Easy to get to so long as you catch the train and then the bus to Tamarama. When looking at this exhibition you can be looking at the sand at Tamarama and think that you've seen all of the sculptures you take a little break and then you realise hang on a minute missed one there's another one there's another one there's another one and it's the same as you walk all the way to Bondi. It took us an hour to walk and we stopped along the way then went to the markets at the end and saw the photo exhibition at the pavilion all in all a lovely day out.

I won't just come to see these sculptures, if you are an art person, I suggest you take the Bondi to coogee walk when the sculptures show is on, this way you won't waste your time by doing two sight seeing activities at the same time

Always a few interesting sculptures! Pleasant walk during week days as you can peacefully soak the art in! Weekends are crowded and hard to concentrate at the actual art! However I love it, it is an inspirational event!

Sculpture by the sea used to be special, however still a major event on the calendar, has lost its unique style succumbing to the soul less chase of a quick sale .... Back when almost every piece was Site Specific, tailored to compliment and elevate the beautiful environment. Now, it's immediately apparent that most sculptures are created to fit in someone's collection instead. It's a sad thing to witness the decline of the mind freeing forms that used to blend nature and humanity in a spontaneous celebration, now restricted by price tags and tied down by the intention to make a sale. The shift in the event's spirit and priority is disheartening.

Mind-blowing sculptures every year. If you are into art and photography I would def recommend doing the walk from Bondi to Tamarama. Go early in the morning or towards the end of the event to avoid the crowds.

The sculptures are unique and the artists talented. This is the last weekend to see them so if you can make it dont miss out. The walk from Bondi to Tamarama has stairs. Parking can be an issue in Bondi so use public transport if possible.

The Sculptures by the Sea between Bondi and Tamarama Beach is a great way to enjoy nice scenery, see some interesting sculptures and get outside. Some sculptures are excellent and some not but then it's all a matter of taste. Lots of people but definitely worth a look.

The event showcases the works of both local and overseas artists, making it a truly global celebration of art. Sculpture by the Sea is a world-class event that features over 100 sculptures along a 2km long sculpture park, which is free to the public.

The exhibition has been running for over two decades now and has become one of Australia's most popular cultural events. It attracts thousands of visitors every year who come to admire the stunning sculptures on display. Sculpture by the Sea provides an opportunity for artists to showcase their work on an international platform while also giving art enthusiasts a chance to experience some of the best contemporary sculpture from around the world.

One of the unique aspects of Sculpture by the Sea is its location. The Bondi exhibition takes place along one of Sydney's most famous beaches, while Cottesloe Beach in Perth provides an equally stunning backdrop for Western Australian visitors. The combination of beautiful natural scenery with incredible works of art creates an unforgettable experience for all who attend.

The event has grown significantly since its inception in 1997 when it featured just 64 sculptures at Bondi Beach. Today, it attracts hundreds of entries from artists all over Australia and beyond who compete for selection into this prestigious exhibition.

Sculpture by the Sea prides itself on being accessible to everyone regardless of their background or financial situation. By offering free entry to all visitors, they ensure that everyone can enjoy this incredible celebration of art without any barriers or restrictions.

In addition to showcasing amazing works from established artists, Sculpture by the Sea also provides opportunities for emerging talent through its Young Artists Program and Schools Education Program. These initiatives aim to inspire young people and encourage them to pursue careers in creative fields such as sculpture.

Overall, Sculpture by the Sea is more than just an annual exhibition; it's a celebration that brings together people from all walks-of-life united under their love for contemporary sculpture and appreciation for artistic expression at its finest level."
