man have severe issues such as shot wounds, broken and exposed bones and it really caught me off gard because there is no privacy. Just a bunch of patients on stretchers crowding the trauma room with their paramedics. I was taken back to be treated and the doctors, nurses and all of them on the burn team were amazing. They did everything they could to make me feel comfortable

I was in the emergency room tonight for 6 hours because I'm not the type of person that scream and act out I wasn't important enough to the doctor to be seen. I was on the red team and my nurse kept push for the doctor to come over and talk to me but he just kept walking pass looking over me like my pain wasn't important to be treated then once I said something to him and told him I was leaving he told me in 15 minutes there will be more doctors in and one of them can get to me but u not gonna get better without meds so u knew I needed meds and what was going on with me but still ignored me. I packed up my stuff and left the nurse felt so bad for me I went home in pain....

On Wednesday March 23, 2016, my 87 year old dad was taken by ambulance to Medstar Washington Hospital Center. He was discharged from the emergency room later that day. He was taken by a nurse and security officer to the bus depot in hospital gown and sock and left there to get on the bus , in 30's degree temperature. After hours of wait, and could not get on the bus, in a hospital gown, a good citizen saw him and called 911. The police came and drove my dad home. I later called the hospital, and learned from both nurse in charged and a manager of the emergency room that protocol was followed. Watch taking your elderly love ones for service there. Imagine no one I spoke with care about his safety. HE was treated like yesterday garbage

January 2019...Now my father has been there and needed to go to rehabilitation and they gave me a list to pick from but my father ended up at DEANWOOD rehabilitation Nannie Helen Burroughs ave NE... Which was listed by WHC as a 5 star place and it has been a nightmare every since. Please do not take your loves ones to this place.

Nursing staff was awesome! Did their best to help. I understand security concerns but this hospital does not accommodate family. Security was extremely rude, cushioned benches in a waiting room and we were asked to get up and leave early in the morning twice very aggressively. Again this is the floors waiting room, the main purpose of the area. If they thought we were homeless people or shouldn t have been there they should have asked if we were with a patient or what room we were associated with, not that difficult of a question but seemed like he may not have proper training on top of it. I would highly suggest using a different hospital if at all possible.

On October 18th, I had back surgery at this hospital. The staff was so outstanding. First the staff demonstrated a superior level of care every time they interacted with me. Secondly, each staffer wore a ray of sunshine that flowed upon me which helped me not to focus on being sick, but focus to work harder to get better. Lastly, I want to say thank you so very much to Sarah, Manny, Summer, and the other staff members who worked the midnight shift on October 18th and 19th. Also I send a thank you to the physical therapy department as well. All of you made my hospital stay an actual pleasure. Again thank you guys so much, Rose Mary Lee

Been having issues ever since my Special Needs son...

Been having issues ever since my Special Needs son has transitioned here from Children's Hospital. First I had a issue with his personal information being wrong now calling trying to get his prescription refills from his doctors. When I call I leave the correct dosage and when the doctor finally sends it it's the wrong dosage. One of the medicines my son needs the Nurse says it can't go through but the pharmacy says it's nothing wrong with their system and other esripts are coming through. The nurse said that I would have to come and pick it up. That is an inconvenience and I've tried to email his dr but have not heard anything back from him. This has been a terrible experience coming here

Had an amazing experience in their ER. With all the chaos that a DC hospital brings I took myself in for kidney stones. The exam rooms were packed so I say in a chair between two rooms in front of the emergency room staff doctors and nurses. I observed for 8 hours nothing but professional people who cares for each patient. My nurse, Natalie was amazing. I watched one doctor talk to his patients with care and understanding like he had nothing else to do. Best bed side manner ever. The place gets 10 stars in my opinion.

It's awful. My husband went in and needed his heart checked to be sure he doesn't have a heart condition. They "admitted" him, which apparently to them means on a stretcher stuck in some random hallway all night. They promised him an Echo last night, it's now the next morning with no test. They just keep telling him "soon." He's next to a nurse's station and all they do is sit there and complain endlessly about patients, which is completely unprofessional. They are there to help people, not complain about it, especially not in front of patients. He asked his head nurse when he was getting the test and she said "I just checked." but really hadn't because she had just sat there complaining about a patient. He really needs these tests and instead is about to walk out because he's tired of their antics. He's only there because he works in D.C. and that's when he started having symptoms. Otherwise he'd be at Baltimore Washington in Glen Burnie, which in my opinion, is a MUCH better hospital.

