From Feb 20 to Nov 1997 I was with our son Attila. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience.

Our son was on ward 61b for diagnostics. A cause has finally been found here. There is unlikely to be a better lung specialty center for us in Germany. Here is also sometimes seen outside the box.

Certain waiting times are quite normal in hospitals, especially in university hospitals. We are happy to accept that if you know it will help you.

Of course, you can also notice the general need for nursing here, but Chapeau how the hospital staff deals with it. Without exception, we came across nice and courteous nursing staff, doctors and other staff from MHH. Here everyone tries hard.

We also love the involvement of medical students in everyday clinical practice. Anyone who cannot cope with this should not go to a university clinic. How else should the students acquire their qualifications? These are our doctors of tomorrow! And in addition, it is extremely helpful to include other opinions, especially in the case of complicated diagnostics. The budding doctors often have a completely different view.

Pretty much the worst hospital I have ever seen !!!
Such nurses and such a deal with the patients. Incomprehensible !!
When several calls and after several requests for the patient to look, was answered only brazenly: "I must now make the dinner ready". As you can see which has priority. While the patient is bleeding to death and can no longer stand in pain, preparing the abedesse is preferred.
Generally a bad and disrespectful environment with the patients.
In addition, we were stolen a charger and a purse.

A huge hospital, a very long time to wait for an appointment. I ve been waiting for 7 months.

Very incompetent against relatives .... Particularly unfriendly ....

The doctors are really very nice and competent, but everything else in the ambulances is really terrible. Staff totally overwhelmed and unfriendly, the lady at the registration desk at the top of the pulmonology department really needs some kind of psychological help, simple questions are not answered at all, one has the impression that she doesn't understand them at all. I don't have to do that to myself again.

Very competent staff who try to work quickly. But you should be aware that as a "non-emergency" you have to expect a corresponding waiting time.

So it takes time to get started. It is not time to saw and be treated in the finger! I had to wait 8 hours (!!!) until it came to me. Now I sit for 4 hours in the ENT clinic because of a tinnitus, since 4 hours I wait here and it does not work. It is an absolute impudence. There is not even a system here, not even a waiting number, not even an ad.

For a city hospital just very sad! Tip: take the tent, mattress and gas cooker and power bank.

I gave birth to my little button in December, unfortunately I have to say that there was a doctor there who was very rude due to my overweight. Unfortunately, the doctor let me feel that too. Well apart from the doctor that hell was going on in the delivery room that day. I got a virtual tablet at 11 o'clock which started pretty quickly at 11:30 o'clock the contractions started very quickly and very painfully. Purely in delivery room which also examines me huschi huschi of course I didn't do anything. Should go for a walk there was no chance that the contractions were too violent. So I lay down on my bed in the ward until 3:50 p.m. then I couldn't stand it in pain after the sister rang the bell that I wanted in the delivery room who wanted to let me go. Since I already noticed that I could no longer have said to the carer that I could not walk because he said he would only get him a wheelchair but that was also not possible. So I was taken to the delivery room. I drove with my bed. All very quickly the midwife examined me in my bed ubd only said now but with a quick stride from my bed to the delivery room bed otherwise I get my son standing. (Was completely alone) hardly left the midwife on the bed because delivery room because the good lady 3 gave birth simultaneously because no one else was there. So I was all alone in the delivery room and there were press contractions as I pressed without midwife. 15:58 my son was already there. But I didn't feel really cared for. My son was put in my arms and put a mat between my legs and should go back to my bed. No first photo was taken of the little one or footprint. When weighing and measuring I had the feeling that they made a mistake anyway. Turned out on station. It was measured bigger than it was. Well, for me it was immediately certain to leave the hospital the next day.

Professional and human very good doctors and nursing staff. I felt very well looked after in the UCH. Likewise the aftercare.
The MHH works at a very high level.
The times waiting times arise is understandable. Here you have to know and understand the background.

Infinite wait. Hardly any doctors. Every time the same

Not even this one star is worth it! Whether on the ground or on the phone, the staff is incomprehensible and incompetent, interrupts and does not speak out and in a tone that is more than inappropriate!
They are there to help people ?! There is no talk of help.

Have been in the emergency department for 4 hours ENT.
Why is it called emergency room if you have to wait 4 to 6 hours anyway.
It is not recommended !!!

Such a disorganized rarely experienced and the waiting times are cheeky. For an anesthetic consultation you have to calculate the whole day (no wonder you are asked at 7 in the morning whether you want to stay overnight) and nobody tells you anything

I almost didn't think about it due to negligence, incompetence and cold indifference three years ago - borderline experience of my life !!

Since the end of the year, a very important examination of an organ under general anesthesia has been arranged for my toddler. First 8 weeks are not reported at all, then there were OP appointments and these were spontaneously on the briefing days - after checking! - canceled, 1x because of strike! If an emergency is urgent, of course, I go with a cancellation full, but so?!? NO!!
That is not GAR, especially since one can not move as a single parent, full working mother so often the holiday, you have 160km distance and this intervention for the child is just important .... that makes stunned and angry!

Absolutely disappointed with the MHH !!

We were with our little daughter in the children's clinic of mhh and were extremely satisfied. Very dear and competent doctors, especially HerrDr witte and Dr Jack were wonderful. The sisters on station were very loving.

The staff is excellent, friendly and very competent.

After visiting several specialists, my general practitioner referred me to the MHH. In the end, the right medication was found here. I've been fine for a year now - thanks.

I felt very well looked after in the MHH. The doctor was very nice and expresses competent. The sisters were always friendly and helpful. I would come back anytime.
