Were there for suspected epilepsy there. Really unfriendly. We waited for 2 hours. The doctor was total disaster. She sent us home, but does not help. A few exercises done, done. Not recommended.
Dan Haut the "senior doctor" even such a comment out "if they are hospitalized in July is the EARLY. It's mid-May and despite seizures, they do not help!

BUT
Neudeedinhs are notes on the door to the emergency room that ffp masks are said not to protect. This is FALSE. Ffp3 masks protect against corona. So just stop lying!

Emergency room the biggest crap !!
I wanted to go to the office and you classified me as an emergency. Then I could hear from the assistant doctor why I was an emergency. I had a swollen throat and could not breathe. Their answer was: '' You are core healthy and need more drink ''

2011 still great. Enough staff at the mother and child ward, this time (11.2015) totally understaffed and we felt that everywhere. It was almost neglected, we had to run after everything. Then I had to undergo surgery twice (I leave open here why the second time was necessary) and was ordered to the second surgery on Thursdays, sent home in the evening at 6 p.m. because the surgery should only take place the next day. Ordered again on Friday at 7 a.m. and left waiting 7 (!) Hours with 8 weeks old baby. Impossible...

Our daughter was born here. The entire team of the midwife, the midwives, the ward doctor and the senior doctor did an outstanding job. Thanks again at this point!

The next three days at the station were also very pleasant. We were able to use a family room for two days.

Preliminary: I could not send the rating, as desired, starless!
Here the attempt to evaluate emotionless, or emotionarm.
2 years ago 3 months ago I had a fire accident and was taken to the MHH. After 4 days painful and anxious stay on the station of plastic hand surgery, about which I still had a lot to report, the summit. Chief visit. The head doctor Prof. Dr. ... at the foot of my bed: "Turn your arm." I have. To the ward doctor: "Private insurance?" She: "No." "Work accident?" "No." To me: "Then you can go home tomorrow."
I left the same day because my co-injured friend was more fortunate, as the ambulance chose another subsequent clinic, and she could arrange an appointment for me to reassess.
Long speech ..., two days after discharge from the MHH there took place the necessary skin grafting.
This, also accident-specialized clinic in Halle, was the "hospital heaven", got 5 stars and the corresponding, absolutely deserved rating.
P.S. It was not emmotionslos or poor 2 years later.

Here one would have to be able to award minus points.

Since appointments with the most threadbare reasons are not kept. Always just comforted instead of just saying that it is nothing more. You have to stay sober for nothing at all.

4-bed rooms are no longer up-to-date, not to mention the facilities.

Tablets are swapped! If you do not pay attention yourself, you take the pills of another patient!

Health insurance will be informed in any case. Something is by no means.

Those who have the opportunity should rather visit another KKH.

The worst and most unworthy thing that can happen ...

The worst and most unworthy thing that can happen to you. The emergency room is a disaster. Residents (if there were any doctors) come in such a confused state to one that one has the impression that drugs have been tried. In five minutes of investigation, one and the same person greeted "good day" at 9 pm. Very strange. Such an experience, and then after more than three hours sitting around, learning that you have to go somewhere else on the campus again. Extremely incompetent and unfriendly. Whether one can be helped there is questionable. In case of emergency, die before you get there, because it happens anyway!

In my opinion, this dandruff has not even earned a star, seriously ill patients are released from intensive care to the normal ward, at night the condition worsened so much the patient was placed on the intensive care and no relatives are informed while the patient fought for his life !!
Accordingly, one does not come driving 200 km far to visit the patient, and the only statement was I'm sorry, the patient died !! And then it was a simple check-in for me as a child, where you are initially in strong shock, forcing one of the doctor still in the room under the hustle and bustle that one does not even have the opportunity to say goodbye in peace! Absolutely inhumane and incomprehensible, you better avoid this place because there are much better clinics !!

First of all, to the parents whose children are lying intensely on ward 67: according to the doctors there, all children die! There is no survival on the station in their opinion. But the decision rests with God. No matter what doctors say!