I had triple bypass 08/31/15 by Dr. Boyce. I woke up with little pain and within 30 hours I was ready to get up and walk and did. The nurses on 4NW were very professional without being snooty or bossy. From check in to check out I was made to feel comfortable and safe.
Thank you for my life medstar and Dr. Boyce

Total lack of concern for patient; irresponsible staff - my father had to wait over 9 hours (and still waiting) for a "simple" ultrasound test, so that he can be discharged...staff could not reach the on-call technician (what if this was a real emergency?)...those tending, doctor and head nurse, departed without closure...just went home without telling us what's going on...bottomline, totally irresponsible and just don't care about its patients.

After over 12 hours, my father will finally get to go home. I would just add that not everyone's incompetent here...in fact, Gina M, the head nurse who started her shift at our 9th hour, understood our situation, and made things happen, and showed care and concern, and ownership...she was a godsend. Also, Amy, traveling nurse was very kind, but she had to work within the ridiculously mediocre system at this hospital, and really couldn't help us, but she tried.

My brother was hospitalized from February 8 to March 9, while he was there, they changed floors frequently since his health seemed good, sometimes no good, many very kind nurses and doctors, but at the same time many very bad nurses in terms of to the treatment of him there. more than anything else on the 2-G floor since not only did he have to endure the mistreatment of the nurses but also the lack of professionalism of the social workers who need to receive better training to know how to communicate with the patients' families now that of professionals they do not have anything special the lady Hellie Stollof. My brother had to go to a nursing home for a few weeks until we found everything safe for him to return home, she decided to send him to a nursing home without the consent of us or even the patient since he never went to inform him where It would. Please, if you love the person you have, do not send them to this hospital, much less give donations for the mistreatment of sick people, it is something hateful and offensive what they are doing.

Terrible hospital. It's old, run down and dirty. Some elevators were not working. The bathroom had more pee on the floor than in the toilet. The janitor came and sat down in the waiting room and proceeded to hold loud lewd conversations with 2 different women. There was some kind of liquid substance on the ceiling of our room. There is random hand wipes with unknown stuff on them laying on the floor . My wife had 2 hours in between ops and was told there really was no where to stay inbeween ops. We were taken to a cell (curtained off room) where a nurse was sleeping? She burst into tears and ran out while the other nurses laughed. We are now 3 hours past our op time. This place is huge but there's only on Dr working? Stay away from here if you ever been to a real hospital. This place is not professional at all.

Was brought into the ER by EMS last Friday with chest pains and was in triaged holding in a stretcher for hours, it was a horrible experience, stretchers everywhere, right up against each other, once I was back in a room the doctors and nurse was good, my doctors are connected with MedStar, but I will never relive this nightmare, Excellant team of nurses on the floor, but you have to go through the trauma of the ER.

Pulling curtains open, yelling for my sister. "I said No, respect folks privacy" I got frustrated and started yelling for her. Cops were following me, calling me but I ignored them, Totally!! FINALLY, sister made her nurse go find me, as I sat in the ER waiting room area. F U N , not. Do something ya'll this is a travesty, REALLY

Horrible experience trying to get my medical recor...

Horrible experience trying to get my medical records. After sending in a request and following up by phone, I'm told it will take 3+ weeks to process. This cuts it very close to when I need the records for an important second opinion appointment. The person who I speak with in the medical records department does not care and responds that there is no way to request expediting but does confirm that they have my records and she "sees them all in the computer system" and they are processing. Nearly a month later I get a copy of my original request in the mail (they refuse to email even though they offer an option to tick send by email on their form) and all that accompanies the request form is a stamped message saying "no records found," which is completely inaccurate and also doesn't track with what was confirmed. So awful - this sheer lack of patient care and lack of standards of administration is putting people's health at risk!

This hospital provided outstanding care to my 93 year old mother who came in with a broken leg and existing heart condition that made her a high risk patient. The cardiology team were exceptional in their knowledge and ability to safely perform valvulopasty on my mom to ready her for a successful orthopedic surgery to repair her broken leg that already had a rod in it. The entire staff has been so wonderful, caring and very helpful to all of us. I highly recommend this hospital.