Station 64b ... simply catastrophe, in part
Unfriendly nurses, totally run-down ward, everything old and dirty.
The ward senior doctor thinks he's something special! Hours in coming for a discharge. I always thought you would be discharged until noon ... but not at MHH Station 64b Dr H. He likes to let his patients wait until evening.
Hope I never have to see anyone from this station again

This hospital is the biggest DREKK! Just let cancer patients wait over 10 hours in the emergency room and see how finished the patient is! How can that be possible? I can only say it again and again - THE HOSPITAL IS A FUCK! And generally many others here in Germany too!

Unreliable hospital. It should be a doctor report for an urgent surgery appointment, which did not happen. That's why we had to call for hours even, where was always busy or no one answered. The coronation was when suddenly someone answered the phone and said "no connection under this number" and cheeky reissued. Apparently, the employees are tired of working Friday afternoons! Just outrageous !!!

Today I was in the ambulance of the MHH for endoscopy. The doctors have informed me well and taken time for me. The nurses were also very friendly and helped me with any questions. The investigation went well and the doctors have even discovered little things and discussed with me. I felt very comfortable from the beginning and am really grateful that the MHH could help me! :)

You helped my grandpa very quickly and well about ...

You helped my grandpa very quickly and well about 3 years ago. I was very happy that the MHH exists because the care was good, my grandfather was helped quickly and I had a good picture.
However, my grandmother was there a few days ago, you have to mention that she had a doctor's referral with a serious problem that urgently needed to be treated because she had to take all the ointments and medication (including cortisone) and nothing helped. She had had this problem for 6 weeks, even longer.
After she had called in a very young doctor from the emergency room, he had completely finished her, in the sense of what my grandma would please come here and whether she really thinks that she is an emergency and now whether she really thinks that he is her would be hospitalized. He treated her as if she were some lunatic who came with no problem when she wasn't. My grandma is a very strong woman and I have never seen her cry before, because out of desperation that no one can help her and in pain, she started to cry in front of the doctor, who by the way didn't care.
1. Do I have to say that the staff and the employees seem very unfriendly and unsympathetic and 2. the incompetence of the doctors has become clear, as I said, their aprons were stamped as irrelevant and their referral specifically for the MHH was simply ignored. Among other things, I doubt that this doctor was a real and trained, professional doctor. After the doctor complained that my grandma had come in the evening and we asked if we could come back the following day, he replied that the MHH was not a dermatology clinic.

Was in the MHH due to an operation. I'm really happy. Particularly noteworthy is the staff, which was technically top & also very friendly - which I do not take for granted given the time available.
In my opinion, you should understand the procedure, since emergencies always come up - I also had to wait 4 hours for my last examination during the preliminary examination, but this is the case in a hospital where a lot of patients are treated and (unfortunately) no exact one Can keep to schedule.

Unfortunately, I can only report bad.

Unfortunately, I can only report bad.
My friend came to the ER after a bicycle accident (with his head against a bridge railing) at 11AM by ambulance. When I got there, he was sitting in the hallway, waiting.
His face was pretty much leathery. He was bleeding. So that he does not gorge everything, he has been given a bowl of gauze bandages. Since he was in great pain, I tried to contact a nurse. I just got a very unfriendly "not now"
After over an hour someone came with him to do an MRI. Then we sat in the hallway.
My friend's face swelled more and more. We did not get anything to cool or pain medication.
At 5 pm he was finally transferred. By then he had fallen asleep several times.
He had to be removed from the lip splinters and the lip sewn and 2 teeth are pulled.
The sewing of the lip was made very bungling and it is still an ugly scar, which was probably due to the extreme swelling of the face.
After 7 hours we were able to go home. My friend was still in pain and bleeding.
At home, I was still cleaning the remaining wounds on my face and hands and was getting painkillers.
For a hospital, this performance is really not okay.
I understand when the emergency room is busy. And I also understand that emergencies happen. I do not mind the long wait.
What annoys me, though, is that someone is bleeding and the face swells visibly neither painkillers nor something to cool.

What I also noticed negatively was an emergency in the back.
A lifeless woman with family. The woman was forwarded immediately (which of course is clear). The family stood forever in the corridor. Visibly desperate. Here it would be very desirable if someone had offered the family a quieter place.
I have to rate the doctor who later delivered the diagnosis to the family. She has objectively but met with much empathy of the family.

I was received in a friendly manner.
It went very fast, I knew about what I have.

Thanks to the friendly ENT team.

A very outstanding clinic, especially the medical team headed by Professor dr. Krettek!
My broken hocks have been well restored
and with my broken upper arm I participate in a study,
which I welcome in hindsight!
Well, as a private patient I may feel a bit different, but I always felt
that here the Hippocratic oath, is taken very seriously.
Nursing staff first class! Care as a whole, very good and also the food quite above average!

Only "downer", the grottenschlechte WLAN in the house!
Certainly a real drawback for doctors and patients,
just when you are tied to the bed as a patient!
The building that got a bit old
(no blinds on the south side of the private ward,
in monkey heat at the end of August) was not great for me
in the weight.
Medical care was the most important thing for me!

My father was several times in the last year at the MHH. The doctor and pastor who looked after him were nice, but the care situation is an absolute disaster! Many do not speak German. Personal items are simply 'lost' when changing stations and you are yelled at when you ask about the 'lost' items. My mother had to drive 300 km to bring new things to my father. My father was supposed to go to the toilet on his own, according to the mocking sisters, although at the time he was almost dying. Drains are forcibly torn from the body, even if the patient screams in pain and asks to be more careful. My father was discharged terminally ill and in need of care, we were not told what to do next and what a care plan should look like. Why isn't more money invested in properly trained nursing staff here? The focus is on complicated operations that can be placed in the press as effectively as possible so that the 'teaching hospital' maintains its recognized reputation. Earned money only goes to the boardroom and some doctors with god complexes to widen the gap between hospital managers and nursing staff, who are clearly in a state of emergency here.

Wrate time .... as the word suggests: wait ... a very long time. Does not matter when. :(
No room available for surgery, surgery preparation in the patient's toilet, 6-bed room etc ...
Unfortunately, the receptionist in the ENT department is always in a bad mood. But if I were with so many unfriendly people every day at some point.

How should a patient in the MHH feel good, if it is only muted and sharply reprimanded by the employees in an impossibly harsh and authoritative tone! So happened several times at the reception in the eye clinic. It is already sad. , today I would almost turn around on my heels and leave before my appointment. With all understanding of congestion with so many patients, one can not deal with the patients. At least the doctors and assistants are very friendly ...

VERY BAD.

VERY BAD.
With acute pneumonia went to the emergency room at 6:30 p.m.
Fetched to the treatment room at 7:00 p.m. and then an ECG 1.5 hours later, blood drawn another hour later, and lungs listened again 1 hour later. Nurse was really very involved. At 11:00 p.m., the doctor informed that there were no more beds available and recommended that he be transferred to another hospital.
Otherwise you can go back to the family doctor or to a pulmonologist. As a precaution, he pointed out that it is possible to make an appointment the next day - but this is associated with waiting time (days / weeks ????)
What was heard between the lines: please do not come back ...

My sister has suffered a burn injury on the forehead and the left hairline. In addition, her left eye is extremely swollen, went to the emergency room and have registered my sister ..... after 3 hours. Waiting time we asked how long that can take and in answer you get cheeky said: "This is a university clinic, the doctor already knows and she would come soon." And when we asked nicely if the doctor could still be informed, because my sister is in great pain now, you would be looked at as if you were from another galaxy and got a "Nope we will not do this" listening !!!

In incompetence it is not to beat here!

If you are tired of a job, then you should not do this anymore and look around somewhere else !!!!

After my pregnant girlfriend was repeatedly sent h...

After my pregnant girlfriend was repeatedly sent home from other hospitals with severe kidney pain, we went to the MHH. After we were admitted to the delivery room as an emergency, we were cared for by a very nice and very committed midwife. After the CTG and the examination of the gynecologist with our daughter was all right, we were brought to the urological station. On a Sunday, a urologist took on the problem of my friend. A doctor who took a lot of time for us, who does not turn her eyes when you ask something. After the further procedure was discussed we came to the gynecological emergency station 84. There we were received by sister Steffi (I hope for the DSGVO this is fine) received. I've rarely seen a person who takes their job so seriously. I would like to thank you for taking care of my girlfriend. I think I called her 5 times in 2 hours and she was on the phone and doing and doing without making me feel like I'm annoying. Really good!
The next day, the urine jam was taken care of immediately and my friend was freed from the pain by a splint.

I would also like to thank all our employees for this.
We can only recommend the MHH and all departments that worked for us positively. We have also decided to bring our daughter here to the world.

Thanks MHH please keep it up !!

The sanitary facilities should be renewed, these are in the main entrance and in some ambulance areas long outdated and in need of repair. For example, the toilet seat should not be so loose that they slip away. Unfortunately, I had to say that several times. In addition, the cleaning intervals should be reconsidered in such a large KH with a correspondingly large public traffic.

Twice operated there: once on the heart, once on the stomach, was there 3 months and 2 weeks. The nursing staff is just totally caring and nice, the doctors took me seriously and helped me in every way! The MHH was the only clinic that wanted to help me. Without the treatment and care there, I would not have survived the last year. Thanks to the doctors there I have a lot more quality of life and no wheelchair anymore :)

I am very satisfied, 5 OPs all good to very good Survived, sometimes a bit overloaded, doctors and especially the nursing staff SUPER !, At the doctor (newcomers) you should take care and with thinking small mistakes that are also very painful can happen times.
So the budding anesthetic female doctors 4 in number managed to give me sleep only after 5th stitch on the operating table. The operator stood in the background with mask and did not intervene. Was a formative experience. Otherwise, but everything is well done, I am very satisfied.

At 2 am my father was brought to the emergency room with one-sided vision problems and extremely high blood pressure, it was not going on and we quickly got to it. We had to wait 2 hours for a neurologist who did a few tests and exercises but said he was healthy and should take blood pressure medication and we went home - my father could hardly stand upright. In the morning I drove to the family doctor because my father got worse and worse, family doctor diagnosed a TIA within a minute, called RTW and took my father to another hospital with a stroke unit where he was FINALLY properly cared for.
Whoever relies on the MHH is lost!

Heavily pregnant? Strong contractions? Better give birth at home!

My wife was very pregnant and had labor pains a few days before the due date. Since we had registered for a birth at the MHH, we drove to the MHH after a few hours of increasing labor in the evening. There my wife was put on a CTG, which also clearly indicated heavy labor. Although my wife doubled over in pain, the doctor in charge sent us home according to the motto "the cervix is not really open yet". Given my wife's poor condition, I refused to leave the clinic. "Yes, we could then be admitted to the hospital". We had to wait an hour and a half on the floor in front of the station in the hallway, because the existing 3 chairs (!) Were occupied by a large family. When my wife got worse and worse, we drove to the Henriettenstift hospital and were given very friendly care. Our son was born alive and well at 9:00 in the morning.

I can only warn against childbirth at the MHH; our midwife also confirmed that this incident at the MHH was unfortunately not an isolated case. If we cannot be treated, at least I would have expected help with the organization of another hospital, but the MHH simply left us alone.

After an emergency due to a fractured femoral neck...

After an emergency due to a fractured femoral neck on November 14, 2017 and operated on the next day. After consultation, a duoput prosthesis was used.
Overall, I am satisfied with the surgical procedure.

On Thursday, November 16 around 9:30 a.m. (about twelve hours after the O.P.) Dr. V. M. in front of me as an assistant doctor and explained the course of the operation to me. I was given a picture of the inserted duo-head hip prosthesis.

I was promised that someone from physiotherapy would come over every day and do some exercises with me, walking exercises in the hallway and stairwell would give me security at home to start with, he said.

On Thursday the 16th and Friday the 17th of November no one from physiotherapy was with me.
And even though I was chopping through the station several times, nobody could explain to me why and why I was waiting, or nobody came.

So I was on my own four days before my discharge until Monday, November 20th.

On Monday, November 20th came Dr. V.M. and handed me the dismissal report.
The report attests to physiotherapy-assisted exercise with support staff.
Interesting because I had been waiting for this for four days. By Monday morning my report was already written and handed over. Only until then nothing had happened, not even an explanation why and why nobody showed up with me.
Shortly after the report was handed over, there were finally five minutes of quick exercises in the hallway and in the stairwell. And from home and watch how you get on.

When I expressed my disappointment to Dr. V.M. He only made silly excuses and statements to me. I felt treated like a stupid boy. My wife was there as a witness.

At the follow-up check 9 weeks later, the same, next assistant doctor with absolute idiotic and unqualified statements. Answered my questions without looking at the medical file first.

Conclusion: good surgical intervention, everything else CATHASTROPHE.

I prefer not to write anything about cleanliness in the wards (bad), as some other patients have already described in abundance.

GERMAN is not my mother tongue (for those who discover some grammatical errors here).

At the end of March I had my first child at the MHH. The birth was great, the accompanying midwives very encouraging and supportive. Unfortunately everything after the birth was so terrible that I now wish I had given birth on an outpatient basis and went straight home. With me and my son it was unfortunately not possible to breastfeed directly. However, at the beginning the sisters promised us help, but we did not get it. I was partially rounded off with an unacceptable tone and was ultimately asked to pump down. I did that, unfortunately, just like my son. Thanks to my great midwife, it worked at home after two days of breastfeeding.

I am extremely disappointed with how we are dealt with and find that the majority of the women working there chose the wrong job. I had imagined the first days with my child to be more beautiful.

Not a nice hospital. For a UNIVERSITY CLINIC, circumstances like in the Middle Ages.
Not a clean room, not even a bathroom. 4 people with babies, no changing table, broken sink. Just terrible.
And then wonder why you keep complaining.
The four man room is ok, not bad. But you should make sure that people of the same age are put together (because of sleeping). 1 shower for the whole ward and for the toilet (for the whole ward) you have to get down from the ward first.
We were there since 11 a.m., before the bed was set up, it was 9 p.m.
You have to wait a long time, nobody knows what the other is saying.

My mother was taken to the MHH on Christmas Eve 2018 with a broken upper arm.

What happened to her there in the last six months would have been unbelievable to me if I had not experienced it myself.

From the absolutely unfriendly, for me almost humanly unworthy handling, with a woman, apart from the bone fracture, at the time physically very bad went apart, the break was so poorly supplied that she is currently SIX months later with an unhealed break is in another hospital with a body weight of thirty-eight kilos !!
After four days, a woman unable to walk was sent with the remark that she could go home by herself!

When the aftercare, it was said continuously the callus formation was in progress, every time a different doctor, everyone tells something different. At the last appointment on strong demand, one finally got out that the break would not heal.
At every follow-up appointment she complained of pain on her shoulder under the plaster!
No one undertook anything, the result was a decubitus down to the tendons due to lack of padding. The quality management has only talked out, on questions and hints you did not enter!

Now only hope and pray that this procedure has not given the rest to an already sick person.
For me, this case is not completed, as soon as the family has regained strength, further steps are taken.

Terrifying, that our doctors will be trained here tomorrow.

A understaffed hospital with very unfriendly and unstructured employees, some of whom are sick patients. Have to wait hours (even on the ward) even though they are in severe pain.
During the briefing, we asked for quick treatment with painkillers on the ward, but this could not be guaranteed because the senior physician could not be found and we had to wait another 2.5 hours. One resident only said that we should go somewhere else if that didn't suit us.
We asked for a transfer to a single room and treatment by the head physician, which the ward doctor denied with the following statement: "Anyone who has booked Economy once cannot rebook to Business during the flight."
Unfortunately, I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior!

If you choose a job like this, you have to expect that you have to work at night. The bad mood is let out on the patient and one is simply treated disrespectfully. Whether I go to the hospital at 3 a.m. or 11 p.m. is of no interest to them. You don't drive to the emergency room at midnight for fun. Since you are also finished with why you "only" show up because of the pain or pain. No empathy, incompetent and unfriendly too. One or the other person has to think about whether this job is the right one for them.

With my experience from a stay of several days in the ENT clinic, I would now clearly favor another clinic. Disordered processes, catastrophic information policy, chronically stressed, partly very unfriendly and overburdened interns. Also the ENT ambulance is a horror. Sure, emergencies always happen - but having an older patient wait for a scheduled conversation from 9:00 in the morning until well after 8:00 in the evening is completely unacceptable and can not be excused. In short - as long as you do not bring with you an extraordinary clinical picture, you are better off in another clinic.

A 12-month-old baby has not had anything to eat fo...

A 12-month-old baby has not had anything to eat for more than 5 hours and should continue to starve indefinitely because it must be sober for the upcoming exam. Are you crazy?

We were there with our 12 months old daughter for cochlear implant pre-examination. There were 3 days planned.

Day 1:
Arrive at 9:30 am, fill out forms, conduct reconnaissance talks about the upcoming examinations (including CT, MRI, BERA) with the physicians. During the reconnaissance talk about the general anesthetic, the doctor notices that our daughter should be the third one on Thursday. As she is not allowed to eat 4 hours before the anesthesia, babies are immediately the first to stop at 8 o'clock. The doctor calls her colleague, but nothing changes. We should be on it at 10 o'clock on Thursday. After the last reconnaissance talk, we are at the ward (pediatric clinic) from 4 pm and move into our sickroom. There then the first shock: From the tap on the baby bath comes no water. From the tap in the bathroom comes water, but it is just hand-warm after several minutes. Whether you have ever heard of Legionella at the MHH? Anyway, it's only 3 days, then it will not be showered for so long. At 20 o'clock much the staff then that with our daughter (12 months old, was from the day and ready and wanted to sleep) still blood must be taken. For this we would have to please in the Kindernotaufnahme. Why are not doctors at the children's hospital able to take blood? Anyway, so we sit a short time later with our healthy daughter in the waiting area of Kindernotaufnahme between other children, which obviously only cough + runny nose, are waiting for the blood sample and hope that our daughter is not infected.

Day 2:
We woke our daughter at 1:30 am and at 5:20 am to feed. From 6 o'clock she got nothing more, so she can at 10 o'clock scheduled into general anesthesia. Our daughter wants to eat something every 3 hours during the day, so 4 hours will not be easy, neither for our daughter, nor for us. As there was still no one around 10 o'clock to pick us up for anesthesia, we asked what was going on. Answer: We are number 3 on the list and at the moment you are still busy with number one. Furthermore, no anesthetists are available for anesthesia. We should get ready, but it could take a few more hours. So we should let a 12-month-old child, who wants to eat every 3 hours, starve indefinitely ?! After much crying and crying, we finally gave our daughter something to eat at 11:15 am - more than 5 hours after she was fed the last time.

Dear MHH doctors: If you did not skip children and the baby seminar at the university, then you should be told that you can not explain to a 12-month-old baby why it may not eat for an indefinite period of time. Such a baby is hungry every 3 hours and then starts to cry and scream. Who in this case gives the instruction to let such a baby starve indefinitely, has either no heart or no mind.

At noon, our daughter was called to anesthesia. By then she would have had to starve for 6 hours (= 2 full meals). We then told the doctors that they could not put our daughter in anesthesia until 15:30, because then 4 hours were over again. Answer: "We do not do anything in the afternoon". So we asked her when it would come the next day. Answer: "Not at all, let's make a new appointment, the next free dates are in 5 months, we can not do anything for them, drive home."

In the ENT department of the MHH, posters are printed on which it is written that MHH is a member of an excellence cluster through the "Hearing4All" program. Dealing with our daughter was everything, but not excellent.

Abnormal and catastrophic, due to persistent sever...

Abnormal and catastrophic, due to persistent severe headache and the suspicion of an aneurysm in the head, I took my mother to the emergency room (Sunday 3:00 p.m.). Very few emergency patients were on site at the time. An hour later my mother was examined externally in a treatment room, blood pressure, blood draw and EKG. Then a computed tomography (the most important thing) should be done on her. We waited from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and still couldn't answer. We felt we had been forgotten. The nurse ate and drank calmly in her room as more and more emergency patients piled up in the hallway. When asked when my mother finally got her turn because she had waited 8 hours without eating or drinking, I got the answer We don't know either, we can't say when, please keep waiting. You should have taken food or you can go, nobody is forcing you to stay . That brought the barrel to overflowing, this is an emergency room and not a siege where you have to take provisions and hold out. My mother couldn't take it anymore, we drove home with no result. They don't seem to understand the word "emergency".

Now after 5 years I write first. Had a severe heart surgery in the MHH. What can I say, in my eyes, the MHH is a top clinic. I was scared, there was always someone from the sisters there, I was in great hands there. The work of the doctors was just brilliant. Artificial heart valve aorta new. My dream to continue my volunteer work as a lifeguard and paramedics, that you have enabled me through their excellent work. Also the work of the sisters on the heart department has been excellent. Thanks again to all. Keep up the good work, you're just awesome.
